Not really sure if there are even products from this "store". They will take your money, create an order number and a "tracking number", but that's it. The shipment will be "in transit", "unconfirmed", "misplaced", and finally "lost". But don't expect a refund. Some reviews seem to indicate that an actual product was sent, but it was a ridiculous knockoff that didn't resemble what was advertised. Can't believe I fell for this.
Clothes arrived too big. I wanted to exchange, but returning requires a photo of each item I needed to down load and send. This is a n nuisance, but ok fine. Only problem is their system can't handle pics and shuts down. Despite at least 6 attempts at various times, the system continues to shut down. Now I'm out $150 and have clothes I can't wear. It makes me sad since the tops were very nice, surprisingly good quality in materials and workmanship and were a great price.
The trouble and time I wasted trying to return and exchange them was exasperating. Won't bother using them again. Oh! And I was expected to pay for the returns to China—very peeving.
So far so good. Will evaluate quality once items arrive.
Zolucky has a creative business model. Clothes on the site appear to be premiere quality materials and products. Actual clothing is inexpensive Cotten prints and sizes are incorrect. All items are shipped out of China. Shipping takes about 1-3 months. You are not able to return any of these items. I paid $90 in returns which are held in China customs since February. I lost $400 on my experience with clothes that were unsuitable to wear... be wary.

After following the sizing guide provided by Zolucky - neither one of the dresses fit and the process to return was going to actually cost me more money since they are returned to China. Unfortunately I will not be ordering from them again.

In November I ordered several items. The reviews that I found online were good so I took a chance. Of the three items I order only one arrived in time for Christmas with the other two still in transit, one just arrived on the west coast and is still awaiting arrival in the USPS system and the other is still on a slow boat from China. I contacted the company and was told that they were working on it. I am disappointed in a couple things. One the shipping time, they never indicated that it would take this long to get my items and in fact said delivery in 13-20 days. Second, the shipping charges are outrageous. I paid as much for the shipping as I did for the item. Generally I don't pay for shipping as I generally use Amazon, but I really liked these items. Never again... I guess that's what I get for buying from China...

My first time ordering from Zolucky and it has been a complete disaster! Do not be fooled by the cute clothes and other items. It took almost a month to get my order and it's missing an item + I got the wrong color of boots sent to me and now they won't send the correct ones? They don't have a phone number and the only contact is through email. It cost me $20 for shipping, I can't get what I ordered and their customer service is the worst I've ever had to deal with. I don't know how they are still in business?!

I love this dress, how it fits and how the material feels in my skin. It's been super hot everywhere and this feels great on. As in other reviews, it's NOT see through and I feel covered even though it's lightweight material. My husband loves it too and asked me why I didn't buy one in every color. I'll be buying more asap. Love the clothes in pic and if they arrive looking as great as online and fit as expected, I may have a new favorite store. I already ordered and received a dress that fits great and I love! Hope these work as well! I had codes to use for discount but it took forever to get it to take it. And the very first item, a pink top was on sale in my email reminder but no matter what I did, it would not let me purchase it for the sale price.

So I thought I would get my wife some Christmas gifts and the clothes on the advertisement looked pretty nice so I went for it. I forgot about the old adage, "You get what you pay for." They arrived 17 days later, which wasn't great but I blamed it on the Covid/Christmas rush. When my wife tried the clothes on, 2 of the 3 items did not fit well, and they did not look at all like the advertisement — cheap looking colors, fabric and construction. We decided we wanted to return the 2 items, put in a request and were promptly told they do not allow returns more than 15 days after the package arrival. Since I planned ahead and ordered before Thanksgiving, that time had been exceeded. The thrift store gets another donation, I guess!

Please listen this stuff is NOT what is in the picture, items arrived damaged, took forever to arrived, try and return something even if the items have holes in them! Return center is in china they try to give you 15% and than 25% back... well on a very large order I do not want the garbage sent I want my money back! Dont do it! It is trash! Missing items from order half of the order comes in and 5 weeks later the other half, still missing a shirt

The products are advertised as cotton blend and they all came 100% polyester. When I tried to return them, i was told that i would need to ship to China, although the clothes came from the warehouse in US. Long story short, the parcel is stuck in customs for more than a month which seems like another game on the part of ZOLUCKY. Finally they decided to give me refund and they figured that they will give me refund for 1 item instead of 3... as in their system it shows only the las shipment that came for this order. I have no words, I was in communication with Zolucky for the last 2 weeks and I am very frustrated that they take the customers for the fool and do dirty tricks to keep the customers money. NO SHAME! I hope my review will save some people headaches to deal with unreliable company where the mission is to cheat the customers!

I had bought them previously before the pandemic, the blouse and skirt set was beautiful and perfect. This time I bought a plus size shirt, I was really impressed with how quickly it came. It is also beautiful and fits me well. Some tips when shopping online to avoid disappointment: always add a size to your usual size, then the clothes will fit you well.
I loved everything from an order in December of 2020. This order was a bust however. The green velvet advertised shirt had no velvet. A second small size shirt was HUGE. The ring was the wrong one and total junk. The other items were ok but not great. I'm not happy at all.

I love my new dress! It was perfect. Very light and comfortable. I got tons of compliments for it. You can see through the material, so the right underwear is a must. Overall, I couldn't be happier with this clothing website!

Very good material I had no problem with the sizes, even considering that they were not garments for me, but for my sister as a gift. What needs to be done is to be guided by the indications of the measurements according to the size. And meter in hand choose the right size, the design is very beautiful. I am 5'5 with a medium torso, every top was above the beltline. Not for me... I just sent them all to the thrift. A huge waste of money. One scarf never showed up with the order, But I did like the colors and styles. I probably will not be a repeat customer.
The clothes on this website are of good quality, exactly as on the web, the colors correspond, the sizes are consistent. The only bad thing is that when placing an order at my house the shipping took longer than expected, because I live a bit far away, but that is not a problem.
It is a good store with good customer service. I loved the dress, mistakes can happen in everything, unfortunately, the seam of the dress on one side has loose threads and it was not finished correctly, so I had to return the garment, the whole change process was done without problems and quickly.
I ordered a pair of tops that did not fit and they were very helpful with my return and he was very understanding of the service I have previously purchased from this online boutique and the quality of the clothing is exceptional. It will definitely be my go to for all my clothes.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
