So far, Zolucky did not do anything to solve my problem. They contacted me saying they would reimburse me but only after I deleted my review. This is not how things are done! It's clear that they had no intention of reimbursing anything.
Besides the poor quality of their products, they are not reliable.
I am giving one star because I can't give less. On the website, the shirts seem so beautiful: dressing well, beautiful stamps and the description of the product I bought said 100% cotton. However, I was extremely disappointed because I bought two shirts for myself and one as a gift for a friend but there is no way I am wearing or giving anything as a gift. The fabric is a very cheap synthetic material and the stamps, really? They are very pathetically horrible stamped. I mean you could wear them to stay at home if they were comfy, which they are not, but wearing such horrible products, no way!
I received email confirmation of my order. Tracking of order number indicated it was delivered, but nothing was delivered to my address. When I contacted zolucky via the online customer service chat, I was basically told nothing would be done.

Delivery took a very long time but the two dresses finally arrived. The dresses fit nicely and are as pictured. However, the material of the dresses is more like a scarf material than a dress material. Not what I expected.

Would have liked to see shipping charges before had to order, not clear when you are ending shopping!
I found what I was looking for, but I was not happy with the shipping cost or the overall shipping procedure. Better communication and updates on the things ordered would help the customer greatly. The customer chat line was excellent, I don't remember the names of the two women who helped, but they found the information quickly and were very efficient and accurate.
I was very disappointed in the quality of the fabric. The colors were so vibrant on the website. The colors are very washed out except for 1 red sweater. The return policy is horrible. I complained and the email they sent me was in Chinese! The size Small is large. Out of 5 pieces 2 fit and 3 of them were too big. All fabrics were cheap except the red sweater. I will probably eat the cost and never order againHB

Shipping price is much more than expected. I also wanted to return items as they did not fit properly and was told that along with the return shipping price I may also have additional charges and possible custom fees. Also one item I ordered was advertised as a sweater. It was not. It was just a polyester shirt.

I have ordered several dresses and sandals. They have all arrived quickly. Most are comfortable. I really love how fast my orders arrive. I have received several compliments on my dresses, I was at a wedding and I was wearing a very comfortable pair of sandals while everyone else was complaining of foot pain.

My husband ordered two tops for me. The product is poorly made, and the shipping fees are outrages, and they would canceling the product. They still continue to send it. It was a big lost around, and the customer service is poor. Again, run and stay away from this website.

I ordered three items from them. None looked like the online photos, but worse one dress had a crocked neckline the other dress had a sleeve sewn in with a pucker. When I tried to return they offered a discount for me to keep them or it I wanted to return it had to be back to China. Even at a discounted price, the items are not wearable! I tried to file a dispute with my Credit Card company, but the merchant disputed my claim and said that I received the merchandise that I ordered. NEVER buy from them. Their clothes look nothing like they are photographed.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above.
