Never had experience with a company with so many "technical errors". Ordered a pair of new running shoes thinking I was getting a good deal with the free ground shipping only to find out if I had ordered it on their mobile app I would have received free next business day shipping. Chatted with customer service who said nothing could be done to cancel or change the shipping because their orders process after 15 minuets. Very unhappy.

They promote that you can save 40% on flight with name your own price... i have gone so low as to they wont even give 10% on the flight we are gonna need... really bad really untrustworthy promotion..
