I ordered from Zaful over a month ago, even paying for quick shipping, and it still hasnt come in yet. I live in Turkey and it was supposed to take max 15 days to come in. They not only let it get shipped to an entirely different country (Cyprus), but no matter how much I write them they give some bull$#*! automated response instead of taking responsibility or trying to solve the problem. I will never order from this company again, as it is a waste of time and money and after seeing other reviews their products arent even worth the hassle. Wish I had never even entered their site!

When I first heard about Zaful, I doubted the legitimacy of the company, but decided to take the plunge and order a swimsuit off it. The prices are great, and if the clothing ended up being bad quality, I figured it's not too much money wasted. The sizes are clearly indicated online, prices are competitive, and the swimsuit quality is fantastic. It looks and fits just like the pictures and listing description represented. I have ordered another suit because I was so pleased with my first one.
I had an issue with the order I placed, due to an item being out of stock, and Zaful was so easy to work with. I got a wallet refund of the item's value and was able to go back online and peruse the site for something else of equal value I wanted. Each interaction I've had with customer service has been pleasant and not dreadful at all. Keep up the good work, Zaful!

I absolutely love the swim suits that ZAFUL offer. They are gorgeous and the texture was quite decent. However, I bought 3 swim suits but one of them didn't suit me as the sizing was a bit off. I bought size S for all 3 swim suits but for that particular one, the top was just nice for me, the bottom felt like it was for size M or L. And the top bikini, the strap was sewed on wrongly, which was a slight defect hence I didn't really liked that swim suit even though it was very pretty. Otherwise, the rest was good, and I loved them. The shipping was a bit slow though.

I think Zaful has amazing cute and stylish items of clothing... i've seen the ads from Instagram and all of the clothes zaful has looked so trendy, so decided to try it out! I was a bit worried because I saw some negative reviews about Zaful's quality, but i was completely satisfied with my orders. I bought two swimsuits, which was so cute for Instagram pictures. However, size small was a little big for me even though i usually wear small... so i figured out that Zaful sizes are a little bit bigger than others! If you're going to buy from Zaful, i suggest you to go down one size than your usual size! One of my orders, the shell necklace, it broke when i tried to put them on. But then the customer service reached me out and gave me a refund for it! The customer service was so nice! I know how people say the zaful quality is not the best. But considering affordable price they have, i think it is so great :)

I simply love Zaful and am a loyal repeat customer. They have a gigantic selection of unique and trendy clothes to choose from with new items arriving all the time (seriously, I often get sucked into a rabbit hole and spend hours just glued to the website adding copious amounts to my cart!) They have something to suit everyone's style and the quality is good for such affordable prices (the sales are worth it!). Everything arrives in good packaging within a decent time frame and look exactly as they are advertised for the most part. Sizing can sometimes be an issue but I would recommend reading reviews of others instead of relying solely on the sizing guide and you should be fine (they have an option for customers to state their measurements and the size they ordered which I think is great!). Customer service is prompt and pleasant so far. As you can tell, I'm a huge fan and would highly recommend =)

Hello my name is Brenda, i have purchased an underwear body in Zaful last month (22/06/19) i must say it do took some time until i received it in my house, but it is understandable as i live in argentina and things must pass through a really long process until getting into the country, but finally is here. I love this product is exactly as in the photo, really soft, fits well, true to size, and comfortable. I can't be more happy about my decision. Apart from all it has really small details as if it was handmade really fancy product i love it.

I simply love shopping at Zaful. The clothes have an outstanding quality and they look awesome. Also, buyers post photos using the products so you can see how the clothes will look like. In addition, the price is very fair and the support is very efficient if you have any question regarding your order. Finally, my orders arrived very fast considering I live in Brazil and, if that is not enough, they give you points that you can use to get discounts on the next orders!

Well let give you some advices and let you know... Well i really enjoy shopping in ZAFUL my experience wa almost great i have made 3 orders... My first order were 15 items it came really quick in 8 days they sent the items in a box with DHL everything came in the size correct that i ordered BUT some of them were to big for me so when you order like baggy dresses go for one size down because they are so big but most of them were the material great and good quality but one dress the material was sooo cheap and uncomfortabe only for that i dont give them 5 stars. Any ways i will wait for my second order. Im living some pictures from a video that i made from the clothes that i received. IM TRYING TO UPLOAD MORE PICTURES but the system dont let me.
