I can understand why many of the other reviewers are upset about the returns because I was a bit discouraged at first when I read that, but I decided to take a chance and don't regret it once! You just have to decide if it is suitable for you before buying :)

Don't buy from them unless you are 100% sure it will fit. Got a dress in my normal size that was very small in the bust when received. They only wanted to offer a refund of 15% or else I had to pay for returning it & the return could not go to California where it shipped from, you have to pay to ship it to China!
Very difficult to return an item and it is true they offer you 15% back of your purchase price and they still make things very difficult the quality of the product I received was horrible it looked like it was something together in five minutes and made by a child
The fabrics described as Linen were Polyester or Cotton. No linen. The blouses were flimsy and poor fitting. The blue jeans were poor quality, poor fitting, nothing like that pictured. The shoes are the best value, but again poorly made and not sized well. Very disappointed. And to return you pay shipping to China. Buyer Beware! This company should be prevented from doing business in this fashion.

Love all your different shirts/tops. Organization a little messy. Everytime click on an item to see details, have to go all the way back to the beginning of the list. Also, kind of nice to see a shirt in two places but makes it harder since there are so many items with the duplicates. Was there a search choice? I didn't see it. But got some fun Christmas gifts.
I purchase around $123.00 worth of shirts and jewelry from Zolucky. They were too large for me. They offered me a 15% refund or I could send them back. I tried to send them back but it would cost $150 to $200. I was able to keep the jewelry which I really liked but am out $100.00 on clothes that I cannot wear. I will not shop there again.

I ordered about $150 dollars of merchandise. It took months to come. When it did the quality was definitely less than "American Made", it basically was garbage. When I contacted the company by email they were less than helpful. I would NEVER give this place my business again and I hope my review helps anyone considering ordering from them.

Your website changes prices and pics too fast! Your products do not have item numbers assigned which would make your search easier. You should allow all items to be returned to the same address in the same country that the order originated. Material is not as described.

I am wondering if the top I selected that is out of stock (with an "arrival date notice" email), and becomes available... will a shipping charge be applied since it was out of stock when my order was big enough not to have to pay for shipping?
I previously wrote a bad review about the submission process with SheIn. However, things have changed and your customer service department has been very kind to my concerns. They gave me my money back and they wanted to make sure I was happy. Approved by customer service.
Love the three tops I received. Two tops fit great because the measurement box was right on. The third top was just a bit too big but I can wear a camisole under it. They all machine washed without any issues. I am pleased with my purchases.
The size medium dress might fit someone who is 6'3 inch tall and 200 pounds. Doesn't look like the photo. I will never order from a Chinese company again. The item was shipped from CA, but they want you to sent it back to China. I went back a forth with one of their sitejabber reps and they ended with giving me a 100 percent refund, not including shipping if I would remove my review from sitejabber. I declined and ended up getting 100 percent, plus shipping when I took it to paypal.

I purchased 8 items back on Nov 8,2020. The quality of these products was very low. I wanted to return but would have to pay to ship back to China! Then was offered a 15% return in place of shipping products back. I accepted and never heard anything else. Complete rip-off. The products were terrible! Would NEVER order from them again.

They only give you 15 days to return. You have to get the return approved before they will send you a label. I ordered 5 items and can't wear any of them. None of the sizes are near what they state and quality is crap. I can't imagine the models in their pictures are wearing the exact same items. Never again!

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
