I ordered some earings and a hoodie, this hoodie came completely different to how it looked online, due to this I requested a return. I have emailed Zaful 13 times now regarding the return of the hideous hoodie and they have responded with an "E ticket"! Each time I try and view this E ticket, the question is "not found". The amount of stress this website has caused me, I have been trying to return this item for 2 weeks now and each E ticket they send, is suprisingly "not found". The issue still remains unsolved, I should not have to contact Zaful 13 times and still have the problem unresolved. I am getting sick and tired of this and just hope any person intending on buying from Zaful is sure, because if not, they are bound to experience hell. I have exams coming up and should be spending my time revising not contacting an incompetent company. The fact the customer service help line costs to ring is also ridiculous as their is no way that this will become solved. I will never reccomend anyone to shop at this website to experiene what I have.

I bought a bikini in size S. After one month of waiting, which is ok in my opinion, it arrived (to Germany). The bikini looks exactly like in the picture, true colour and good quality. The bottom is a little bit too big but still wearable.
The customer service replies always very fast and is very friendly.
At first I was sceptical, especially because of the long shipping way, but now I can say, that I will buy again in Zaful.com.

I ordered two bathing suits and a necklace. One bathing suit and my necklace came in a month later, which was expected. I loved the two items so far. I was curious why my other bathing suit didn't come in so I e-mailed customer service, they replied a day later and said it was out of stock but will ship when it's in. A week later it shipped, and the tracker they give you is very helpful.
The moral here is, you are buying inexpensive bathing suits from china. Of course it's going to take long. Just be patient and you will get your stuff eventually.

Their delivery was actually pretty quick, much quicker than I expected anyway but that's about the best I can say. The quality of products is bad, like it's the sort of site I wasn't expecting much from but it's even more tacky than I thought, so yeah don't trust the pictures. I figured I'd give it a try (very hesitantly) as I really did like the look of the dresses but I have to say I regret it, trust the reviews, trust them. I literally just got my order but I hate it already so I can't say what they're like for returns yet but honestly I'm not optimistic seeing as I can't log into the site where they say to contact their support centre. So yeah at this point I highly recommend you avoid zaful unless you really want to risk the quality and don't trust the pictures, the clothes are cheap, poor quality versions

I had such an amazing experience with Zaful. I was very skeptical from some of the poor reviews online but I decided to take my chances and make my order to decide for myself. I ordered 3 bathing suits (which is what I think this site should mainly be used for) and I love all of them! All of them are super soft material and pretty well made for what they are. Sizing wise, I didn't have an issues other than the straps being too long on one top.

Shipping took a long time (almost 2 months for one suit that was back ordered) but I honestly do not care. For the price, you can't beat it. Plan ahead and order before summer and I think you'll be surprisingly pleased!

I ordered three bathing suits for a vacation that is coming up and two of the bathing suits were sent out right away. Those two got to me in 15 days which I would have to say is really good. The other one I think is still being processed to be shipped and it's almost been 20 days. For the two that I recieved, they both looked just like the pictures and were pretty good quality. The one that I got is definitely my new favourite bikini and it was only 20 dollars. I think what I learned from this, is that as long as you buy bikinis that aren't their number one selling bathing suits, they will be able to ship them to you fast.

I was so afraid of ordering from this site, but I simply could not find nice swimsuits anywhere else, so I decided to try it out since it is so cheap. I ordered two swimsuits and one bikini bottom. Two of the items shipped after 4 days (on March 9th) and I received them March 27th. So yes, the shipping does take a while, but the site said that so I was aware.

I was surprised with the great quality of the swimsuits I ordered, and I simply LOVE them and I am so glad I ordered here.

HOWEVER, one of the items was out of stock, and my only two options were to trade for another one or get a refund in "zaful money". I laughed a little when I read that and decided to switch it out for another one. HOWEVER, that one was apparently out of stock as well, so now I have exchanged it again and am awaiting an answer.

I am so happy with the other swimsuits thought that I do not really mind, and would consider ordering here again if I cannot find swimsuits anywhere else and if I don't need quick shipping.

They answer on facebook after around 24 hrs.

I found this website on pinterest and was leary of online shopping but I had a great experience with Zaful. The clothes were super cheap but they were a good quality. I ordered a sweater and a shirt from there which were true to size and a great quality. I also ordered a bikini which was true to size and image. I ordered a one piece bathing suit which was a little smaller than i expected but Zaful was extremely cooperative and gave multiple options to resolve my issue when i filed a ticket

I first heard about Zaful from youtube videos and I really liked the clothing that was shown, particularly the bathing suits. I checked out the website myself and saw so many cute swimsuits that I wanted to try.
Being a first time customer of the website, I was honestly a little hesitant. You can never be sure of sizes when it comes to online shopping and I was worried if the products would actually arrive (since it is shipping all the way from China and I'm from Canada). On top of that, I read many mixed reviews.
In the end, I decided to place a small order, in case anything went wrong, and I am so glad that I did! Not only did I receive my all products, but surprisingly, it only took 2 weeks.
In terms of sizing, that can get a little tricky. I recommend following the provided size charts as close as possible and read other customer's reviews for that specific item, which may help you in deciding whether you should size up or down.
One of the swimsuits I ordered ended up being a tad big on me, but Zaful's customer service was great in solving that issue for me. They were extremely helpful!
I plan on making another purchase from Zaful, especially now having a lot more confidence in their company. I do recommend giving it a shot if you're interested in their items.

They have very beautiful and affordable swimsuits. At first I thought there must be a catch nothing can be this great, but I was absolutely wrong. All of the clothes ordered came exactly as depicted and true to fit. I am very pleased with my order.

A lot of people are sceptical to buy things over chinese websites and so on, but I have heard so many good things about Zaful that I had to check them myself! I have made two orders in amounts of 30$ and 50$ and I have not been let down. Their wardrobe is stunning, great quality and, thanfully, everything fits the size it should (I am a European M and I order M on Zaful too). The packages arrive in about 12-13 days with standard shipping, which is pretty awesome! I love them and I recommend them to everyone!
