Now that I have my merchandise, I can be more specific. The shoes and socks came promptly and are of excellent quality, very much as advertised. The dress was the reverse. It took forever to arrive and was unwearable.

The sizes are all over the board. I ordered by the sizing guide on each item, and I ordered one in Large and the rest in Extra Large. Two tops that were XL fit me perfect, three tops that were XL were WAY too tight, more of a medium size. The one I ordered in large is really a small. I will be giving all of the shirts away as gifts except for the two that fit me. Returning is just too much trouble. On the plus side, the printing on the shirts is done well, the material is nice, and the shirts look great hanging up... just not on me.
There were a few glitches in the shopping experience. Other than that I would have given five stars.
Very Satisfied, I am a regular customer of this very satisfied online boutique. I like the designs, the sizes of the clothes I buy fit me well and the shirts are comfortable. I definitely recommend this website.
Dress is not as it shown in the ad. https://zolucky.com/products/casual-sleeveless-cotton-blend-dresses The light brown fabric is the only thing at the top & it is almost sheer... the rust colored liner is not there. The sheer fabric is the basis of the dress with the other fabrics just attached to the bottom only by seam instead of underneath. The sheer fabric does not swag over like the photo since it is a seam. A slip is a necessity since it is so thin. It is also like a sack instead of being tapered at the waist as shown in the ad. Disappointed to say the least!

I have had bad experiences with Companies I have never delt with but decided to take another chance, I would tell you that if the tops I ordered come to me and look like they do online and the quality is good, then you will have a lifetime customer and I will tell everyone about you but if I have a bad experience it will be too bad on your part because you will not get repeat customers, I am hoping for the best! Been burned because of quality, I am willing to pay more for quality! The clothes you show look absolutely adorable! Keeping fingers crossed!
Returning items is not easy. Really impossible. I have to pay for return shipping to China, way too expensive. There should be an easier way for returns. One of my items was canceled and not received in the shipment. A refund should have went to my PayPal account at that time. No refund to date for that item. The 15% offer to not return the items is absurd. That would mean I would get $20. I am returning the items because I can't wear them. The fabric is of poor quality. The sizes not comparable to United States sizes. I want to return all but (1) item. Prices are great but I know why now. You get what you pay for!

I was pleasantly surprised when I received a response from Zolucky regarding my questions about shipping. I am satisfied with their response and their willingness to solve any problems I had with their product and with their shipping.
Your shipping charge is way more than the value of the item to be shipped! I do not like being overchargedl I tried to ask for reduced shipping and got no answer. Bad customer service. I probably won't shop here again or recommend you.

Hi, I'm really not sure what size I need in dresses. In Blouses I prefer a lower cut to the front, I need support on the sides as my bust seems to start below and very close to my armpit. In this online boutique I found what I needed.

My first experience with them went well. My second was a total regret. The item was huge and boxy and unwearable. Nothing like the photo. They force you to return overseas for a huge shipping cost with a 25% only refund. Never again.

I love this boutique online, my favorite. I shop online and am happy with everything on this website. The clothes are excellent, the service is excellent, the accessories are excellent, the shipping is fast and the delivery is packed with great quality.
I ordered a sweater, it took 3 months to receive it. When it finally arrived, it smelled like sewer water. Here is how Zolucky settles their complaints.

Affordable dress! I bought a dress a couple of months ago, no problem with zolucky. It is my favorite website to buy clothes and some accessories or sandals. The clothes are affordable, of good quality and the shipping is really cheap. Very trustworthy!

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.

This company produces knock off items of poor quality that are soaked in smelly chemicals. They are one thing only - GREEDY. Just want your credit card, no refunds.
