Clothing looks good in pictures and at first I thought all items were pretty cute, but material is screen printed on polyester nylon, not tee shirt material. Sweatshirt material was also screen printed to resemble sweatshirt and colors were awful, not even close to what was on Website. I ordered 3 tops and all were bad They offer returns but BEWARE you have to pay shipping to CHINA! Response from seller is slow. Sizing is way off one top to big the other really tight and I ordered all the same sizes.
I will never shop this site again.
Clothing products were usually as expected, but sometimes of poor quality fabrics and not representative of the photo in the ad. Extended wait times for all items. Many items shipped separately from same order, resulting in additional cost to me to pick up. Overall low prices for clothing that is stylish. Great site if you don't mind the occasional disappointment and are able to take that in stride and donate item to a charity.
I ordered several tops five, none fit and poor quality fabric. I put in for a refund and kept getting a run around. First time, told keep them and they offered 15% back but they didn't fit why would I do that, then I was offered 25%. They easily took my money, what a scam site. Never would I recommend.

I bought a shirt for my sister to wear to graduation. We measure it and choose the size according to the size chart. I usually don't like to order clothes online because I prefer to try them on before buying, but they fit her perfectly and were of good quality. She is excited to use it. When I had a question, I received an answer that same day with all the information I needed. Would definitely buy here again!
This online clothing store is very professional. I appreciate the time and love that they put into creating my blouses. They are efficient and use their creative wits to carefully select designs and prints.
I wear a large so ordered large. Items were at least XXL. One was wrong color. Material was awful, one top looked like a tent. Won't be ordering again. Not sending back as not spending more money on this poor quality merchandise. Throwing away.

Size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements.

Recently, I was lucky enough to find this website to buy clothes online. I was going to ask some quick questions about sizing, but soon I had a lot more general questions, customer service responded with kindness and patience. Thank you very much, the order arrived on time and in perfect condition.
The most artistic styles around. But the larger sizes do not take into account what makes a woman larger. No room for larger chests or bellies, need to be longer to account for the hike up from additional body mass. Ordered 3 tops. 2 were nice, a bit shorter than I hoped. The third felt like tissue paper. No wonder that shirt was not shown on a model, but draped flat.

It was my first time ordering. Your product have good pictures and excellent descriptions. I hope I love them in person. I usually do not buy clothes online.
Excellent. The team at this online boutique was fast and friendly from start to finish, the online shopping experience was very good, which surprised me. I would recommend them to anyone looking for clothes with a very beautiful embroidery design, whether it is for work, gifts or holidays.
The photo of the long dress on their web site was interesting enough for me to order one. It looked like made of light-weight denim and had an uneven hemline. Well, what I FINALLY received, looked nothing like the photo. It is made out of some heavier polyester fabric but don't know for sure as no label, no washing instructions, nothing. It looks and hangs on me like a big bag and the hem is straight. SO, I decided to return it but
that apparently is impossible. Their on-line procedures say to fill out form, and wait 48 hours for "authorization". Well, I have done this 3 times, waited each time, and gotten no response. What a rip off!
Note: I'm over 80 and don't know how to send photos and other proof but used my Citi Credit card.

All far too big. But since you are in China I was advised it would be too expensive and take a long time to return. I should just take them in myself. And received around $15 refund.
I ordered nine (9) items...
It's been over a month and received two (2) packages, bringing five (5) of the items.
Two (2) shirts are the wring size.
A pair of socks do not match the color ordered.
And the purse resembles something from a Halloween costume: Very small and cheaply made.
I contacted customer support and was told they will try to do better on my next order.
Zolucky stated they could do any exchanges or returns on this order.
So, basically, you are stuck with what you receive, even if it is not what you ordered.
I would not order anything from this scam outfit!

I liked the follow up but I think more filters would help. Also would like more info on fabric content some items gad it which was nice but not all. In our order the fabric was very nice quality but not what we expected and doesn't seem breathable as we normally need for our climate in this season and dry clean only was a surprise on one item which I gently washed anyway and seems mostly ok results. That's the four star not a five. Delivery is not lightning fast but they do send status updates

Some knitted items are amazing.
Some photos are misleading (could be my fault).
Several shirts, dresses were wrong sizes- Large was small, not even medium (dress), could not put it on. Nor sure of possible to return any item.
I have ordered several things from this website and every single dress and blouse is incredibly poorly made. They also do not accept returns and after many back and forth emails they will refund 50% of what you paid.

Nice top that was true to the image advertised on the website. Super affordable and pretty decent quality. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a cheaper alternative or on a tight budget but wants new trendy clothes.
Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
