I ordered an oversized, full length sweater for my wife for Christmas. I received a waist length sweater that was no where near what I ordered. When I contacted the company they first tried to say the shipping date was past 30 days, and I couldn't return it or exchange It. When I told them is was a Christmas gift that was ordered early (due to shipping times) and that the gift wasn't opened until Christmas, they said they had sent the correct item. Below, one can see the difference in the sweaters. The first sweater is the catalogue photo, and the second is the sweater I received. Not sure why the second photo won't show right side up. I uploaded numerous images rotating the image each time.

Absolutely nothing fit, so sizes are not as advertised. Order took a month to arrive, with no emails. Talked to customer service and it was the worst service I have ever received. And I worked customer service for over 40 years, so I know bad service. Pictures of products

Yup. Customer must pay for returned merchandise. The cost is over $80 for shipping to their center.
Please note that "Xinjiang detainment center" is not true. Please do not be manipulated by the media and only see what they want you to see.

The company uses a US URL to deceive you and they won't tell you the return address until you place an order, but they are based in China. Sizes are often wrong, so you are likely to need to return clothing items. RUN SCREAMING FROM THIS SITE! POSITIVE REVIEW POSTS MAY BE FAKE.

I returned my items which took forever to receive from China. Not only do they make you pay for shipping back to China for a return but they never give you your money back. Most of their stuff is junk. The leggings were see threw and the boots were made of plastic! Beware of these people!

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above.
