We were happy to read that you find the frame you selected – full-rim, round, acetate, black frame 4444921, with a frame width of 142 millimeters – cute, but we were sorry to read that it was larger than you had expected.

Consequently, we apologize for any disappointment you experienced as a result.

The U.S. Postal Service advises that these eyeglasses were delivered to you on November 21,2022, which means that they are within their 30-day warranty period, which starts the day the glasses are delivered.

Therefore, if this frame is too big to fit you well, you may return the eyeglasses to us for one of our two refund options – either a 100 percent refund of the price of the glasses in the form of store credit to your Zenni account or a 50 percent refund to the credit card you used to pay for the order.
