Although I always worry about the size and quality of the dress when shopping online, Zolucky will never disappoint. My order always arrive on time, I am always satisfied with everything I have received for now.
I was disappointed with the fact that it took four weeks to be delivered. I see you have sent two more of my dresses both separate and different dates. So for all 4 dresses ordered, 1 delivered in 4wks, 2 mailed out last week of May (2 different days of that week) 1 not mailed yet.
So basically I shouldn't order from your company unless I'm willing to wait 4-12 weeks.

I was charged for 'expedited' shipping which I didn't request. The sites explanation of what constitutes 'expedited' delivery was unsatisfactory so I was out $30 +. I will not order again in spite of my satisfaction with the products.

The $18.99 Plain Warmth Casual Fluff Leggings in Black, size 2X was true to size and fit beautifully overall. The warmth value was decent to avert any cold penetrating to the skin. The Casual Fleece Lined Leggings Pants High Waist Athletic Pants Tummy Control Stretch Workout (reg 24.99, now 12.99) sizes were not consistent nor coloring correctly reflected. I ordered the 2X in Brown which looks like a heather brown in the photo but what I received was rusted chestnut color in the leggings. It was too bright of a color and unfortunately much too loose overall. In order to reduce the constant hiking up of the garment, I need to wear an additional legging underneath, namely from Athleta. The Gray or charcoal heather gray in photo in 2X is consistent in size but again not dark as represented in photo. It's simply a dove gray coloring. The warmth factor is alright but the very first Black leggings for $18.99 were far better.
The shopping part is fun! It's the shipping process and time frame that I get frustrated with! It takes too long to receive them! And when I order the shirts it's because I love the shirts that I'm ordering! Then sometimes I get that they're discontinued or that they're out of stock! When I ordered them they were there and they were available and there was no problem! It did not indicate at the time of ordering that they were out of stock or not available! So I get kind of disappointed when I can't get the ones I order! I just wish that your shipping process was a little bit more refined and a little bit quicker! Thank you so much! I do not think I will be buying products here again shipping was almost the same cost as the products I bought.
I would have liked to know where those products were shipping from as the cost of shipping is also a factor when deciding to buy for me.

This website is a misrepresentation of quality of clothing, size, and location. I have only written a handful of reviews in my life. I am 58 years old. I felt compelled to write this because of the websites misrepresentation. If this was a United States company or store in the United States I would have returned everything. It is very difficult to return anything. Thats because clothes are made in China zolucky makes it difficult to return items. Don't waste your money. Lesson learned. I would have love to purchase the clothes in the pictures on their site. Does anyone know where they got those pictures from?

My order took almost 3 weeks to receive and then it still was not my full order. Nothing fit! I ordered the size I normally wear and it was so small. The items I did not receive were on back order which I was not notified of until I contacted them. It cost $18 to send my order back, so I spent $18 dollars and got nothing! Will never order from there again.

Zolucky has changed a lot of their styles to aim to a younger generation. Fun styles! Great prices! Just be sure to double-check the sizes. What U.S. size medium would fit me well, the Asian size with quite large and long. And double-check the fiber content. What I thought was a cotton blend, turned out to be a polyester knit.
I had ordered two tops and was not happy with the quality. I wanted to return them and was informed that I had to send them to China even though they were sent from within the US. It would have cost me as much as I paid for the tops to pay postage to China. I wrote a bad review on this site. They contacted me and said I could get a 15% refund. I chose that. The next day I was informed that I could not get the 15% refund if I did not remove my review. I am not removing it. They can have my $7.50. Do not buy from this company. The clothes are poor quality and take forever to arrive, and the customer service and return policy is awful. I wish I would have checked reviews before I bought from this website. Any good reviews from this company must be from employees.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above.
