Good quality clothes and fashionable styles! I have bought clothes and accessories on this website so many times, and I am always satisfied with it. I would like to buy more after the pandemic for my friends and family.
Customer service was less than cooperative when I wanted to return my products. I did return them and submitted a tracking number. I am awaiting refund on my credit card. It has been one week since mailing and I have yet to receive acknowledgment yet.
I buy clothes online through this clothing website, all the necessary items to do a quick and brilliant makeover in my closet. Their range is huge and everything is delivered in 2 weeks. They have so much variety to choose from in all styles for all budgets, I couldn't be happier with my shopping.
Looking forward to a cute item and the right size. Did not happen -- sizes advertised (large -10-12, extra large 14-16) thought this was strange, but my grand daughter is a a 16-18 -- so I ordered the 16-18 size and received 22-24 size. Because of bad sizing info, I do not believe I will ever order on line from Zolucky again. Now, I do not have a Christmas present for my teen granddaughter.
My only protest is that I currently can't seem to see a maternity area. You need to take a look at everything and see what can work. There are such good deals that I plan to buy to prepare after giving birth, which is magnificent.
The clothing quality was pretty good, the sizes are all over the board, I had to be sure to check the bust size so it would fit my wife, some shirts she would fit a Medium some XL, sweatshirts and sweaters were the same way. More uniform sizing would be much nicer and your consumers wouldn't have to go through the hassle of trying to send back clothing that doesn't fit correctly
Poor quality clothing. Polyester plastic! What a waste of time and $$. And don't even think about trying to return! Must ship back to China, at your own expense, and may be subject to customs fees! What a scam!
I usually buy XL from stores but I looked at their size chart and decided better safe than sorry. Boy is their chart way off... couldn't even get an XXL over my head. Then the material WAS HORRIBLE (like an outdoor table cloth and super scratchy) so I didn't even want to give it away. And then they sent the wrong color ta boot! Also, they basically don't accept returns! They offered a 15% credit and when I refused then a 25% credit. I have to pay for mailing the item back to china. It's ridiculous. I guess you get what you pay for. STAY AWAY!

My first time buying from the site and was looking forward to receive my order. It turns out wrong color was shipped and they wanted a picture of tracking, product outside the bag and inside the bag. In my whole online purchase experience, this is the worst product return experience. I guess you can never compare to Amazon, Macy's, Sephora, Walmart, Sasa, etc or any online companies. By the way, the actual product vs picture is a huge difference besides the wrong color. I ordered to items, neither fitted, one would have fit a gorilla the sleeves were longer than my insaem on my pants. The other shirt in a larger size was way to small, and was not the material listed. Avoid them at all cost.

Yes, I can't wait for your order in a week. However, if you buy in advance you will be happy. I love the clothes that I have ordered on this website. I read the reviews to get an idea of the size, and the photos of 'normal' people in the outfits are a huge bonus!
If you order from this company, you will not get what is shown in the picture. My boots were shiny material, and my sweater is printed. It's very easy to see the difference. The jeans I got were really nice and if it didn't take a month to receive anything, I might order jeans again.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
