I would like to return the dresses but find the Return procedure very complicated. For example, request to upload a picture of me in the dress...! Also, the shipping cost to return the items are so high that I might as well keep the dresses and never order from you again.
I received the items timely but the overall quality was poor. Some clothes were not the material I expected and claimed to be. Some were ok and acceptable but overall, I was not satisfied and felt like it was a waste of money.

When I first decided that I wanted this top, I clicked on it and the screen did not change. I did it several times and I could not reach a page where I could order it. I then tried going to another screen of tops and dresses and could not find a picture of it at all although all others seemed to be there. I finally tried going back to the first screen, found it again, and was then able to order.? Also, I was not aware of the shipping fee until I received my confirmation. Will not order again.

I bought a few dresses and blouses and most fit. They were a nice fit. One was a large size the same as the rest that fit. One I decided to get an extra large. The extra large and one large didn't fit. Reported it. They said that I would have to pay to return clothes to China Which would take a long time before I would receive my money back. So the best choice was take 15 % of the cost. I took it because I didn't want to throw more money. Did receive an email saying I would receive my money And have receive my money Mary

Having trouble with computers this was a little challenging. Saw something I liked picking color had to remind myself to check for size and looking for buy button first I didn't notice the banner was saying buy because it was light letters. You got to make it stand out for me to see. Thanks
I ordered foolishly a $200 bundle of clothes but they were all waaay too large and I wante to return them all but USPS charged $80 for them. God knows if I could ever get the money back! So I contacted them and they gave me a 25% refund without return. That was Ok but I had to donate the clothes without wearing them! So disappointed.

I like the site and the extensive variety of beautiful, artistic items. The only problem is when I look at an item and then I go back to the selection, I have to start all over and scroll past the items that I already viewed. Could you make it easier to go back to shopping right where you left off? Can you make a link to return to shopping and right where I left off?
Tried to return a top and pants several times but Zolucky terms and directions were hard to understand and could not connect. The clothing were not a good quality thin and very messy which could not be pressed. The receipt sent was faded and with many letters missing and information unreadable.
An email tried to come in, but disappeared before I could open it.
Working with Zolucky was frustrating and I continue to have a pant and top I will not wear.

It's been a month since I placed an order for 7 dresses. So far I have received 4 of the 7 dresses and they aren't anything like the pics and quality is poor. Not worth cost and headache. Will not purchase anything from so lucky again.

Pretty good but the first two times the website would not give me the checkout button. The quality of the clothing is very good, but one of the shirts is a small and it is very large. I am a size 4-6 but this shirt is too big for me and it doesn't come in an extra small.
So far everything has gone smoothly. Can't wait to get the dress and see if it is as good as it looks and if the shipping is worth the price:D

The color of my dress is vibrant. It fits well and the material feels good on my skin. The dress flowed well, it is super comfortable. I can dress it from top to bottom according to the occasion. I have bought again more!

I bought a gorgeous jacket at this online boutique a few days ago. The fabric is comfortable, warm and of quality. I love that the designs are original and original and the purchasing conditions are fair and dignified.
The items arrived quickly, love the daisy flowered cotton T shirt. The 3 quarter sleeved items were of a polyester not a cotton and would have preferred a cotton. The colors were beautiful as are the patterns, I rehomed the polyester items. Will make sure to read the description of the material before I order again

The shopping experience itself was fine. The checkout process was not good. I would not be able to pay for my order if I did not have another credit card. The card that I really wanted to use, I could not use it.

What I ordered (based on the images on the Zolucky site) is not what I received. I received very cheap imitations of the products displayed on the website. I ordered on November 11 and received in January. Terrible product... terribly slow delivery.

I purchased 2 pairs of sandals from Zolucky. They were not the quality I expected, and the advertising was misleading. When I contacted Zolucky to return both pairs of shoes, they offered me 2 options: to return both pairs and pay a large shipping and handling fee; or: take a paltry % refund off my purchase price and to keep the shoes. Neither choice was a good one. I will not be purchasing anything from Zolucky again.

This order took over a month to get, with no tracking available. It was meant to be for a Christmas gift and didn't arrive until Jan 6th, with many promises that it would be on time. Their customer service was terrible, with long delays in responses on line, I couldn't talk to a live person. And the coat I bought was not what the photo on line portrayed. There was no lining, the coat was made of cheap felt, and the collar was printed on the fabric rather then the design woven into the fabric, and it wasn't inexpensive. I paid 35 plus shipping for a total of 57.00, for this I could have bought a much better coat that would have been under the tree. I will not be returning this coat only because the other reviews on the return policy is as bad as the delivery and product reviews. Don't waist your time or money on this bad business!

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above.
