My first time ordering from Zolucky and it has been a complete disaster! Do not be fooled by the cute clothes and other items. It took almost a month to get my order and it's missing an item + I got the wrong color of boots sent to me and now they won't send the correct ones? They don't have a phone number and the only contact is through email. It cost me $20 for shipping, I can't get what I ordered and their customer service is the worst I've ever had to deal with. I don't know how they are still in business?!

Tip for consumers:
I would warn people to read all reviews carefully before ordering from any company online and especially ones outside of the USA. I would also urge people to order items made here, that eliminates these kinds of problems when dealing with a company in another country. I know that I will be more careful from now on and only order American made products!

Products used:
None, because one item is back ordered and I haven't received it yet. I will probably be waiting another 3-4 wks for that to arrive. They sent me a pair of very dark black boots when I ordered them in dark olive green. I've shown them to a dozen people, and the boots are black; but the company insists that they sent me the correct ones and I'm furious. They now want me to spend extra money on international fees and custom costs plus they warn of a very long and extended time frame to return the wrong item and at MY COST for their mistake!
