This is my experience with Zolucky: I ordered some very beautiful clothing on their Website and I have been receiving items from my order in separate packages. The clothing I have received however is definitely not what is shown on their Website. I was very disappointed because the clothing is a cheap imitation; some of it didn't even have the same patterns. When I reached out, I was given the option to send my order back to China for a refund. This would have cost around $30 to $40. The person with whom I corresponded said they could offer a 15% refund if I'd rather not ship it. I took that refund and just decided I'd have to take a loss and learn a lesson. Their customer service is very nice but it's not honest to advertise one thing and deliver another.
When received dress the fit was NOTHING like the picture. From all reviews it would not be advantageous for me to try and get my money back since everyone says it will be expensive for shipping back to CHINA. I should have researched this company better since it looks like they are under a couple different names. Quality is lacking in the cheap materials and fit.
Return to back page does not take to most current. Should be able to see more items on a page.
In July I ordered a number of tops and they arrived about three to four weeks after I ordered them. Because it's been so hot I had not tried them on yet. I love they way they look however once I tried on two of the tops to wear to work both were too small, too tight, even though I ordered them all in my correct size. I can't return any of them because I have throw the packages away. Since them I have placed other orders for pants that have not arrived yet I want to see if I can either exchange the size or get my money back because I will not be able to wear any thing. I can't afford to waste anyone of my money.

Size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements.

I placed an order with Zolucky, one item was not in stock, I canceled that item and only received a partial refund. The one item they sent me was supposed to be a knitted cardigan but I received a garment made out of sweatshirt material. If I wanted a refund I would have had to ship the garment back to China at my expense. Customer service should be called Customer disservice for this company. Don't do business with them, they practice in bait and switch and false advertising.
I responded to Zolucky, they offered 20% refund, up to 50% refund, I refused this offer as the goods were not what I ordered. Fortunately, I paid through PayPal, and PayPal after a review of the order refunded me the full amount. I did not keep the garment, Zolucky did not send a return label, it was not what I ordered, poorly made, so it went elsewhere. I repeat, don't do business with this company.

The prices are consistent, they also make discounts that are worth taking advantage of, and the clothes are really beautiful. You have to think about the size that is requested, the delivery time of the order is the only thing that would try to improve. Sometimes it is difficult to find the right size on the Internet, but here I had no problem.
Do NOT buy these clothes! They don't even come close to fitting, and several of my things did NOT look like the pics. Return/Exchange them? Nope. You must pay the postage fee to send them back to China and that's expensive. They offer 15% back if you don't send the products back, but don't actually tell you how to get that refund. Read the fine print and don't get bamboozled like I did. This is bad business, Joe Zolucky... BAD!

This website really makes me very happy with their online service, they recover well when something (rarely) goes wrong. On average you check it once a week and I know what you get and I know it will get to where you ask for it to be shipped, it's simple.
Everything I received was the same quality as if I would have ordered through Wish. Clothes too small, bad stitching, off fit... overall, bad, bad quality. To top it off, I can't return anything. Everything says final sale. Never again.

The online customer service is great. Last month my order didn't arrive (it got lost in the mail) and customer service sent my order back with free express shipping. The clothes are also of great quality. I was not disappointed.
I have no problem either shopping, selecting a print or style... just problem with getting all the information I need in the order, i. E., Size is correct and final payment going through. Well... it is now done and done!
Disappointed returns are not possible because company is in China and shipping and import fees make it too expensive for returns. So be careful what you order and hope that it fits and is same as pictured.

I loved the clothes that I received in my order. I contacted customer service about the shoes that did not fit and they were wonderful with no problem to satisfy me with the return. I will buy online here again.
I loved the items displayed on the website, however the quality and fit of the items were NOT as pictured!. Most items came in a print-on satin type finish rather than a woven cotton or tweed, as pictured and described. I had to order 2 sizes larger, then the sleeves hung off shoulders, or neckline too short or long. NOT made to USA measurements. No point in returning... to CHINA!, even though company address was in California as a shipping front. NOT IMPRESSED.
I ordered tops. Took forever to get. None of them looked ANYTHING like the photo (colors were not even close and shapes were WAY off). Customer service is horrible. I returned the first part of order, they would not refund me. Wanted to return 2nd part but they made it insanely difficult. I disputed charge with my bank and can not get it reversed. I paid for clothes that I do not have and ones that I will NEVER wear. False advertisement, I recommend saving your money and sanity. After this initial review, I was told by Zolucky that removing it would "encourage" them to better serve me. They offered a lousy 30% refund and said I could keep the shirts. 30% for 3 items that were ALREADY returned and the rest that I will never wear.

This was a very great experience, easy to use, order, and easy to fill out form. When I received my Order it came on time. Colorful soft and fit me perfect with some wiggle room. These absolutely keep my feet warm. I was not disappointed.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above.
