I emailed a few times with no resolve. Every time I inquire they give me the same tracking #'s that has not updated since March 30th. I placed an almost $200.00 order with them.
Starting to think this is a scam! I asked at what point are my packages considered lost in transit and give me a refund? They will not refund me while the packages are in transit... what if they never show up as it has been almost 4 weeks. They offered me a $5.00 coupon as being a valued customer, seriously? Like I would ever order from them again!
God knows which country this company is located.
I have to pay my own shipping and handling which will be close to paid for products I've ordered.
And cannot return the final sale items.
The products are cheapest ones I've ever seen.
From the picture, they were so cute but it's not.

This online clothing store is very interesting. I appreciate the time and love they put into creating my dresses. They are efficient and use their creative ingenuity to carefully select designs and prints.
Website with easy to navigate interface with promotional clothing on display. Wide range of designs and fashion accessories always in stock. Quick and easy delivery, I definitely like this online boutique a lot.
The products are not as pictured! They use poor quality fabrics and designs. They refuse to accept returns or give a refund. They have no address that is returnable! I wrote 3 times corresponding and filled out their "fake: return forms with pictures only to be told that the only thing they would do is refund me 15%! This site is a total scam! Stay away!

Most of it was very easy. It took a long time to receive order. Clothes were not the same as they looked on line. Quality was definitely less. I hated that you could not speak to a customer service representative. This made everything take longer to resolve any questions that came up about order.
None of my items matched the picture and/or description on the website. Things said suede and embroidered and they were neither suede nor embroidered, instead they were blurry images, and super cheap material, the suede item looked like a paper bag. Further, I received items that had holes in them, and were broken, customer service has been impossible to deal with stating it is not their problem, they offer a percentage back, but not worth it. Sending items back costs more than the items themselves. My next step is to report them to the better business bureau as this site is fraud. I was charged for items never sent. This has been a nightmare. Lastly, they now have a new name NoraCora, so beware of them too!

Awesome online clothing shopping destination I have bought several times here. Always easy and delivered on time. The customer service team is extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and will buy again!
I have made several purchases of clothes in this online clothing store. The online process was very easy to do! I have ordered several blouses and a sweater, I was very happy with all! Customer service handled my questions in a timely manner via email, even when I asked for too small an order, they responded quickly and helped me get the correct size. I like to track shipments, you know exactly when they will arrive!
I love all the pretty tops I've purchased. However, sizes are not uniform. It's difficult to judge what size I might need from one item to the next. I've been ordering a size larger than usual, but then I ordered a sweatshirt type of top, and it was too small. But the merchandise itself is really nice.

The quality of the clothes is one dollar value, if that much. The items do not match the picture or description of what was sold. The sizes are off too. Cheaply made poorly printed fabric. Very disappointed. 1 start is a great rating for the items I received. I will donate everything since it is not wearable. Just wonder about all these positive reviews. I assume they come from the people that the company paid for.

These shirts were for my daughter, she loves them, she finds them comfortable and beautifully styled, she has trouble getting the sizes she needs elsewhere, we will deal with this website again. Great service, price ect. Thank you!
I don't know where all the positive reviews come from, but their products took over a month to be received and looked absolutely nothing like pictured. The pictures showed nice cottony materials and in reality looked like vinyl tablecloths and the colors were off. For the price, I didn't have really high expectations, but this is unacceptable! Bait & Switch to the extreme!

Do NOT shop from this company! I wish I had known beforehand to read the reviews before I made a purchase. Once receiving the merchandise, they don't look as advertised! When you try to return, you get an email requesting you to keep the merchandise and they will give you 15% of the total back! I refused that crazy offer, which would've only given me $9.59 of my $64.00 total.
To make matters worse, they have the audacity to send you a Return Shipping Label that ships all the way to CHINA!
These people need to be STOPPED!

I sincerely appreciate your website where I have bought most of my clothes, the best advice is that if you buy something like a tight dress or a shirt with straight bands, it is better to order a larger size, so that everything is more fluid or can be fixed.

Always a great experience! I love shopping with this website. I haven't had a problem and the clothes are always so cute and very affordable. I can understand why many of the other reviewers are upset about the returns because I was a bit discouraged at first when I read that, but decided to take a chance and don't regret it once! You just have to decide if it is the right size for you before buying :)
Very good material for my new blouse, I had no problem with the sizes, even considering that they were not clothes for me, but for my sister as a gift. What you have to do is be guided by the indications of measurements according to size. And meter in hand, choose the right size, the design is very beautiful. Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
