After cancelling my subscription and confirming my cancellation, they continued to take money out of my account for 3 months. I kept calling, but because of covid there was no one available to take my calls but continued to take my money from my account. I had no activity on the website AT ALL because I did not want to be on there anymore. I didn't trust them anymore. They would send automatic messages to other people that I did NOT approve of that said was from me. That would answer me saying they were replying to my message. They did not update information and they refused to refund the 3 months that I was inactive and couldn't contact anyone. Even though I fully confirmed my cancellation they said that wasn't enough. That I had to confirm it in an email. However, they never told me that at the time. So they basically apologized and said there was nothing they could do about it. This company is a joke and has no problem going into your bank account to take your money. They have no problem sending messages without your knowledge to try to create the connections without your consent. I fully regret ever dealing with this company and feel sorry for anyone that does.
