If I could give them zero stars, I would. I bought a pair of prescription frames from them and only wore them a few times and they broke. They told me I could buy another frame and pop out the lenses from my prescription glasses and put them in myself. I did that. Those frames also broke after wearing only a few times. Third try same thing. I've never broken any glasses before and now I have broken three pairs from them. Inferior product. They do not stand behind their product. I do not recommend them.
It was easy fast and affordable, you got a client for life. The only tricky thing is the distance between your pupils, you need a person with you to help otherwise no problem I highly recommend this. Myself I went from paying between 600 to 700 dollars to a little over 100 dollars
I have ordered six glasses and two pairs of sunglasses. 7 out of 8 would give 5 stars. This last pair of sunglasses is not what I expected. I bought them for driving and they give me a headache if I wear them too long. Plus they are very bulky. Little buyers remorse.

Zenni Optical is a shocker of a retail online business. I ordered glasses and they made a mistake with the order then refused to refund, offering 50% refund only. Do your bank balance a favour and do not use this company.
As always, I had a wonderful experience with my glasses purchase. This time I went for the cheaper frame, which close up I can tell a difference from the more pricey ones. But they are still a great pair of glasses.
The whole ordering process went well! Entering my prescription and picking out a pair of glasses was pretty clear. Taking measurements of my face was pretty intuitive, and also made me realize that my eyes are not evenly centered, which was interesting. My only issue is that despite all my measurements, the glasses were tight on my big head. I was regretting my decision, until I realized a month later that there's a guide on their site that advises how to adjust the fit after you've received your order. If it's tight, or a lens is incorrectly higher than the other, or if it's tight on the nose... there are ways to adjust the glasses. After applying the adjustments, it feels much better. I wish I saw this guide when I first received my glasses and not regret my purchase for a whole month. Lol. I believe I would order from them again!
Last year I bought reading glasses and driving glasses, loved them both. This year I got brave and ordered bifocals, they are fantastic! The price helps, $68 from Zenni as opposed to $600 from the optometrist is a huge savings. Thanks!
I ordered glasses for my teenager. As both his regular and back up pair broke. Paid $23.95 plus the price of glasses to get a RUSH shipment. Suppose to receive them in 3-5 days. Order was placed on the 5th of the month it is now the 14th. Still no glasses and the status says processing with no change.
I have contacted customer service two times and what a joke! All they say is sorry and we will have the lab contact you. We will expedite them to you. But they can not tell you when the order will be ready or what stage they are currently in. They leave you on chat for 10 plus minutes between comments. The lab and no one ever contacts me. I had to fight them to get a refund on the RUSH payment since it's been way past their guaranteed time of 3-5 days
Worst customer service ever! They have no answers and do not care if you get your order.
At this point I feel like this company took my money and is not going to deliver my product!

I had eye strain prior to this pair of glasses. It is amazing how well it blocks light rays and so I purchased for office work, I was originally going to wear them only for computer use. However, due to excellent coverage and comfortable fit, I am now wearing them as my everyday pair of glasses. Thank you.
The ordering process was easy (I uploaded a picture of myself as instructed), I received them within the expected timeframe, and I'm happy with my glasses. I wish there was a bronze or brown option for the additional mirrored lenses, but for sun purposes, the yellow work just fine. I am pleasantly surprised with the fog coating; it actually works and reduces them fogging up when wearing a mask drastically. They were half the price of the cheapest ones at my doctor's office, even with the extras. I will definitely consider ordering from here again for my next pair!
Ordered a tortoiseshell frame a year later because I bent the original frame. Left eye has no tortoiseshell design on the new pair and they want me to pay shipping to return and reorder and wait another couple weeks. Essentially if they make a mistake, the customer will deal with the burden to correct it. I attached 3 pictures. 1 is of the old pair and look great, 1 is of the picture online, and 1 is of the new pair that is extremely inconsistent to previous order and picture online.

They did a great job with my rx. Better then most local eye doctors. The only issue i had was the frames. What ya see online isnt a good representation. That being said you get what you pay for so be sure to spend a little more money on a quality frame. I would recommend them to to anyone otherwise.

Every time I have ordered from Zenni, the glasses have arrived as promised, when promised. The quality is excellent, even on the lower cost options I choose. Also, as a very nearsighted person, buying some tinted driving sunglasses to keep in my car was the best decision ever! Much better than store bought clip-ons or over-the-glasses things.

I ended up accidentally ordering my son a size medium kids glasses when I meant to order extra small because of confusing sizing on the website. I filtered by kids glasses and was not expecting both an adult size and a kid size to be on the glasses. I saw "extra small" and so thought I was getting extra small kids. It turns out it was medium kids instead. I am in the process of returning them and have ordered some that are the correct size but feel that this could have been made much clearer on the website. I got my glasses & they were blurry and NOT made correctly. They did offer me a credit to get it re-done. I had a previous pair that I was also not entirely pleased with either (ground somewhat wrongly too). I told them I wanted a Credit put back on my Credit Card. The answer? NO! They will NOT give you a Credit Card Refund! NOPE! You take their in-store credit and they will do the job ONE more time. If that is not correct, they will have a good-sized charge for a third re-make! ---CROOKS. They finally agreed to give me 50% of my purchase price back to me. But that amounts to about $42... Makes me SO mad. (and NOT the Customer Service Person's fault, either!)

I ordered a pair of glasses from this site a while back fully expecting them to break immediately or not work at all. I am pleasantly surprised. They arrived on time. They fit really well, and most importantly I can see! No they are not $100 glasses. Mine were $15 including shipping, but they look nice, and they still aren't broken after several weeks. I prefer buying cheaper glasses because I am so bad at keeping track of them. I recently ordered 2 more pairs of glasses, and I'm excited for their arrival.
Very bad and slow service if you need to return eyeglasses during their warranty period. They only provide store credit and even after I have made the return to USPS with proof of tracking, they said that I will only be credited after two days. This is unacceptable because people need to buy replacement eyeglasses ASAP and they also have to consider their shipping time which takes weeks.
To Zenni: Please note that there are other online stores that offer much more superior services and better quality eyeglasses than Zenni, and more competitive prices too, including blue blocker lenses. For example, firmoo.com gives a refund immediately through their coupon code so that customers can buy replacement eyeglasses ASAP.

Our representative explained that you may return the glasses for store credit, excluding the shipping fee, which you could use to reorder the glasses with the correct prescription. She also explained that typically, the store credit would be available in your account within 2-3 business days after you return the glasses to your local USPS office and after they scan the return label. We are sorry that this time frame is longer than you expected, but we are thrilled to see in our records that you returned the glasses to the local USPS office promptly, that the label was scanned on August 19, and that you didn’t have to wait 2 or 3 business days because the store credit was issued on the same day. Progressive lenses contain three viewing areas: distance-, intermediate-, and near-vision - the distance vision area is near the top of the lens, the near vision area is at the bottom, and the intermediate vision area is in the middle. The clear viewing area is located in the central "corridor" of the lenses, so there can be a noticeable but expected blur when looking toward the edges of the lenses. Due to this design, and because there are slight differences between progressive lenses across brands, someone new to wearing progressive lenses may initially experience some difficulty adjusting to them; likewise, someone who is already accustomed to wearing one brand of progressive lenses may have some difficulty adjusting if they switch to a different brand, and they will find that it it will take some time to become accustomed to the new lenses.
