I tried to return some items due to the fact they didn't fit. I requested a password reset several times and it was never sent to my email. They give only 3 days from the date it is received to return items and there is not turn around time to return what doesn't fit if a password reset is never sent. The sizes aren't true to what they show and the quality is not what I thought it was going to be. A large is more like a medium compared to stores.
Online shopper here for the first time and was very impressed with this website. The skirts arrived super on time and the size was perfect. I am excited to shop online with confidence again. It was easy for me to find what I wanted and it had a wide variety of patterns and styles.

The shirt I ordered in medium was much too small-even though that is my usual size. The postage to return it to China was more than I paid so I donated it and learned my lesson. I won't buy any more products that are shipped from China.

The quality of the fabrics is very good, much better than what is seen in the photos and they look very good. I also like how detailed they are with the shipment of the order, I expect to buy again on this website in a short time.
I ordered this dress for my mother and it arrived yesterday. It is absolutely dazzling. It was not personalized, so it was a little big on the back, but it is absolutely delighted with the cost and the appearance of the dress. She plans to buy another, we are both delighted with our orders.

I bought 2 dresses from them and the quality was good and they shipped on time with no delay. Most of the time I don't find the perfect color combination when I buy something from an online store, but somehow the product matches the image and the available product. Good service.
I am enjoying wearing some of the items. Some, however did not meet my expectations.
I can still use those items as well. Overblouse was not true to size. I can wear open.
Those items that I do enjoy wearing are my "go to" items -- very smart and comfortable which makes me feel it is worth tolerating the small inconveniences that I may have encountered. Among those inconveniences, as I said before, some items don't look exactly like the picture. Also, the order did take longer than I thought. While shopping on the website, it was a little cumbersome trying to place an item again -- customer support did help a little -- I had to make sure to jot down code to locate it again later.
I am glad I did order the merchandise. It will be putting everything to good use. I do look forward to continue wearing my "go to" items. It is hard to shop for women my size.
Without any problem. I had to make a size change and it was very simple. I will send an email saying that it would take a while to answer but I think it was only a couple of days and the whole process of change was not more than a week.
The website was easy to use and the displays looked good. But the low prices were in keeping with the quality of the clothing. Poorly made. The materials looked cheap. I will have to adjust one to make it wearable.
I did 8 reviews of the products I bought, and they only showed the good ones and none of the bad ones. Many of their clothes are not of the quality shown in the photos. The sizes are also much smaller than an American regular size. Be careful because the cost of returning the merchandise costs more than the product you buy. In other words, they always win. It took me several tries to complete this order. Every time I went to my cart it had items in it that I did not put there. I unchecked them, when I came back to the cart they were in there again. Very time consuming and not user friendly.

My first time shopping at Zolucky, I'm sorry to say, will be my last time shopping at Zolucky. I ordered the
Women's Summer Half Sleeve V Neck Floral-Print Casual Shirts & Tops $17.99 (full description) in pink and what I received was not the same garment as pictured on the website. I wasn't expecting to receive a totally different item than what I ordered! Zolucky obviously uses photos of beautiful merchandise on it's website for the purpose of advertising, but don't actually sell the advertised product. I'm disappointed with the product, but I won't bother to return it. I'll either give it away or find some other use for it. I also ordered earrings along with the top. I like the earrings so far. I do find them to be cheap in quality, but at least they look more like the product pictured on the website. I was excited to shop at Zolucky, but now I know first hand that it is not a store that I choose to spend my money at.

The shoes look great and i hope they fit well. The only complaint I have is that the price listed on the place where you click to get to the actual item was several dollars cheaper than the item itself. I don't like the bait and switch technique
I spent over $100 on various items- all looked great on the site - I bought 3 decorative "back pillows" which are pillow cases only and only printed on one side; a cotton/polyester long sleeve t-shirt which has no cotton (nor any labels other than the size) -it feels like smooth microfiber; a portable pet gate that is not at all what was pictured - picture showed white tube framing inserted through the 4 side seams - it is just a loose piece of mesh with 4 hooks to glue to your wall in order to attach the mesh - no returns allowed (OK I get why now); everything is cheap cheap cheap - including items not mentioned. I have tried to review items on their site, but am restricted from even accessing the review box. I tried each item - no luck. So, if you want to believe the good reviews - that will be your learning curve. BUYER BEWARE!

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
