I had ordered 8 items. The sweater smelled like chemicals and 3 of the other items were not of the quality for what I had paid for. 2 of the items looked like polyester and not cotton (seemed like a bait and switch... did not even look like the picture). When trying to return... because they are out of country was discouraged. I did get a partial refund but had I actually known what I would get I would never have ordered. On top if it it took over a month to get the full order.
I loved the look of the dress I received but asked to return because it did not fit and I wanted to order something else. I received a reply telling me I would receive instructions for a return and it must be done within seven days. I have never received any further correspondence. While I didn't pay a lot for the dress, it does me no good to not be able to return it and order something else. I won't order from them again.

Also, it would be nice if all the clothes were rated and stated how they were after washing and if they needed a touch up with an iron.

My experience was major disappointment.
The shipping was long, the sizes were different for each item making only one shirt a good fit.
I am keeping it and the red long dress (not the quality it appeared) and for a medium size it was extra large size. But I think I can alter it.
Bought a pair of shoes... when they arrived they did not match up color and pattern wise... cheap and they smell like gasoline. They claim you can return within there policy... which is such a joke... Don't order from Zolucky as this company it a cheap nasty company! Run Run Run!

Horrible Return Policy. I tried to send back 6 Tops out of 15 Purchased.
They wanted $ 60 to Return. Then I requested a $ 25% Refund on a $ 100 Return
And never received an answer! I will never recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed it's been over a month and still No product! Tracking states it left an American warehouse but the USPS has Not received the product. 40.00 + and No product. Only response I get is tracking says it has shipped. No it hasn't!

The dress was unacceptable. The material was thin and cheap. It had very large armholes. I just gave it to Goodwill. The bra had little or no support. It was more like something you would wear under a Hirt to give the false impression of a slip under a dress. It went to Goodwill also.

The web page kept saying my shopping bag was empty but I had placed two items in it. Finally after several tries, at least 4 or 5, it showed my order, but with too many bras. I corrected it and finally i was able to place my order.
I received my order; however, the dress was huge and I wanted to return it. I was convinced to keep it and get a 15% discount because return shipping charges would be astronomical. I did choose this option but now have a dress I can't wear.
This website attracts me because its collection is fashionable and the order processing is very convenient. The clothes are great, very high quality and very comfortable. I feel so chic in my new clothes.

I would have purchased additional items but you only have standard shipping, so I did not have the option to receive my order sooner!

It would be helpful to be able to go back to a different page by typing in the page number I wrote down as a reference. Also my computer decided to "take a pause" when I reached page 71 and it opened up back on page 1. A bit frustrating.

Based on my first ordre, it's difficult to tell if an item will fit properly. Some Mediums fit, some were too large, some Large were way to large, and I needed a medium. Charts are not accurate.
The fabric is really flimsy and smells terrible on the clothes Zolucky sells. Likewise, if you want to return items (and be careful, you can't return accessories and other items at all) - you pay the shipping to send them back to China! This is NOT mentioned on their return policy.

I ordered 3 sweatshirts but didn't realize they were plus size until after the order was placed. I called customer service but they were not helpful-did not offer any suggestions. I would have preferred to get a smaller size. The hat and the underwear I ordered were fine.

This website is like quicksand. You look at all these great styles and want to choose so many of them, but beware. It took, like, FOREVER for it to arrive and when it did, the material was cheap and it was too small, and it was a Medium. Now I have to go to the trouble of returning it. I'm now waiting for the rest of my order to arrive (some day) to see if I'll have to return it as well before I begin the process of returning what's already arrived. What a drag! I won't be shopping with Zolucky again in this lifetime!

I ordered the leggings from this online boutique because it has a cool fabric for summer. They hold well what they have to hold. They are long up to the ankles and the pockets are very practical and large to carry for example the mobile. Posts look great and are comfortable
This was the first time that I used this clothing website, and I must say that I was extremely pleased. I used it to order a red backless dress, which was well worth it. The entire process, from ordering to obtaining the item, was straightforward. The sweater was actually as described in the specification and pictures and was of excellent quality in terms of fabric. The delivery was surprisingly fast, which is always a bonus. Being budget conscious, it was perfect for me as their prices are extremely low for the type of product they offer. The website is well built and responsive. Definitely a thumbs up!
Some time ago I tried this online boutique and I LOVED IT! I have continued to buy probably too many dresses and they are absolutely beautiful! They look amazing and are the perfect size, I am 12-14 years old and size L is amazing! The clothes are incredibly flattering and look and feel great! Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
