Cute outfits. Shipping was a bit slower than I expected. Website was a little confusing at first in how to add things to the shopping cart but I understand now. Articles were not quite as nice as the photos, one blouse was not tagged so didn't know whether to wash, dry clean, etc. Creases hard to get out.

The staff of this clothing website is receptive and attentive to any email with any request or query. I have no complaints, but remember that it is an online clothing store and for free shipping I make purchases over $ 100.
When I needed to get information about my clothing order here that was not available in the generic questions and answers, I contacted their customer service by email. I contacted a representative almost instantly and they gave me the answer immediately.
I saw many interesting items on the Zolucky website and decided to place an order. The delivery time frame was way pass what I was expecting! I understand that the company is based in China, but it is not acceptable to have to wait months for your items! Order was placed 8/27/21, didn't receive it until 10/12/21. Way too long! Ordered 4 pairs of earrings and 2 shirts. 2 of the 4 earrings were not as described!(poor quality, different material used from what was pictured on the website. Size charts for the shirts are also incorrect! Runs very small. Not too pleased with my order, but won't return because returning to China is very expensive. So, to close it off, some items are a hit and others are a miss! See pictures included. On right are items received, left are website photos.
Ordered 3 tops. None fit. They don't want you to return things. Gave me partial refund and I keep tops. I'd rather have returned them for full refund but they said it was very expensive to return with duty fees, etc.

Size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements.

Love the feminine style of your clothing. I purchased 3/items. Quality of material is really nice. But, my items do not fit properly. I have been trying to exchange for smaller/larger size, it has been difficult to do so. Please help.
The clothes as viewed online look really nice but the actual clothes are very cheap looking. The material is polyester-like and remind me of the 70's. The sizes are also way too big. I normally wear a small and the tops I got look more like a medium or even a large. I was really disappointed because the print patterns were really cute and the fit looked so flattering in the pictures. I'm bummed that I wasted money on shipping both ways.

Really happy with my leggings and my top. Very comfortable and of quality! I'll get another pair when there's another sale that's for sure. I bought myself a medium blouse (I usually wear large) and this was absolutely fine, possibly it would have been too large if it was large. The big pants were perfect
Clothes look so cute on line…they are cheap junk. If you return you have to return it to China and pay shipping! Do Not Order from this company. Check out the reviews and what name of companies they go under!

First attempt to place my order failed, web page would NOT let me put in my country. By the time I got back to try again, one of the items I wanted was sold out... quite disappointing. Wish it had worked right the first time. Ended up ordering a different color that WAS in stock.
Merchandise arrives in a timely fashion and has so far been of decent quality and is very affordable.

I ordered 8 items on 9/17/20 and just received these items 10/22/20. Not one item that I purchased looked anywhere close to the on-line picture. The pictures were very cute but a lot of the detail was not on the actual product. Beware if you do want to return items, which I will be, you have to pay the return shipping in order to get a refund.
I did contact the company and they agreed to refund my charge card and did not require me to return the items.

FINALLY received all the tops - received the items in multiple bulk packages (few in each rather than one full-quantity package.) Took much longer to get the last of them. Enjoyed the tops I'd received - very nice. A few did not quite fit. A bit disappointed to learn shipping charge would be charged to return them. Had been told that I'd receive 25% refund versus full refund without returning the items; but still have not learned how this will be handled. Do I fill out form of the ones that didn't fit? Will the 25% refund, each, be credited to credit card; or, will I receive check for this full amount?
Excellent website I am impressed! First time buyer and I feel like I got a great bargain! I had some doubts, however my clothes arrived faster than expected. I bought a blouse skirt set. The quality is excellent, nice feeling rich fabric. The size I chose is fine, although I could probably have gone down a size, but I wanted to play it safe. I'll order another now and go down one size.
All the clothes and shoes I received were extremely large, weird material and overall poor quality. Trying to return the items is a challenge. Be aware that if you want to return, you have to send the merchandise back to CHINA on your dime and that there is no guarantee you will be refunded. They offer you multiple discounts discouraging you from returning the merchandise. No where on their website do they state that returns will be to CHINA. They also tell you that it will be a long wait to get your refund. I have numerous emails and they ignore every time my comment about the misleading information on their return policy. I filed a claim against them. If they state the truth about their returns on their website, I would be satisfied. Attached is my return label. Even though they shipped to me from San Francisco.

The actual products are NOTHING as pictured on the website.
The long floral dress had no "bodice" like pictured on web, and it was 6" too long for a normal 5'6" person. The boots ordered look like they would fall apart after one wear.
There is no address given on website as to where returns are sent. You have to wait for them to approve your return? What kind of policy is that?

I love this online clothing boutique! What is there not to love about this website? There is a wide range of clothing to choose from, the dresses are beautiful and highly flattering, and the quality is exceptional! I've had bad experiences with shipping from other online stores before, so I was surprised at how quickly my items arrived. When you put in tracking you find that every item was sent separately and it is a nightmare to try to keep track of all the different orders and when they will arrive. Some seem to have stopped at one location and be stuck there for a week.

Decent clothes at a reasonable price, but here's my experience... I ordered and received 2 tops. First off, they advertised them as cotton, but they were more of a stretchy, rayon type of material. But more importantly, they were way too big (not true to size) so I asked about returning. They said that their returns department is in China and I'd have to pay for shipping, and that it takes at least a month for the refund to go through, so I opted not to do that. I am also opting not to order from here again. They did offer a 15% refund to use for alterations, which I accepted, but it was such a small amount that it didn't even cover half the cost.
This is the worst product I have ever ordered. Took forever to get here. When it arrived sit was not even close to what was represented or that I imagined it was. It did not fit. Also, upon attempting to return it they would not refund the cost nor would they not pay for shipping. They only offered a 15% of the purchase price as and offer to correct the issues. I ended up throwing the item in the trash and vowing to write this review and never purchase from them again!

Very disappointed to find out that the items I ordered does not come close to how they appeared on their website! Also, I don't know that this was coming from China! It took forever to receive. And if you want to return for a refund, it would be at your expense and can cost at least $70! The quality of the material is poor and cheap. The bright colored blouse seems to be made of thick drapery material and the "sweatshirt" was a cheap thin cotton blend material. The maxi dress is more of a "Muu muu" dress. I wish I had done my research before I ordered from what I thought was a "Boutique Shop." Don't waste your time or money. I'll be donating these or trashing it.

Answer: I agree they make it so much trouble to return the chemical-laden items, you just give up! I will never use them again. Not worth it! Order from a respectable vendor instead. I just lost over $100.-- Lesson learned.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above.
