11.14.22 I ordered just 1 item, a T-shirt for a trial run for quality. Tee was marked down onsite for $13, entered delivery info and a POP-UP gave me 10% OFF (1st time buyer). They showed: $13(Tee)+9.99(ship)=$22.99. After entering credit card info and agreed to buy: $18.99(Tee)+9.99(ship)=$28.98 Total invoice $28.97...$0.01 (penny) savings. Contacted BBB also. In case this is an affiliate and not be posted, I will go to next site and give my review.
Unfortunately, service, quality and trust don't seem like a priority on many websites these days, but Zolucky is the exception! They have sent me my new dress, the size I chose, very good quality, and without complications or excuses! It was absolutely amazing.
Ordering was easy enough. Ordered on 7/23/22. Received way too many emails telling me about a tracking number I never was able to access. Was still getting them on 8/11/22. Shirt colors not as vivid as it looked online. The so-called "Birkenstocks" could have been finished better. Perhaps dying the synthetic material BEFORE putting sewing so that the "seams" are not quite as obvious - makes them LOOK badly made. I'll dye them myself, because I don't want the hassle of returning them. I tried to attach a photo - but am not surprised it didn't work here. I'll give it three stars but have no idea how long these items will last.
Poor quality materials, uneven cut (all their items look lopsided, like cut out by a preschooler), cheap looks that definitely do not match the posted pictures. Gave 2 stars since at least shipping to Oregon US was timely (within a week this February 2023) and all items ordered arrived. I don't recommend buying from them, even at "sale" pricing (which they have all the time, along with the psychological terror messages "buy now, going fast"). I order more item's than originally planned just to get the free shipping - but all those extra items landed in the trash. The desired "piece de resistance" which looks so cute and well-shaped on their website is also poorly shaped, with a longer right back side visible no matter what you do and wouldn't be worth $5, never to say the $38 they charge for it. Buyers beware!

Consumers should be careful ordering from this company. The product shipped is not the product advertised in the picture in some cases. We ordered a women's top with textured fabric. The product we received was a silkscreen.

I bought a dress on this website, when I found out there was no stock, this page suggested similar dresses that I might like. Fantastic service, the payment option is great too, and it definitely makes it more likely to buy as I don't have to pay anything until I'm sure I love the item.
Cute clothes, made well, but their system needs updating. You can purchase an outfit and not find out for a month or so that part of it is not available anymore, so you are stuck with a partial order. Then have to start looking elsewhere for something to match with what you did receive. Its frustrating and time consuming. Should be able to tell right away if its in stock or not and if backorder, how long to wait. Also all discount codes don't work that they send you and they say they can't do anything about it. Holding off on ordering anymore until all b/o stuff is shipped. Been waiting quite a while already.
I bought a shirt, a pair of socks and earrings. The order took weeks to arrive. The socks were not what I ordered. The shirt is the WORST fabric ever. I wouldn't dream of wearing it. Then... trying to return the item? You have to mail it to Guangzhou, China at your own cost. They offer 15% cash refund instead... but I read that its nearly impossible to receive it. I am going to try anyway. What a waste. The design of their shirts were stunning... the fabric, awful.

Even one star is a lot! Ordered clothes and shoes. Only shoes arrived after almost 2 months. Still waiting for the clothes. Shoes are wrong size as they are much much smaller than the actual size, so I requested to return them. I was then informed I have to ship them to CHINA (!) because the facilities are there and have to pay both for shipping costs and customs. Alternatively, they said they could provide a 5$ refund for me to use in order to order the shoes again!

This is a first for me. The cute designs caught my eye and I ordered. Didn't know how long arrival would take. Packages came in small groups. Nothing fit well- medium fits like large. I am returning which is difficult and expensive- shipping fees to China snd possibly of custom fees- didn't realize this when I ordered. Not likely yo order again due to fit, slow arrival and problems getting my money back once items are returned.

This is a first for me. I love the creative shirt designs and Cathy sayings. Appreciate the coupons or free shipping or I wouldn't have ordered. Hope my merchandise is delightful and fits when it arrives.
Two items were totally misrepresented by both the pictures and fabric content. I have purchased many things from zolucky and they always match their description. The wait is long so I accept that when I order. My request for return was processed quickly but the cost of returning the items far out weighed their price. I was offered a 15% discount in stead but the place to click does nothing. I won't be risking this site again.

A little challenge finding items. Sizes for tops are larger than size ordered. Items arrived as they were displayed on site. Colors were vibrant and pleasing. Delivery time was as expected. I will order from Zolucky again.
After ordering, my dress arrived on time and in perfect condition. It was lovely too, I loved the fact that there wasn't a lot of plastic around and the return process can be very easy if needed. I will definitely use this clothing page on the internet again.
Absolutely NOTHING in this order is consistent with either the photos on the site catalogue or the descriptions. It is cheap junk. The dress patterns are not a match. The material is so very flimsy it could not make it through a single wash. It is NOT a cotton blend it is synthetic. The shoes are MUCH too large for a size 9 and seem to be made of paper. The shopping bag is not strong enough to carry tissue. I am thoroughly disgusted with the quality and the extraordinary delivery delay. We submitted a full return claim immediately today. They now demand exchanges be shipped to China!

I fell in love with this website from the moment I visited it on the internet... bought Cozy Vintage sandals... Spectacular! The size was right for my foot, they are soft and very beautiful. I would like the shipment to arrive in one day hahaha but hey, it's worth waiting a bit:=)
I requested return my items on July 19. In Return Policy, it is said that they will contact me within 48 hrs. And inform me the authorization and return address, however, today if July 31. Over 10 business day, but, I don't receive any authorization & return address information email from Zolucky. I sent same information a couple of times, but, Nothing. Please note I also checked "Junk" emails every 2 hours! What's going on? I really doubt some customer put 5 stars for Zolucky.

I ordered everything to fit my normal size. I am 6 months pregnant and everything was extremely too big. Including the shoes, they were way too wide and my feet are swollen. I still couldn't fit them. The quality is also terrible! Very cheap and ugly. Looks nothing like the advertisements. I will never order from here again nor recommend this store. I couldn't even return anything even though the return policy clearly states I should have been able too. It doesn't state that you will have to pay for the return shipping to China which is over $100. Now I just have junk that nobody can where and that is ugly. I ordered this as a birthday gift to myself and I'm utterly disappointed.
Very happy and satisfied. Very good material I had no problem with the sizes, even considering that they were not clothes for me, but for my sister as a gift. What needs to be done is to be guided by the indications of the measurements according to the size, and meter in hand choose the right size, the design is very beautiful. To highlight, the day arrived that indicated that it would arrive. A success without a doubt, is already a reference online store.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
