I liked the follow up but I think more filters would help. Also would like more info on fabric content some items gad it which was nice but not all. In our order the fabric was very nice quality but not what we expected and doesn't seem breathable as we normally need for our climate in this season and dry clean only was a surprise on one item which I gently washed anyway and seems mostly ok results. That's the four star not a five. Delivery is not lightning fast but they do send status updates

Zolucky is not an honorable site. The first deception is returns are easy. They don't pay for returns. It's not easy. It's extremely expensive. It will cost you 3 times more than the clothing is worth. 2nd deception is...
The sizes are all over the place. They send you a size they know won't fit... so you have to return them, but you don't because it's so expensive.
So then they ask you if you want to recieve 20%, 30% or 50% back to keep them and give the clothing away. That's the 3rd deception... because they they don't refund you anything
That's ridicules... I ordered a small and I clearly got an extra large. I don't want these clothes. I can't wear them.
They are terrible and the only way to deal with these people is to not buy anything from them. So this is your warning... this company is garbage.
I will never purchase from here again... I bought a skirt with people on it when I received it there were skeletons on it... that's not what was on it when I viewed it... they wouldn't supply a return label wanted me to pay for shipping again... never again.

I have bookmarked this dress on my web browser because I was feeling indecisive. I have to think it over for about a month on whether or not I should get this dress. I need to find something to wear before my cousin's mid-late summer wedding.

I purchased a total of 5 blouses but at check out there were only 3 on the order so I paid then the other 2 blouses showed on a different order so now I am being charged for postage twice. WHY?
Waited a long time for the products and one was tight and the other fit fine. Hoping to get into the other as I try to lose weight.

The package was open when I got it and I loved the products. I would love to buy more things but the shipping is to much. Even when it says over $99.00 is free shipping it's not free shipping and I can't pay that much for shipping.

I love all the clothes I've received as of yet. Zolucky has a large range of styles that I can choose from. I really love the way the dress's feel and so comfy.
I always find the nearest stuff on here and it always fits me perfect!
PayPal $20 credit never showed up. Of the 3 shirts I ordered, only one was as described - a cotton blend. The other two were completely polyester/rayon. The sizes run at least 2 sizes smaller than normal. Delivery took forever. My grandmother could have gotten it to me faster - and she died in 1977.

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

I just learned that you can dispute the charges but there's a time limit. The suggestion is that the company is waiting you out until you can't dispute the charges anymore and then there will be nothing you can do about it. Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
