Very easy and convenient. Like the way the clothes look, the material and the cut of the garment. The only thing that I don't like is how long it takes to get the product. Other than that everything else has been great.

Loved the first top I received. I ordered three more and was very disappointed as two of them did not look the same as they were pictured and were not the same quality as the first one I ordered. The yellow one looked very bright in the picture, but when I got it, it was dull yellow and brown with the colors muddied together.

Didn't like the fact that I never got a confirmation email regarding my purchase.
Wasn't easy to track the whereabouts of my order.
Took almost a month to receive my orders

I have bought some shoes here, they have arrived perfect as they were in the photo, the shipping and tracking very well, they have arrived two days in advance, I will continue shopping in this online boutique.

I ordered a dress and 2 bags. The dress came first, but was not what I ordered. The dress was supposed to be a cotton blend, but was clearly polyester and a cheap imitation of what was pictured. I tried to contact you and get the code for sending it back, but I kept getting a message that said the number to return was wrong. So, I sent it back with a note explaining that I wanted a refund. The two bags are ok.

Of the 4 items I ordered, the "Crew Neck Jersey Casual Dress" is the only item I was happy with both the material and appearance. I especially don't like their return policy. It's ridiculous things are shipped from the US but returns have to be sent back to China on the customers dime.

I won't be ordering from Zolucky again.

I received my 2nd order much faster. There was a 50% chance as to if dress would fit. I had to hem the sleeves on one dress, and I had to alter two of the dresses. Several of the other dresses were made cheaply. Lastly, you increased your prices!

Thanks for the color and variety. The size variety of likeitems was a bit challenging. For done reason - the boots I was excited about came extra small while one of the other boots came big. I could mot fit in either one. Sadly I will gave you return most of my order. Super cute dress I am keeping!

I wrote an email to customer service and still have not heard anything. My question is in regards to the picture on the Website ~ it shows a gauzy, long "jacket" that I would like. I can't find it anywhere on your Website. I want to wear this dress and the gauzy jacket on May 2nd.
Can't find anything about the company and where they are located.

I have been trying to return the items. They will not send me a return label. The items DON'T look like the photo.
I would like to return them for a refund. I have been try to received the label for about a week. It is very hard to return item to this company. DON'T BUY.

I don't like when you look at an item it doesn't take you back to where you were. It's takes you back to the beginning and you have to scroll all the way through to find where you left off. What a pain in the butt.

I purchased a shirt for my wife for Christmas. I ordered to insure I received in time. Took 3 weeks to receive order. Once she tried on Christmas Day, shirt size was too small. I followed return policy and return message said I was unable to return since I was one day beyond 15 day period. I followed up with 2nd message to state there was nothing wrong with product and still new in package. They did not care and communicated no return. This is the first and last time I will every order from Zolucky. Be carefully when dealing with this Chinese company.

I do not understand why this "company" has that reviews. The quality of the items are very poor. Take months for delivery. If you want to return the merchandise you have to pay for shipping, or they offer to give you some % of the total payment. Now if you want to send an e-mail you have to wait for the respond the next day because here is USA is the day when in China is night because is in the other side of the world.
But the worst of all is that they do not understand your concern and always give you the same answer!
