Recently purchased a bag, didn't work for me. I contacted zappos customer service and my issues were resolve quickly. I do think some items are highly priced, but shipping is fast and no hassle returns.

Hiring
May 12, 2017

I filled out an app and was told by C Wingfield I didn't fit in with the young people or there culture. Lol lol what a crock. And if I wanted to for the last time wait 6 months. That company thinks it's the royal family. And they quality of goods are far from it.

Perfect Fit

These shoes are great! I love the color and style. They fit true to size and do not require any breaking in. The inside of the shoe is very comfortable, soft and provides good arch support. My feet feel supported throughout my entire day at work.

Ordered a pair of new running shoes thinking I was getting a good deal with the free ground shipping only to find out if I had ordered it on their mobile app I would have received free next business day shipping. Chatted with customer service who said nothing could be done to cancel or change the shipping because their orders process after 15 minuets. Very unhappy.

WELL ZAPPOS. YOU HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, I AM NOT SHOPPING WITH YOU ANYMORE PATHETIC CLOWNS. IN The LAST 2 Days I have been on hold for 11 plus Minutes, Disconnected numerous times, Hung up by managers.MY MONEY WILL SPENT ELSEWHERE FROM NOW ON. OH BY THE ZAPPOS IN AMERICA WE SPEAK ENGLISH. BOYCOTT ZAPPOS.OH BOY NOW ZAPPOS TOOK TWO PAYMENTS ONE OF $50.00 AND ONE OF $100.00 FROM TWO PREPAID CREDIT CARDS FROM AMERICAN EXPRESS AND NOW REFUSES TO RETURN THE MONEY AND HAS A THREAT IN MY EMAIL BOX ABOUT CLOSING MY ACCOUNT ON ME. BOYCOTT ZAPPOS NOTHING BUT COLD AND UNFEELING LOSERS WHO WORK FOR AMAZON. THEY ARE BLAMING ME FOR THIS AND THEIR PATHETIC CODE OF CONDUCT, JUST SEND ME WHAT I ORDERED.SO NOW I GOT A ORDER CONFIRMATION EMAIL ON SUNDAY, SAYING MY ORDER WOULD BE HERE ON MONDAY, AND SURPRISE I AM STILL WAITING FOR IT. I will never do business with this company
July 5, 2023

I ordered a pair of hoka recovery sandals June 11 and it is July 5 and I have not received the sandals. Called customer service twice already; first time they assured me that the sandals would be delivered in 2 days, and I would be getting them before my trip. Nothing, these thieves took my money for 3 weeks since I can't find a way to cancel to get my money back. I have been on hold for long time just to cancel. I will never trust this company

Horrible company to deal with. You order, they give you an order number & date of delivery, But then they cancel the order because you did not use your Amazon credit card! I simply wanted to keep Zappos & Amazon separate, so I used another card. They NEVER notified me that they cancelled my order for that reason! Then it took almost 1.5 HOURS to find out why they wanted to do that,over the phone. Absolutely NO customer service from this company at all. Kickbacks between the two of them?

I love their selection but I find their sizing to be off sometimes and not consistent between brands. And if you do wind up with the wrong size they don't provide an easy means of just swapping it for the correct size, you basically have to return the originals and then submit a whole new order for the replacements. They really should streamline that process

Great experience, they've got a great selection to choose from. Glad they have free shipping - that way I can figure out what size shoe I need in which style. Just can't always predict it so their return policy rocks!

I like the selection but I'm not really happy how they're distribution works. If I order multiple shoes, it either takes a long time or I have to pay extra for shipping. Only use them if you want to get 1 pair. In which case they are great.

I really needed a pair of winter boots and ordered 5 from Zappos. I intended to keep at least two. None fit. They took all back - paid for the return shipping... fast refund - WOW! Wonderful experience on returning. I will definitely order again.

This is a great place to buy shoes. They have designer brand shoes that typically sell cheaper than the designer sites. They guarantee their products. Usually receive product within 1 or 2 days! I also love their return policy. You have one year to return your purchase as long as it is returned in "new" condition in original shoe box. They will give you refund or store credit - your choice. I've been shopping with them for 4 years and have NEVER had any problems. Excellent customer service! One time I didn't receive my purchase within 5 days. Called to inquire and they sent another pair of the same shoes right away. No questions asked! They didn't even ask me to return the missing shoes if they ever came in - which they did eventually a month later. I highly recommend this site!

I don't know what else Zappos.com can do to please me more... Maybe send flying fairies to unwrap my new shoes and bluebirds to put them on my feet? Really! Zappos is so wonderful. They have my business for life! You get the lowest prices anywhere, no tax and free shipping both ways for a full 365 days. They ROCK!

Zappos makes buying shoes really simple, and they've got great prices as well. I've scoured the web for certain items and always found that Zappos offered the best deal, or equal pricing, and so I now trust them and don't even bother looking around. When I've had a return it's been without issue.
