I purchased 4 items from Zolucky. Two had to be returned because of the fit and poor quality of the materials. (I would have returned all 4 but the two I kept would work for one season.) The on-line return instructions included with the shipped order did not work. As soon as I clicked the "return" option on the on-line invoice, I was taken back to the log-in screen. This occurred 4 times.
The "chat" function and "talk to an agent" function did not prove to be any better. It took so long for Zolucky to respond, the chat kept timing out and the photos and my side of the chats would mysteriously disappear.
The only "lucky" with this company is them and Goodwill, certainly not the customer. What a rip off! Not a Xenophobe but did notice this company is out of China.
I won't be buying here again, am sharing my experience with family and friends. I hope you go elsewhere to purchase or have better "luck" than I did.

Can't return items that don't fit. Marked to return on Zolucky website order but didn't get a return code/address to return items.
I received ads online for Zolucky. Seemed like good designs for a cheap price. Once I ordered the product, I was expecting some level of communication. There were no emails about shipping, no emails with tracking information...nothing. I had no idea if I would ever see the times. They did arrive, but the fit was very boxy and not form-fitting at all. They fit like cheap, generic kid's clothing. We emailed about returning the items (which there was not really an easy way to do), and have not heard back, though we did get a satisfaction survey (this one). I am not very hopeful that they will allow a return or that they will respond at all.
I would definitely just shop on Amazon or another site that has some level of protection for purchases (this one is overseas which wasn't clear during the purchasing process either). I should have known that a catchy site name that I've never heard of before would be risky (and I guess I did suspect it).

I have never used to say before. Seemed easy to find products. We shall see the quality when the items arrive.
The item that I got was FAR inferior to the picture. I think they must have been taken with a 3-D camera.
Was nearly impossible to return and when I sent a message, they obviously didn't carefully read the message and sent me instructions that didn't apply to my situation.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
