Zappos

Zappos is the bomb! They have free shipping to and from your residence and it beats going to the store to try things on. Their packages arrive so quickly, its incredible. I have had only positive experience with Zappos and recommend them highly for anything, but especially shoes and dresses.

I adore Zappos. Free shipping when you become a VIP member, and free returns for everyone. This is a company I love to support. The CEO is a nice man, and the employees have FUN while working. I read a long article about the owner, and he sounds like a great guy... If you have never been there, I would say GO! It's fun and they make it easy to find what you need. I have a pair of New Balance shoes on their way as I write this!

I really like Zappos, but had stopped using them for awhile because of the pricing. Lately though they have been offering some great promotions, which have brought me back for some orders; I hope they continue to do so.

Classy website. The merchandise is authentic, customer service is outstanding, return policy is generous. If I need shoes, my first online stop is zappos. Oh, I forgot to mention their biggest asset: they have a fantastic selection of shoes. Sometimes the shoes are off by a season, but not always. Fabulous website!

I bought the wrong size pair of shoes and chatted with someone for an exchange. The very next day I got the right size and all I had to do was send the old ones back with the return label they emailed me. No extra expenses or shipping fees. Plus I got the shoes I wanted for a great price. Will one hundred percent shop here again

A little pricey, but the returns are free and easy. Nice company to deal with. Deals are better on Amazon and 6pm. These are their sites as well. 6pm requires a trip to ups or the post office to return, so I usually buy thing that I already know will fit because I already have purchased one.

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Zappos. The customer service was abysmal. The order never arrived and they would not remedy the situation. I am now out over $100 for an item that was never delivered.

I've bought many shoes for myself and my kids through Zappos. The selection is excellent, the customer service is excellent and the returns are super easy. Because it's so easy to return things, I now feel confident ordering 2 styles or 2 sizes and returning the one(s) that don't work. It's very easy, fast and smooth- and much easier than dragging the kids out for a shopping trip.

Amazing Product. Absolutely Perfect Size and stylish look. The material of the shoes is really awesome. Very comfortable while running, trekking, etc. Every time I wear it, I received endless compliments. The packaging is also good. Good services.

Love their selection and speedy deliveries. Products are of quality. I purchase 90% of my kids' shoes there and for myself as well. I love their free return policy, which is important for shoes given that fit for shoes is not always consistent in each pair of shoes you get.

It's an Amazon company... no wonder it's a great shopping site!

Zappos is great. I love their iPhone app. I have used them internationally many times over the last few years. They are solid and reliable. They always deliver, and they always answer e-mails. I had a problem and it is not easy hard to return shoes because I am outside the USA, and they came up with a very fair solution.

And they have a great selection, lots of photos of the items, and helpful customer service! I've only used their 365 days return policy once, when I discovered a long forgotten about a pair of sneakers that didn't fit. I was embarrassed and thought I might not get a refund but voila! They stood behind their claim. What a great company!

Who doesnt love zappos these days. Awesome and attentive customer service. I've bought a bunch of shoes from them before... and any time ive had an issue with size or quality, it has been resolved quickly.

Awesome site: bought a pair of cleats for soccer games with my friends and even though they didnt fit exactly how I wanted them to, it was easy to exchange them with zappos return policy. Would recommend!
