Better than Payless

The website seems a little zany to me, not as straight-forward as other websites but still manageable. While I see that there is no shipping, we all know they just put the shipping charge into the cost of the item itself, seems more of a con than a deal. Good selection though. I am very middle-of-the-road on this place, but I will still be ordering from them, so oh well lol

This is how every online shopping experience should be! I love Zappos. Free shipping and returns is an amazing concept. I often order 3 or 4 pairs of sneakers and try them on, decide which ones to keep and return the others. If I can buy something on Zappos, I will, even if I can find it a little cheaper on other sites because with shipping costs, Zappos almost always ends up being the cheapest option.

I cannot comment on just one order experience because I have made several purchases over the last few years. I love the free shipping both ways; there is no risk to buying at all.
The customer reviews on the Web site are always helpful; let's you know if the shoes run wide, small, etc. Customer service is responsive and friendly. Besides several images of the shoes from different angles, there are also videos with helpful information.

The best on line shopping. They have free shipping both ways and c also next day delivery at no cost. You can find very good quality clothes and at a reasonable price. I did ship back a couple items and just print label. If u lost receipt you can print one and put in box. Money is refunded in couple of days. Love the site.

I love the convenience of trying on shoes at home and getting to wear them for an hour or so to see if they are really comfortable for the long run. Zappos has a big selection, helpful reviews, easy-squeezy free returns, and they are very friendly too. Not the cheapest prices, but worth the perks!

Love their return policy

Love their return policy - I have hard to fit feet and cannot buy online without being able to try them on and return what doesn't fit. They also often carry my size so that I don't have to stare forlornly at the empty spot for my size in the store. Never had a problem with returns or purchase or shipping. And they're fast, too! Awesome customer service.

This is a phenomenal company. I have always received my order within just days, and they provide free shipping on initial orders, returns and exchanges. If you want or need to return your item, no need to explain why, and the time period in which to do so is vast. When ever I've had an exchange, I've always received the new item within one-two days! Great customer service, this company cares very much about their customer relationships. They will do anything to make their patrons happy.

I love shopping on Zappos. They have a great selection, so I can always find what I'm looking for. The free shipping and returns make it easy to pick out a few options and return the ones that don't work. I haven't had a bad experience yet.

This company is great!

This company is great! I get most of my shoes from them they are usually here the next day and no problem returning them. If you want to exchange for a different size or style you can call them, they will give you credit and send out the new pair same day and you can print your return label right on their site. Best company ever!

While you won't be finding those 70% off sales people rave about here, you will be finding absolute satisfaction. From simple returns to inexpensive shipping, Zappos should be your primary site for reliable service. Sometimes boredom is pleasant!

I love, love, love zappos! Firstly, as mentioned by so many other reviewers- their return policy is the best i have ever seen. 365 to return your shoes, and free shipping both ways! Secondly, their selection is so wide and expansive- you can find essentially anything on this website. They have many designer brands for a cheaper price, as well. In addition, they make the site very easy to navigate and they also provide you with a feature where you can sign up to receive updates on your favorite brand. For instance, everytime aldo adds new shoe styles to zappos.com, i receive an email informing me of this. It's really wonderful for those of us who continuously buy shoes- especially from one brand.

My advice is this- when it comes to shoes, always use zappos. Their shipping is fast and free, and their return policy is perfect. No other website can beat that. It's no wonder zappos is so popular!

I have used Zappos many times over the years. They have an absolutely huge selection of shoes and clothes to chose from, with great searching and filtering capabilities to compare items, with lots of reviews of items by people who have purchased the item through Zappos. Their prices are consistently good. You can find lower prices elsewhere at times, but if an item is on sale you are unlikely to find it lower anywhere else. They ship very rapidly, and returns and customer service is superb. I always start with them, and frequently order from them, often even if they have a slightly higher price, as I know I will not have a long term problem if their is any issue with whatever I ordered. I know of no better online retailer in this category!

Service is going downhill

I used to love buying from Zappos and am a VIP customer. Ordered a Xmas gift on December 11. My orders as a VIP are supposed to have one day shipping. No package 5 days later so I called. The first clueless rep had zero idea of what the issue was so asked me to call back. Excellent service. Rep this morning tells me the item is shipping in late January. How convenient for a Xmas gift. Horrible service and the lack of disclosure of a late shipping date when ordering is ridiculous. Shame on you Zappos, a former VIP customer

I have bought a lot of shoes from these guys over the years and they always deliver quickly and exchanges are no hassle, no problem. They may charge a little extra, but it's so worth the few dollars more! I bought a pair of shoes on some other site and they didn't fit but it cost me $26 to return them! Not with Zappos... these people know how to run an online store.

If you want shoes this is the place to go... Great deals and have anything you need to match any outfit. Only reason I gave it a 4 is because I had an issue with an order before. But I would recommend all ladies to check it out for their shoe fetishes. Lol

Long time shopper

I have always loved this site and have bought many things over the years. Prices are competitive and free shipping/returns so convenient than looking store to store shopping. Also customer service is great. I bought something didn't get when expected and ended up getting two free things out of it. Will continue to use this as goto place before going to mall.

I have never found Zappos prices to be on the low side. For some things they may be. However, the fact that I can order 4 different shoes and send them all back for free is a great deal. I have terrible feet when it comes to shoes. With Zappos I have purchased 2 pairs of shoes, maybe 3, but that was after trying about 9 pairs. Free shipping in both directions made it well worth it.

A great place to shop

I ordered some extra wide walking sandals, which are very comfortable, leather uppers, and the way they are designed, they'll always FIT. All the straps on the shoes are adjustable. I was amazed when my shoes arrived within one day, and I didn't request any special handling. Zappos has excellent customer service.

I bought some foot petals to try and accommodate a couple of shoes I have. They shipped very quickly and it arrived quickly but for some reason didn't email me a shipping confirmation. I'm used to that from 99.9% of online retailers as it's extremely helpful in tracking something that's being delivered to a work address, for example.

Zappos is legit, there is a reason they have so many positive reviews. I ordered 3 pairs of shoes so far from them, and I will continue. I had a question about an order and I actually got a live person on the phone! So rare these days. They don't outsource their customer service and keep the jobs in the US, so I am all for that. This is one site I definitely trust.
