I just received my third pair of Zenni specs. Very stylish and perfectly matching my prescription. However, I would never buy progressives by mail order; they need to be fitted in person. I also would be leery of filling a high minus prescription as the visual center needs to be exact. Otherwise they are terrific and very fashionable as well.
Easy to order since I know my prescription without having to go to optometrist that never gets it right.
Most optometrists DO NOT clean their optics resulting in nothing coming out clear. It is very annoying that you have to redo your prescription annually and then the optometrists blasts through all the configurations to the point when he ask which is "better A or B" I respond "they both suck, neither is better". The last time I went to optometrist, I brought my scuba prescription mask (-2.50 diopters) and told him I see better with this mask then what has been prescribed previously. Told him that's what i want for contacts. He got frustrated and gave me my prescription.
It is great to have an on line company where one can order glasses and not be subject to optometrists that never get it right.
I have ordered many pairs of glasses from Zenni! Always satisfied and happy with my glasses, never had a problem.
The only thing I wish is that they would make me updated lenses for a couple of my favorite pairs that are now retired!
It's time for me to give this company a review. I (at different times) have ordered at least 4 pairs of glasses from Zenni and they have all been amazing. The quality is phenomenal! Ordering from the web site is easy, convenient and the prices are always affordable! I couldn't get this type of satisfaction from walking into my local optometry office. I'll be a Zenni customer for life! If you haven't tried Zenni, you should try them today.
Zenni is just fine - if - there is not a problem with the glasses you order. I have ordered from them twice - but I would not do so again. My last order the prescription sunglasses were blurry and I could not see out of them - that was a month ago! I have yet to hear back if they have corrected the problem or if they could even find the problem with their process. I have called 3 times and each time I am told they will get back with me. There refund policy is horrible - 50% to refund purchase or 100% store credit - however - this is worthless to me after waiting a month to even find out what is wrong with the glasses. No I don't think Zenni is worth the discount on prescription glasses. - Don't bother!

I ordered some glasses and they are very good quality. They got lost in shipping but I think that was just the mail carriers fault. I called customer service and they were extremely helpful and I received my package not too long after. Thanks!
The frames for these glasses are poorly made and very weak. They broke within a couple of months. I should have mailed them back for a refund, but I needed glasses right away so bit the bullet and went back to my expensive optometrist.
I have purchased 6 pairs of glasses from Zenni over the past 12 mo. I thought I was a rewards member from my first purchase. When purchasing my 6th pair today I found out that I was not a rewards member and joined. Then contacted customer support to request credit for my past purchases that are clearly shown on my account profile. They refused, and I was shocked. They will deny a customer past credit for purchases clearly made and then know that they will lose this customer but didn't care. I canceled my new order with Zenni, Still shocked at the conversation I had.

Not a paid review! I've ordered several pairs of glasses from Zenni for myself and my family. We love the affordability and selection of styles, and I have peace of mind knowing that I can return or exchange my glasses if something isn't right.
I'm new to the online optical world, hence, I wasn't sure what websites were affordable and high quality (so I bought from two different ones, Zenni and GlassesUSA, the latter was a big mistake due to mediocre quality).
I was impressed that my glasses only took one week to arrive, considering how they need to be produced and shipped. As soon as I put them on they felt high-quality, they were comfortable to wear, no visible imperfections, and the red tint was on point. The only downside is that there is not a huge catalog of styles/frames, but there are still amazing ones to choose from.
I'm so happy with my order! Ordering prescription lenses from Zenni is so much easier than it was 5 years ago. I ordered 3 pairs, the price was amazing, shipping was fast (with good notifications from Zenni), and the glasses looked great upon arrival! I certainly couldn't ask for anything more. Honestly felt I was being stupid ordering online but I couldn't be happier. The 3 pair I got from normal eye Dr visit all sucked. I ordered about as cheap as I could with your company just to limit how bad I got screwed over lol. I'm gonna be ordering again but adding bifocals for first time so don't screw it up! Joke. Seriously though will be ordering and so will my wife and 2 daughters.
I ordered glasses for my 4 year old with Down Syndrome. So far, they have been great for him. They fit well, with the exception that they are too close to his face due to his low bridge. They are withstanding being thrown, grabbed, and stepped on.
Terrible service! After over a month and a half of trying to adjust to my new glasses I ordered from Zenni i took them to my optometrist to check out the prescription. It was WAY off. I called Zenni tonight an got by far the rudest worst customer service I have ever encountered. After asking to speak to a supervisor I recieved the same horrid service. Will NEVER so business with this company again. So sad they dont treat their customers with no respect. Especially when they are just trying to get through the day and see better.
I am pretty hard on eyewear and needed a more affordable option. I never believed that they could get the proper information to make glasses correct over the internet. With the help info that ZENNI provides to get proper measurements, it is harder to make a mistake than to get correct info. Also, they say to expect delivery in 14-21 days... from order date to delivery was 11 days. Three days early! I also took advantage of the single click reorder option as I left that pair of glasses on the hood of a vehicle and was unable to retrieve them. Looking forward to my new pair...
I've bought 2 glasses in the last 2 years... 1 high end, 1 mid range, from my local optical store and BOTH have had to be replaced in less than 6 months due to defects. Meanwhile zenni is considerably less expensive and last forever. This particular pair is lovely and fits my face perfectly. I like big glasses that my lashes won't hit and these are it. I had gotten another pair from zenni that my PD wasn't quite right for, they will grind them for you anyway as close as possible but everything was kinda woozy when I used them. So I returned them and got these instead since the PD on these matched, and they are perfect. Best lenses I've had in years, everything looks very crisp and clear through them and I have the zenni photochromic coating to keep the Oklahoma sun from blinding me.
After dropping my new glasses the lenses were so completely scratched that I couldn't wear them again. I was offered a replacement pair but by then I had set them aside and could not return them. Disappointed in the quality control and cost cutting materials
Too bad. I liked the other sets of glasses from Zenni but now I'm cautious to reorder.

However, although scratch resistant coatings make your lenses less susceptible to scratches, they cannot make them completely scratch proof and dropping them can, in most cases result in scratched lenses. Nevertheless, because you reported that the lenses were scratched, and because they were still under warranty when they became scratched, we advised that upon receiving a photo of the scratched lenses, we would remake the glasses for you at no charge. Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses.
