I ordered an extra large bc I usually wear a size 14 shirt... it said USA size 14 is an extra large, but for me it didn't work.

My new clothes arrived in a timely manner, well packaged. The treatment was excellent when I asked about my order by email, the clothes arrived at my house soon, I feel that they are of good quality. I'll sure want to shop at Zolucky again!
After buying my sweater I started to worry that I would not arrive on time since I live a bit far away. I shouldn't have worried as it arrived exactly when it was supposed to and I kept up with the emails letting me know my purchase was on its way.
Delivery was long from time ordered- I thought I wasn't going to get the dress- then disappointed in the pattern when received- would like to return and get refund but not sure how to go about this process.

I love the clothes on this website, it is unique, comfortable and cheap. They look great and are true to size. I love all the clothes I have in orders over 20. The images consist of the actual clothes, each outfit including pants, jacket and shirt, all cost very little!
Ordering was easy and quick, BUT I would not quality what I received as quality products. The shoes were Not what was represented online. At all. And I am a true size 7 shoe, no more, no less. These are very large, probably at least a solid size 7 and not even close to the same color featured. One of the shirts looks like... I don't know, just junk. I tried to bleach it to be a more tone down color yellow, no dice, will not even bleach. Not sure I will ever wear it. I read the reviews and ordered anyway, so it is on me. READ THIS!

My order arrived I was happy with the sweater until I opened it up and saw what a shabby job they did of putting it together. Very poor workmanship the side seams are loosely sewn that you can see the stitches right through the right side of sweater. Wanted to return but was told it would be very costly as it ships back to China and customer pays shipping and other expenses, I was offered a 25% refund and keep the sweater. Very poor business practices. It would have been more costly for me to ship it to China. If I'd been aware items come from China I would never have ordered anything. I am very dissatisfied with Zolucky and will not be ordering from this company again due to the workmanship of product and return policy.

I ordered several tops and a summer dress, hoping to take them on a late June vacation. Although the shipment didn't arrive on time, I was happy when I got home. The dress is the only item that didnwork, so I am still awaiting news about returning it.

I ordered a size 2X which I have been wearing. I could barely get either of the 2 items I ordered on. Charging $17 for shipping was excessive in my opinion. It took more than 3 weeks to get it. My 1st time ordering and probably my last!
Their products are cheaply made, the quality is less than zero. The have terrible customer service. And the are not even close to the right size... seriously I ordered a 3x capri and my 9 year old granddaughter can wear them. I would not recommend them at all

I tried everything on the website to return an item the was sent in a size small. I need an xxl or size 16. I finally got a response from Sitejabber after sending three return request. I'm suppose to hear back from them, but all I got was this Customer Satisfaction Survey.

First item I've ordered. Won't know if I like it until I get it. Wish there were a little more descriptions about each piece pertaining to fabric.
Not easy with constants trying to order. Kept losing page of items I liked and other items kept appearing in my shopping cart. I hope the shirts are worth it. They are not worth it! Sleeves too short and letters are sticky on one shirt

The shoes are poorly made with the inside lining of the shoe puckered. I had to return them. One pair is the wrong size so I'm definitely returning them. I love the Jesus shirt, but have no idea why I got 3 all the same size. Must return at least one shirt.

This is the first website I have come across full of unique yet versatile clothing that I can wear for almost any function and look comfortable and sophisticated. The clothes are of very good quality and the order is simple. I now do most of my clothing shopping on this site.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
