The shirt XXL arrived and was closer to US Med size & based upon return policy I'm not going to go through the hassle of trying to return or get a refund. No way you can justify charging $11 to ship a cotton shirt to North Carolina.

I ordered 2 tops both in medium. One was way too tight and the other one was a little big but I will wear it. I considered sending them both back until I found out that I would have to pay to return them to China. The shipping cost would be probably be more than the tops originally cost me.

Good buys but horrible customer service. Once in a while I actually receive what I ordered but sometimes I get maybe three of the things four things. I try to inquire about the shortage but when I click on contact us, it says that it is not available. Sux, I have unsubscribed to the emails. I'm not getting ripped off again!

I buy most of the clothes on this website. I have found great value in the skirts I buy here. I consider them elegant and of very good quality. The customer service is impeccable. I have several skirts, they are synonymous with quality and unrolled style. Thank you for always delivering a quality product.
The date of my order was November 18. As noted on my receipt. My request for refund was on December15th less than 30 days. Only reason I waited to return was because you did not notify me that the other two tops were out of stock and you charged me for them. Not refunding those two is sterling. I am Unhappy!
"Outerwear" had a hood and was shown in an outdoor setting. It was a robe with snaps. The armholes were too small to be able to put it on and certainly could not be worn over something. The dress material is see-through. The 2 blouses were okay. The map one does not have any darts and fits poorly as a result.

I was skeptical that with the little information I was asking for on this website about dimensions, it would really fit. But, for once in my life, I have some collared shirts that fit me. The neck collar was a bit big, which I will adjust for the next time I order with them.
What I have received from here is of very good quality not to mention the excellent prices. That's what keeps me coming back. I am more than satisfied with the clothes I have received. I find the size charts to be very accurate as well as the items shown in the picture. You just can't beat the prices. These same items purchased from a high-end boutique would be very expensive. In general, I must say that I am more than satisfied with everything that I have bought online here.
I appreciation the clothing gift I bought for my sister. Two things could have been improved: 1) I could have received it more quickly than the several weeks, and 2) The sizing could have fit more perfectly - it was Small but even was quite big on her. The color was perfect!

Easy to complete purchase. The layered skirt is better than I expected-and cotton! The plaid skirt was a disappointment as it is a different pattern than pictured. So, it does not meet my needs, but it will be okay. May use it to pattern a version and make it in fabric that I like.
I was disappointed to see that some of the items were not as depicted on your site. The tailor work was very poor and the material used was not good quality. I will be returning most of them and i expect money back. The first ones I bought from you were very good. This time you did a bad job, the cloths did not fit, not good material..

I am a standard size 8. I ordered 12 pieces of clothing in medium. I looked very carefully at the measurements they gave and measured myself. Out of the 12 items only 3 fit at all. Their sizing is completely off and makes no sense. In size medium some pieces of clothes were like child size, so tiny my 10 year daughter couldn't fit into and an adult size 8 and then other size 8 adult clothing fit me like I was wearing a tent. I would NEVER order from them again. It gets worse...when trying to do a return they only allow a return of 40% of what you paid and you must pay for your own shipping for the return. Basically out of an order of almost $200 I got 3 usable pieces of clothes and the shipping cost me what the return would have been. This company is a scam and I hope nobody ever uses it.

Bought several women's clothing items last autumn, tops, sweatshirt, a cardigan. First off, the shipping takes months, literally. Last item arrived 3+ months after ordering. Okay... I get it, factory in Asia but no email updates or info on the site. Then each item arrived, one by one, and I started to wise up. What garbage clothes. The very cheapest polyester fabrics, flismy, tissue thin, poorly constructed with crooked seams and uneven hems and underarm seams that twist and wander. Sizes were ridiculous! My oversized tee was only 2" wider in a size 3x than the "Small" size sweatshirt I ordered my daughter. The sweatshirt was not fleece, no bottom hem, stitching torn on sleeves and RBG would be embarrassed if she could see her image on such a shoddy garment. All the sleeves were terrible, some 8" past our hands and too narrow for most human arms.
My sincere advice is to completely AVOID this retailer. These cannot even be donated unworn.

Prices are great bargains but shipping and handling is way too much. I considered canceling the order due to the amount. If prices of items hadn't been so good I would have.
Will consider ordering again with those amounts.
The jeans were defective. The buttonhole was sewn shut so you can't button the jeans. They were so shredded that I would not wear them. Not as pictured. The sizing charts & information provided is incorrect and you should not trust it. To return items you can't use YOU HAVE TO PAY more than the clothes are worth to send them back.
They have nice looking items on their website, but when you get them they are not as advertised. Then when you want to return them they offer you 15% of the item price to keep them. And tell you that they have to be returned to China, which is a total lie since they are shipped from Jamaica Florida! Do not order from this company!

My order was a disaster. Very poorly-sized, cheap-quality items. I got very sick with COVID before my order arrived and was unable to go to the post office by their 15 day rule. They would not even discuss granting me any grace because of being so sick with COVID, even though it was just a couple of days over. They said "Sorry, that's our rule. No exceptions! Next time submit your request within 15 days of delivery." Now I have $150 worth of very poor quality, ill-fitting clothing that I am stuck with. Unbelievably pitiful customer service. This was my first purchase from Zolucky, and believe me, there will be no "next time" with this cold, non-caring company.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above.
