My overall shopping experience was ok and the order came fairly fast, but the quality of the clothes was terrible. The clothes may look like the clothes on the site, but they are cheap, bad quality material and way too small, despite what the advertisement says on the site. I was really disappointed

The jean material is really cheap the zipper is cheap that I have a hard time closing it, and the necklaces I think they should cost. 25 because they look too cheap. I need to make sure not to purchase from you again.

I got the almond sandals from Zolucky and they are so pretty. Photos show they are a little brighter in color, but okay, it still looks good. They fit EXACTLY how the model wears them, the toes do their best there. Consequently, I got a size 38 and I usually wear size 8 (US) shoes, I think universally if all sizes were increased by half they would fit me even more comfortable because my feet feel like they are spilling. BUT nonetheless, it is really very beautiful and I do not regret buying it, it can dress me classy or be casual. They are the perfect pair of sandals and I think I will buy a different color pair in the next order!

Showed a picture of a beautiful embroidered coat and in actuality it was printed on felt- like fabric and was at least 4 sizes smaller. I wanted an xxl and it was the size of a med. Or small. Ordered a 3xl pullover for my son, and it was too small for my husband who wears XL.
I want to unsubscribe from emails but I can't find a place to do that.

Shopping online here is easier and cheaper than in a store in the center of my city. The price in the physical store is higher, but I got a nice dress in this online boutique for much less. This dress is absolutely perfect!
I have been dealing with Zolucky several wéeks now about bad orders. They told me to remove bad review and they would process full refunds. NOW that I did it they won't respond to any of my emails. Their sizing charts are NOT correct and their ads are not what they send you. They are dishonest.

I have been waiting patiently for Zolucky to respond to my faulty items I ordered. And I am getting the run around and am tired of it. They take your money and send you junk. Items NOT even like ordered, unfinished hems and sleeve, shirt that wouldn't fit a baby and you ordered from their charts.
I thought I was ordering tshirts, but the fabric is a shiny knit. I wanted to return the order, not realizing it came from China, and it was going to cost almost as much as the order to return it. I will more than likely donate the items.
Ordered the shoe size (size 10) as described. When the order arrived, the shoe size stamped on the inside of the shoes was 9-10. The shoes were too small and, after wearing them for 2 hours, I had to discard them. I didn't want to pay an additional $10 to return them, so I ended up ordering and paying for the next size up (size 11). The second set of shoes were actually a true size 10, but I resented having to pay for the same pair of shoes twice.

I found very nice designs of coats and shirts in this boutique on the internet, I placed my order and in a few days I received a nice imitation coat and a nice printed shirt, good quality of materials, good price
Took a month to get my order. When I opened the box sweater had a hole along the seam on the side and the boots had no shoelaces and were very poor quality. Nothing like the picture. The first picture of the boots are the ones I received plastic rigid material and are to small. Nothing like the second picture of the boots I thought I was getting. Denied to refund me of the damaged products becase I was 1 day over the 15 day return policy. So basically they stole my money because I could not wear either of my products! Horrible! Would not recommend!

Called them to ask how to return and at first they told me they I was unable 2 return the pants and after we when around back and forth, they wrote they would give 30 % back and I would have to pay for the item to b returned shipping.th.
The items were as pictured. The fabric is very thin, especially the shorts. The irems all required ironing, but that should be expected. I absolutely love the shoes. They are exactly what I wanted and they fit perfectly.
The online process to buy clothes here is simple, the clothes are incredible. I have not had any problems with any of the deliveries. They are always reliable and I have found that deliveries are on time.
This clothing of this boutique is very good, they have a very good service, everything is perfect of that line of clothes since this company has dedicated every day in a better effort to improve their designs.
I bought a denim jacket, 1XL. In the photo you could see that it was long below the hip, at mid-leg height. It takes me a long time to arrive and when it arrives... a disaster. The only thing 1XL is the sleeves. It is small and very short. It reaches my waist. I asked for a refund and it turns out that they would only refund me a part. A total scam. They do not sell what you see in the photos. They are deceptive.

Answer: I also ordered 11 items on November 5th, 2020. Have received 4 of them and it's 12/20/20. There are some sitting in Maryland for 3 weeks now(per tracking information). Email is the only option to communicate. As mentioned above, they say you have to return it to china, and PAY shipping, but it came from California(which you can NOT return to). I was offered a 15% cash refund to keep them instead of returning them. What I got was completely different looking, and yes, very cheaply made and looked NOTHING like the pictures. I spent 197... would get $30 back, and STILL be out $167(which is should not cost to return)... HOWEVER, 3/4 of my order is not here... and you HAVE to return your order within 15 days to get your money back, so I would have to return things in multiple shipments. As mentioned above. Shady company, do not order from the. Sorry.
