on 10/13/20I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.
They are sent to China and you must send them a tracking number and you have to deal with customs. Cost to send to China with tracking $60.
If you need to return something, you can submit your return request in your account. Or you can contact service@zolucky.com for help.
They don't take returns and they don't actually refund. Good luck trying to use the 15% cash refund to alter the garbage "cloth" they send! The company will charge you unknown return and customs fees on returns. Likely they have processing, restocking fees, extra charges and that is where they keep your money. They are pretty clever at the scammer game, and have the bases covered. Your return package, if they ever verify it was received has to be inspected when received in order for them to process a refund and is subject to all of the junk fees. And after 7 days they close your case. Zolucky will not tell you any of this ahead but here is their reply when you receive an order and let them know you are not satisfied and want a return for a full refund. Zolucky is going to gouge you with processing fees on any returns.
"Please note that customers must respond to every email within 7 days. If not, we will close this case after the aforementioned deadline.
Our return center is located in Guangzhou, China.
According to our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping cost and any other related return charges (including possible custom fees). Your refund will be processed after our return center receives and inspects the return package.
Since International returns might result in long waiting time and incur substantial return costs on your side, we recommend some alternative methods to resolve this issue.
We would like to offer you a 15% cash refund instead of returning the item(s). If there are any sizing issues, you can use this fund to alter the cloth.
If you still want to return the package, you should email us for a return label within 7 days, the aforementioned deadline.
You can check the return policy here: https :// zolucky. Com/information/Returns%20%26%20Exchanges
***Kind reminder: Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address.
Returned packages without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged. "***

This company is nothing but a wretched joke, Their chemical sprayed clothes make you want to vomit when you open the package! Do not buy ANYTHING from here. Sadly the old and awful Chinese sweat shop is alive and well doing business in Zolucky clothing
No, somewhere in China. They told me it was international.
No! You have to send the return to China, and you have to pay!
No. They have to be sent to Guangzhou, China. Which makes returns impossible.
No and you will be responsible for return shipping and customs.
If there is even a SLIGHT possibility you might return your item, DON'T BUY! I bought 4 items which were all too large but to return them would cost ME $100. That's many times more than I paid for them so they'll just go to Goodwill. Very unhappy...
Jules is a liar. YOU MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING TO CHINA W/ TRACKING. A WHOPPING $60 FROM THE USA TO CHINA. BASICALLY WHATEVER YOU BUY YOU ARE STUCK WITH IT.
RUN SCREAMING FROM THIS COMPANY!
No - China - Don't even think about it!
SCAM Artists!
I ordered on October 2,2020 ( see my review under L. A.) and they refused to help. I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. I'll be looking into the Federal Trade Commission today.
Everyone who has gotten ripped off by this company needs to file a complaint with The Federal Trade Commission... together we can put this fraudulent company out of business. The more complaints the sooner we can get them where it hurts and unable to swindle anyone else.

No, they are in China and Zolucky refuses to pay for it, so you're stuck with the item.
