Consider adding a 'note' page to send along with gifts.
Provide a place for 'billing' address and 'shipping' address.
Most decent places provide these things.

Shipping is main reason but I am finding service is non-existent.

Buyer Beware!
Fabric content is not sufficient; 'miniscule stretch' and 'polyester blend' is not enough. Please give full fabric content-- for instance you could say '64% cotton, 30% polyester, 6% lycra'. Also, be specific about your descriptions. Some captions read 'woven shirt', but then you say in the material content that it is 'jersey stretch'. This contradicts your first statement. Also, pictures should show front, back and sides of garment-- not just the front. Closer zoom options should be available - much closer up.
Didn't realize they were shipping from China. Waited a long time for delivery. Never got the whole shipment. Came in multiple shipments over months. Material was cheap. I should have known given the price. The sizes are not accurate - way too small. The earrings I ordered hurt my ears- they were not hypoallergenic. Can't wear them. When I tried to return everything, it was way too expensive to ship it back to China and they warned it could take a long time to get a refund if at all. They offered a 15% refund. I have a box full of clothes and jewelry I can't use. The worst clothes buying experience EVER!

I have now ordered two times from this site. The clothes looked cute online. The first order came weeks late and the quality of the items is terrible. I gave it one more try. I ordered items for valentines day two weeks ago. The items have not arrived. They have not even been shipped. I know they give bargain prices, but I guess the old adage, 'you get what you pay for' is true in this case. Never again.

Great online boutique for clothes! I can't believe how cheap it is! I fell in love with a lot of designs here, but now that I've been home so long without going out because of the pandemic, this site means that I can still buy the things I love.
It may take longer to receive orders, but the prices make it worth it. Also, ALWAYS read the reviews on the clothing you want to buy because the size may be wrong and the reviews from other buyers can help you make the right choice so you don't have to return anything. Finally, I had a package that remained as "processing" for the normal time that it usually is. I emailed them about it and they responded within a few hours and fixed things. Excellent online service!
I recently came back after trying a few different brands of clothing on the web for the past 12 months. Not only is their product better than ever, but their online service is 10/10. The lady I spoke to was very helpful and made the online shopping experience tenfold.
Excellent fashion clothing website. I loved my sweaters, I asked in several sizes to try, incredibly almost all of them fit me well, and I have a large bust. They are very friendly, I highly recommend them.
Exactly as on the web, the colors correspond, the sizes are consistent. The only bad thing is that when placing an order from another country the shipment has taken longer than I expected, but not so much.

Some companies on the Internet vary the product or do not ship it. But this online boutique quickly solves problems, apart from the fact that all their clothes are great, especially the dresses... I love them all!
Catchy with the photos and nice-sounding fabrics, I was deeply disappointed with the products I received. One shirt was made of some rubbery fabric that could almost stand up on its own. Anything that looked like a woven product ended up being a print on polyester. So disappointed with the quality. Then, when I asked to return them, I found that I had to mail the items to China for about the price I paid for them. They offered a 15% consolation, but that did not equal my investment. Overall, totally disappointing!

The service at this online boutique is great, one of my shirts was a bit badly printed, which I didn't like. I sent his customer service team an email with photos explaining what had happened and he was quick to respond and offered to reorder my order at no additional charge. The new clothes arrived in just a few days and they look great. They definitely care about the customer and the quality of their products.
Lots of fun things to choose from, items not generally seen in stores.
I found some super cool leggings. I ordered 3 pair, shipped to 2 addresses. The gift (2 pair) were excellent. The one pair for me, was too large. Perhaps my mistake. I thought I ordered a small but a medium arrived. I love the design so tried to shrink them a bit and they are ok.
I bought a beautiful blouse and a belt for my sister in law for her birthday. She loved them both and I was very happy with the opportunity to buy something online on this website that I would not normally find in physical stores where I live. Excellent customer service and delivery.
The clothes are cute. This time I tried dresses and they didn't work for me. THEN I find out you have to pay for return shipping to China and for customs charges, which of course costs more than the dresses. To offer only 15% back is the worst customer service I have ever seen. If I don't get more back than that I will no longer be a customer. My friends who are customers won't buy here either.

My only complaint is that sometimes it took me back to the beginning or showed me things I had already seen on the website.
A girl in fashion heaven! I order a lot in this online boutique for small shoes and small sizes at a good price^^ being a size 4 person (and in shoes... * groan *) to find clothes that fit me can be very difficult without buying in the children's section! I love that it only takes little money to get free shipping! I've had a faulty pair of shoes before, but that's the only problem I've had and I forgot to return them so it was my fault!;; Overall it was a great experience.
I ordered an item on Dec 31. I received it on Jan 15. Quality was a cheap polyester and size was way off. I emailed immediately to get a return authorization and have received no response. I even tried going to their website and using customer service chat. A person responded to me and asked for my email in case our chat was lost. That was three hours ago and no response. I would not purchase from Zolucky again. Don't fall for the pictures... not the same when it arrives.

I ordered ten items had to send back one because it was way too big. I always have trouble with sizing no matter who I order from. They nine out of ten fit so that's pretty good. Nice packaging.easy refund.only they don't refund on sale items. Most everything is on sale. I am sure that is on purpose.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
