Zenni offers a wide variety of frames and styles of glasses, so I'm always able to find what I'm looking for. I wear bifocals and Zenni gets the "line" just right. I usually receive my glasses within a week to 10 days…which is pretty good these days. I believe my latest purchase was my fourth pair.
I have always had good experiences with Zenni. I have had to make a couple of returns over the years (due to my error) and I have been very satisfied with how they were handled. Taking all things in to consideration, I don't think you can find a better site to buy glasses. I'm a happy customer!
These frames creak loudly, They look ok but they are noisy, as well ordered clip on sunglasses to go with them but they are too large and the clip does not center well at all. I suppose I shouldn't be to surprised however but I will never order from this company again.
My husband and I had ordered glasses from Zeni before and we have always been more than satisfied. This time around I ordered a pair for my 92-year old Father. The glasses were received right away, in good shape and everything was correct. My Father loved his glasses. They were going to charge us $500 at his healthcare's optometrist for the same pair. Ordering through Zenni, it only came to $45 dollars. Same exact pair with same prescription. I always tell everyone about Zenni. Now, my cousin wants to order a pair also. Keep up the excellent work Zenni.
I bought these glasses to look like Mirabel (Encanto) and they were everything I could have hoped. Prescription is as good as if I'd spent a ton of money on them, but they were super affordable! This was my first time buying from Zenni and I was happy with it and would buy again.

I was so excited when I received my glasses from Zenni! I have never ordered glasses online before, and was a bit worried about it.
When I received them I was so excited. These frames (metal round like Lennon-style), are as good quality as I have paid over $250 for in the past.
The lens quality is perfect, great tint, the mirrored red lens is awesome looking, and the weight is just right. Can't believe I was able to get good prescription glasses for less than $65! Will definitely order from Zenni again.
I bought one pair of glasses from Zenni and the leg broke after a couple of months. They refused to replace them or give me my money back because they only offer a 30 day money back guarantee. Convenient! So I bought another pair because they so cheap. They're decent, but fit too snug. The next size up is way too big. I got transitions glasses, but I decided that I wanted to buy sunglasses because the sun is extremely hot and bright this summer. I specifically ordered sunglasses and they're arguing with me, insisting that I ordered transitions. I did NOT order another pair of transitions. I specially chose sunglasses. But they're giving me the run around again and now they refuse to even talk to me. No matter what you order, they send you the wrong glasses and claim that that's what you ordered. I'm not ignorant, I know EXACTLY what I ordered! They are compulsive liars! Transitions glasses are NOT dark enough, that's why I ordered sunglasses!
My son is notorious for breaking glasses and us having to replace them every few months, so I was looking for a cheaper option and was told about Zenni. I was concerned that the glasses would be cheaply made and look cheaply made as well but these are absolutely great! They are sturdy, fit perfectly and most important they are flexible. I believe this will help make them last longer. My son loves them and at the cost we can actually buy a few at a time to give him options. I have since recommended them to two people looking for glasses and I will continue to use them for all my children as needed.
I was blown away with the two pair of glasses I ordered. I had to get special lenses because of my prescription and the price for both pair did not break the bank. My glasses came quickly and I absolutely love them. I like having a backup pair just in case. I'm definitely going to buy from zenni again.
I have been nothing but satisfied with my multiple orders to Zenni! Each pair fit me perfectly. The lenses have been exceptional as I have included the blue light option to reduce glare while working on the computer. This has been a game changer for my frequent migraines! I have been able to purchase several pairs for a fraction of what I would pay for a single pair at a doctors office. I am extremely satisfied!
I've always had a good experience with Zenni. I really like these frames, and my only complaint is that they are a bit tight behind my ears, unlike another pair I have from Zenni. However, this pair is just a back up pair, so it's not a big deal.
Ok so I bought 3 PAIRS of glasses from zenni and I also paid extra for 8-12 dayvshipping ( I believe).
So, I placed my order on 9/29 and I paid over 20 bucks from r expedited shipping.
Now after waiting patiently, I reached out to a virtual operator… He reassured me that my shipping fees would be fully refunded and that he would escalate my complaint.
Mighty funny, that after my complaint… my order was shipped out that same night! So needless to say, I will be following up on my shipping refund... but… I do love the glasses… it's principalities involved at this point.

Stay away from this place. Don't use their tutorial on PD...actually don't use them at all. If your glasses come wrong, it will be a rocket science project to get it to fix ad good luck to have a refund...LOL
Ordered these on a suggestion from a friend for our 16 year old. Sizing was easy. The hard part was deciding on only one pair! Ordering was a breeze, and shipping was quick as well. We will definitely be back.
I was somewhat skeptical how this would go as I wear progressive lenses. I was pleasantly surprised that my new glasses are just right for my vision. I just need to get the arms adjusted and I'll be all set!
They have taken more than a month to send me an order, when it arrived the optical centers were wrong. They don't refund my money, they just give me credit for less money than I paid and I have to redo the order. It's a complete scam.

Poor quality! Very, very cheap material! And the return policy is ridiculous! They will discount taxes, return only 50% if you decide you want your money back! And you also have to pay to ship the return! It's absolutely outrageous!

We are also sorry that we cannot offer a full refund for glasses that were neither manufactured incorrectly nor defective. I've never invested in prescription sunglasses instead just wearing ballcaps and other things to block the sun while wearing my normal glasses, but when I saw how affordable Zenni was I had to give it a try! I have nothing to compare it to, I've never even really worn non-prescription sunglasses because I can't see with them of course, but I think they're great! Sitting out by the pool in the sun this weekend and reading my book without having to figure out how to shade my book to avoid the burning brightness of the white pages is a completely new and extremely pleasant experience. And all for a small fraction of what I've been quoted elsewhere.
I didn't have to wait any longer than I would have waited to receive my glasses if I'd ordered from the optometrist. The price was about a fourth of what I paid at the optometrist. Zenni has a huge selection of frames and the try it on feature is great. I've ordered 3 times and I'll definitely order my next pair from zenni!

I contacted customer service via online chat and explained my reason for return and I was told I would receive 100% credit that could be applied to my reorder. I followed the return instructions given and kept track via USPS and the transaction went smoothly without any glitches.

Answer: I had the same experience. Very disappointing. When I called about the problem they questioned the accuracy of my prescription. I was able to return them for a Zenni credit, less shipping costs. Waiting to see if the second pair is better...
