Shoes were made out of foam. Also wrong color. Also sent European size 41 and I wear 39. Bra was suppose to be 3X and was so small it could fit a 10 year old kid. I did not receive one item at all. I filled out return form on line and got a message they would respond in 24 hrs. No response. Called them and they gave me a crazy address to mail it to. I paid over $14 to return it and have not received a refund. I think they should be banned in the United States. Just junk from China.
Scammed... Chinese company... If you want a refund, you pay for sending back, or, try to negotiate a percentage (low) of what you paid for the terrible clothing that looks nothing like the pictures. There are several companies all related... Nora Cora. Same company. Same fraud. I am immensely surprised and disturbed that the government agencies allow these thieves to continue selling online. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or Nora Cora! Make sure to check info on business...
Ie: "Contact, About, Phone" etc. to make sure it isn't China... if you don't want to get burned...
Very satisfied with all my clothing purchases here. If someone is a little concerned about buying a product from the internet, I can understand that they were, but since then I have ordered many clothes, I am a very satisfied customer.
Thought I'd try some of your pretty things. I am not a fan of waiting weeks to receive something I Seems I ordered all the wrong sizes. But I will find a home for them with someone that they will fit.

I am very satisfied with my purchases. You had never bought clothes online, I've been shopping with this store for two years now. For my first, one of the skirts had a defect and could return it and be reimbursed without problem. The clothes are very beautiful and original. Undoubtedly, there will be more purchases in the future.
Love the Shirt Styles and Patterns. Always a gamble about fabric quality but I'll know when I receive them. I needed long sleeve Top options. The fabric quality is different than I had envisioned, not bad just not my usual choice.

I ordered 2 blouses, a pair of casual pants and a pair of jeans. I have NEVER seen material like the first 3 items are made of - it is like something people would use for table linens; curtains - but definitely NOT to put on your body - they would cause a terrible rash I am sure - if they do not take returns - they are going in the mission box. They sure look nice on the web-site but the fabric should not be used for clothing, at least for me.

The clothes didn't seem to be off the same high quality as depicted in the online ad. I was disappointed and chose to return them. The return policy is convoluted to put it mildly and due to the high shipping cost, rather than returning, zolucky rep offered me a small percentage cash back rather than full refund: this is what Kathy said in an email to me, word for word, (I copied/pasted it) on 5/28/22 -> "We will process the 25% refund to your original payment method in one week." I'd gladly change my review to 5 if & when this happens.

This is the biggest rip off site! From the fabric to the colors to the fit, the clothes are not "as seen" on their site. I show one piece I got lying on my hardwood floors and then I show how another picture how they advertise it. The fabric is so thin too. My husband bought me a pieces beginning of Dec for xmas. They did not come in until the 31st, yet they shipped from California. Their return policy also has you responsible for shipping items back to CHINA(vs.the CA location they shipped from) at your cost. In order to persuade you to keep their products, they offer up a 15% cash refund. If you don't respond to that email with 7 days, you get nothing. So your options are: take a credit for 15%, do nothing, get nothing, or send another email requesting a return at which time you will be responsible as to how you get items to china and the cost of doing so. The site is a scam. My items are going to be burned.

I am very intrigued by the clothing on this site. Styles, colors are beautiful. However, I did reach out to Zolucky regarding three of the seven items I ordered to return. Their site said I would receive and email response with in 24 hours. I have heard nothing. Plus it took so long to rec'v my order without any follow up comments, for example, "order rec'd," "order on its way with tracking number given," etc. So when I finally rec'd it I was glad. But three items from that order need to be returned with specific information that I sent through their Zolucky site and still no response after over a week! If I am able to successfully return my items I will definitely shop with Zolucky again.
This site is my style! Can't believe there are so many gorgeous styles and colors. I hope everything I bought is rec'd as ordered, as some say is not the case. I will consider changing my star rating if I get a response

The tremendous variety of clothing designs at Zolucky is what sticks to my head. This online boutique has so many choices in clothing and accessories that it was amazing to be able to find exactly what you were looking for.
They should post more fabric content information. Deceptive photos of product... cannot enlarge the photo to see the actual pattern or fabric detail. Look for an acutal description of fabric. All other items (tops) with small flower prints--very pretty and color-true, but the fabric is a very lightweight polyester.
Clothes received are not what is pictured on their website. If you want to return and ask for a refund forget it. They will tell you the clothes come from China and you're responsible for the postage fees for returning. The fees are more than the item. They will offer you a 15% discount instead.

I love this online boutique. My only protest is that I currently can't seem to see a maternity area. You need to take a look at everything and see what can work. There are such good deals that I plan to buy to prepare after giving birth, which is magnificent.
I am happy to have discovered this great website, updated style garments with reasonable costs and free shipping for everyone. I live in a remote place, the shipping cost... is expensive. So because this online boutique offers free shipping and a great web-based shopping stage, it pays off for me.
After a similar orders from outside the U.S., I thought I had figured out how to make sure sizes more closely fit. But I was wrong.
Not only were sizes not true but photo samples appeared and stated they were made of certain materials and then switched to cheaper materials.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above.
