Site was easy to use, everything arrive fairly soon and all on the same day, they looked as pictures, and washed well, and felt like I expected. It would have been helpful if there had been something on each garment telling what material was used.
I ordered several pieces because I could not resist the fashion styling and price, figuring this may be a loss. First of all the shipping was not that slow. It was not Amazon but it was actually very timely. Secondly the quality far exceeds the look in the pictures, including the sewing and fabrics used. The sizes run true and if anything I purchased mediums and next time will go with smalls. I say do not ignore this exceptional company. Their selection is gigantic and they really hit all the right buttons. You will not regret it. I am a writer and needed a special dress for an author event-perfect. I am in the cast of a Murder Mystery and found an elegant cocktail dress that really is great. Thank you.
I just received my package from this website today and it has been about a week, well 9 days to be exact, but it is said that delivery must take between 7 and 14 days for them to do what they promised so I am satisfied. All the clothes I bought are received in the expected quality.

This website company is a rip off! None of the clothes are anything like they are pictured & made out of some strange material! The sizes are all huge even if you were to get a small; the tops are very wide! Also I bought of pair of shorts that I could fit two of my selves inside. I asked to return for refund as it shows quick returns in a weeks time. But they want you to send it to China but the clothes come from Hawthorne, Los Angeles, CA. I am so outraged with this. Don't buy from them as you will regret it!
I m delighted with this online boutique, the courier company had delivered my package to someone else. I sent him an email and without putting any problem directly, he made a credit in my client's space to reorder. They are wonderful! This says a lot about the excellent service.
Bought two what they call sweatshirts however are more like shirts. The quality was poor and the material was also very low grade. Glad it was inexpensive because I threw both items out. No sense returning as there was nothing Id exchange them for and getting a refund seems like a major hassle.

I ordered over $130 worth of product in early June and received it mid August. After several attempts to contact the company there was not a single response. The order arrived incomplete and I've not seen any kind of refund for the missing items. To cap it off, these clothes will be going to the trash. They are such junk!

I have ordered clothing 3 times from this company and am very pleased with the items I received. One time I ordered a dress that they no longer had in stock and was instantly refunded back into my acct., did not even have to ask about it. Then I was notified when they had stock so that I could order it again. I recommend them for cute cloths, well put together and material is of excellent. I get many compliments when wearing things from here.
The shoes I ordered (multi-colored, canvas flat "sneakers") were made with cheap material, which did not reflect the website photo, were sized too large, and had stiff, inflexible soles (also cheap material). Returns require sending shoes back to China, which is cost prohibitive and not practical. This feels like a bit of a bait and switch operation. The email response to a return request suggested provision of 15% in cash, in lieu of a return/full refund to allow for "fixing the material" one's self (for the inadequate sizing). I would never order from this company again!

Nice web site, cart functions well. Cannot tell from web site that items are shipped from China. Order took a really long time to arrive. One item was not in stock, but the price was not updated online. So it looked wrong and was annoying. Email inquiries were slow and hit or miss. Final bill was accurate. We got a charge for $1.05 from our credit card company for ordering from a foreign country (which we had no idea we were doing.) Products are nice.
The top that I bought on this website is made of a high quality material, unfortunately it did not fit, the process would have been easy to change but I ended up giving it away because it was so cute.
The pictures on the website didn't reflect color or fabric accurately regarding two of the products I received. I've sent them back and was given a 120% credit which I am happy with. I look forward to choosing something else.
I bought 3 items directly from their website, and when I tried to return 2 of them, I could start the process for the return and it says they will send me information within 48 hrs as to how to proceed and where to send it. I've never heard back from them. I tried different ways to reach them, via many emails, via their chat support, and via a third party agency, and was never even been contacted not even answering the chat box. Completely awful customer service and not serious nor responsible with their commitment to facilitate returns. The 30 days return window is now over just because they never send me the information as to how or where to return the items, so I'm stuck with them and no refund.

Great website but paying $12.49 to ship a dress and top is too expensive. Lots of other sights offer free shipping. I have been very dissatisfied with everything I have received from you so far. The green sweater I ordered smells of chemicals, has plastic threads and pinkish yarn loops sticking out of it, is misshapen and looks nothing like the picture in the online catalog. Although Zolucky acts like they are an American company, or at least have an American site for returns, in reality you have to ship your returns back to China at your own very expensive cost--far more than what you originally paid. I'm not against buying in China, but this particular company is problematic.

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above.
