I ordered two bikinis on March 12th and paid extra money to have them get here quickly. Almost two weeks later the order still is in processing? When contacted the company representative said that, conveniently, both items were on backorder. Really? Why wasn't that posted when I placed the order? I never post reviews about companies so the fact that I took the time to do this should say something. Please do not buy from this company.
I've ordered 4 sets of bikini and got only 1.5 with no refund for missing items! The quality of bikini is terrible too. I paid extra money to get my delivery earlier, but i got these 1.5 bikini set in 3 weeks only!

I am really excited and thankful for this awesome shopping website.
Firstly, I really like their relation with me. They are kind and always help me if I need it.
Also the delivery is quite fast (approximately 1 month).
The biggest problem of internet shopping is that many people have the doubts that the products will not look as same as in photos.
I have to say that this problem is not Zaful's problem. The stuffs look as same as in real.

I received my order in a very timely manner. I ordered an olive green bikini. The material was great. I am a size 34 D top and medium bottom so I ordered a medium suit and it fits perfectly. I am so happy with this purchase and cannot wait to rock my new suit in Mexico this summer! I have since purchased 3 more suits from Zaful. I find the company to be very reliable. I will definitely be shopping with Zaful a lot more.
I was really worried about my order after waiting a couple of weeks with do delivery, especially after reading all of these reviews. However, I used the live chat feature and was immediately connected with a customer service representative named Sammy who was incredibly helpful and informative. She located my parcels being shipped and gave me clear instructions on where I could track them/ when I should be expecting them. She also notified me that 2 of the items I had ordered were out of stock and helped me get refunded for them. If you're worried about your shipment, I highly recommend using this feature on the site!

I ordered some bikinis and tops a month ago. I didn't expect the delivery to be fast due to all the bad ratings, but today when I finally got my package it was only half of the stuff in it. I've tried to track the rest of my order, but the last thing that happened there was 3 weeks ago and it's written in chinese. Where is the rest of my stuff?! I have ordered several swimsuits from zaful and they all are amazing quality. The shipping does take a bit but you have to understand that your package is coming all the way from china so be patient. I highly recommend zaful for swimsuits! Their prices are unbeatable. P.S. 90% of the time their sizing charts are accurate (not all the time) so follow them! Don't just go with whatever size you normally go with.
I ordered a makeup blanket and oval brushes from Zaful and can I just say that the quality of these products are really amazing and look exactly like pictured. The brushes feel so smooth and the mermaid blanked is so warm and nice. Definitely recommending buying from here because I thought that it wouldn't be that good because of other reviews but their service is actually amazing!
I ordered off zaful before and was very satisfied with my product. I got a white bikini and the bottoms were definitely too small and see through but i knew that was a risk buying any swimwear in white. Overall i was very happy with my experience. Shipping took a while but that was to be expected and still took half the time of my ebay orders.
On March 6th, I ordered $54 worth of items and I recieved an email the next day stating that my order has shipped. However i've been waiting for 2 weeks and my order has still not arrived. And the "tracking number" they provide does not work. I've messaged the company regarding the shipping/tracking issue and did not receive a clear answer when my items would arrive. They basically told me to wait until my items arrive. Shop at your own risk! I would not recommended buying from this website. Spend your hard working money elsewhere.

By far the best part of Zaful is the price of the items of you can find, as their selection is really wide and they offer many trendy pieces. The quality, for the most part, is good, but it is by no means perfect. That being said, I had a few issues with my order (one of the straps of a bathing suit I purchased was sewn on incorrectly), but those were all resolved. The time it took for Zaful to fully resolve my issue and the time it took for my package to arrive could use some improvement, but overall, I am very pleased with my shopping experience.
I recently purchased 4 bikinis and swimsuits from Zaful and i have only received 1! They are almost impossible to contact. I feel like i have been completely ripped off. Where is the rest of my order?

So glad I ordered from this site after much hesitation. The products were just like as pictured and good quality material on bathing suits and clothes. Shipping was a little longer than normal, but that was fine. I made a second order and am so happy with my purchases!
