Very good blouse, of good quality, cotton, very clean and accurate colors, which happens that after a while of wearing them the fabric gives a little bit, besides that because I was left over I took one more size, but they fit perfectly. I have loved this website.
I was supposed to get free shipping, but when I applied my coupon discount, it then charged me $14.99 for shipping, so I really didn't save anything at all. Very disingenuous.
It was easy to navigate, however I'm still getting used to the difference in sizing.
I was surprised by the care directions after I got the products. So many of them said hand washing or wash individually. I haven't done that type of washing for a long time. I'm a very busy mother of 3 daughters and I don't have the time to do individual articles of clothing. I'm going to try the delicate cycle on my washington machine to see if I will order many more clothes. I like the styles, but that might be a red flag for me as I just don't have time. I will give it a try however.
My experience with this company was excellent. Managed to get the information to send the item back & got my money back. I placed an order that took several months to receive. When I did receive the item, it was not even close to what was advertised measurements have nothing to do with the cheap, disgraceful, poor quality I received. The quality of the dress is extremely horrible, nasty, disgusting They are also about 3 inches shorter than on the model. The quality is VERY poor - about as thick as a paper napkin and plastic feeling. I went online i do the research about company and i found this number plus one--Eight five six three nine three two two two eight --when my line was connected they helped me some with instructions so that i can return nasty back and initiated my money to me, at first I thought whether they will really help me or it's a scam but after I confirmed with my bank I was relaxed thank you for your assistance in this matter
You had never bought clothes online, I've been shopping with this store for two years now. For my first, one of the skirts had a defect and could return it and be reimbursed without problem. The clothes are very beautiful and original. Undoubtedly, there will be more purchases in the future.

I bought a perfect dress on this website. I hate having to guess the size even after searching for reviews. It's a fantastic length for me, even being tall. It is incredibly soft and comfortable. The pockets are deep and I didn't bother to put my cell phone in them. So far it has stayed after 2 washes on delicate clothes and hung to dry.

This site sends (much later due to overseas) cheap, unflattering clothing. Their fabric is not what is described, for example, cotton does not feel or act like cotton. The styles are weird, not really like what is shown. I would not order from them again.

Horrid quality and poor workmanship. One sleeve longer than the other, hems not finished, material is the cheapest fleece. Shoes are made of plastic and poorly glued together. To return you must get their approval, pay for shipping to China and pay import fees. The clothing represented in the website photos are not what you get. I am reporting them to the BBA and trying to get my money back from Paypal.

This company is a total scam. Do not buy from them. I ordered four items. First item that arrived was garbage. Nothing like the picture. Poorly made. Poor quality. I asked for return instructions. I sent a picture of what I ordered and what I received. Company response was that they were working with their suppliers on the quality of their products. After several email exchanges, I was told that returns must be mailed to China. A 15% restocking fee is charged on returned items, after YOU pay shipping to China. They offered offered a 15% refund to be used for any necessary alterations. Their website showed that my other items had not shipped and I asked to have the order cancelled. Company responded that items had already shipped. I received two more items that were also garbage. That's where items ended up—in the trash. Not even suitable to donate. After several weeks delay, a 15% refined was issued on the first item. WARNING: DO NOT ORDER from this company.

Do NOT purchase anything from the website. The quality and appearance of the material is JUNK. It's equivalent to shopping at the dollar store. Their clothes do not look like they do online. It's totally different when you get it. Very disappointing!

During the two last weeks I requested twice the address and authorization # to send back part of my purchase and still waiting for it. According to the online information a representative is supposed to contact the customer in 48 hours. Very poor service.

Size of items from different designers differ. You need to check the garment measurements in size guide and compare them with your clothing's measurements when choosing size. They are true measurements.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above.
