The hair band I ordered was exactly as it was in the picture! It is very good quality and it also arrived on time. I love it so much, and will definitely be buying from here again!
So I ordered about a week and half ago. It hasn't arrived, that isn't the problem. I understand that it takes a long time to ship. What pisses me off is that they gave me a tracking number for DHL and 1. It shipped a week ago and there is no information on where it is. SO I CALLED DHL. They said they don't have letters in the tracking number like the one zaful gave me. I've contacted customer service to see what the situation is a couple days ago and they said that it was the same tracking number. So I contacted them today and told them that I know its not a real tracking number so they either said it was through a different carrier or its a scam.
Took about a month to get to me but all the items I ordered are excellent quality for decent prices. I got mainly swimwear and am extremely happy with the products they don't feel or appear cheap but they were reasonably cheap to buy. I am very happy with my experience with zaful and look forward to shopping with them again

I have ordered from Zaful twice, both times have been swimwear. The first suit took a month and the second suit only took two weeks. The website clearly states that shipping can take up to 25 days. Items looked exactly like the photo representations. Sizing is a bit of struggle because not all of the suits fit the same. Overall, I'm pleased with my service.
I received my items 2 weeks after ordering and they all fit, definitely order a size up. The quality isnt best but still really good for the price
This was my first time ordering from Zaful, I ordered a total of 4 swimsuits. I received my swimsuits in the exact time they told me it would be delivered. 1 out of the 4 swimsuits did not fit, so I contacted customer service and they responded within 24 hours and helped to solve my issue. The other swim suits I ordered I am keeping and all of the swim suits I ordered are really good quality! I will continue to purchase items from this site!
Ordered 3 items from them. I usually do not purchase anything overseas but seeing how it was all over Instagram and Youtube, I thought the fit and quality would be great. Wrong. Despite following the size chart, the dress I ordered just slides off. And the two swimsuits as well. The swimsuits fit my waist and hips but just completely slide of my shoulders (they were one piece off the shoulder swimsuits). Those swimsuits I ordered M and L to see which fit better but still slid off my shoulders. The darted stitch on the chest of both suits was poorly done, and the entire chest area, along with the padding, was situated on my ribs instead of my breasts, no matter how tight I made the adjustable straps. Very disappointed. My husband said to return them but upon checking the website, swimsuits are not refundable.

I ordered two things from website. I waited weeks and one item finally arrived today. I ordered a Solid Color Short Sleeve Bodycon Dress and a Floral Long Sleeve Linen Blouse Dress. I recieved something completely different than my order! It also says there are 2 items in bag but there is only 1. I don't mind the long wait but I'd atleast like to get what I ordered! Never again

I decided to buy swimsuits from Zaful after seeing many videos on YouTube about them, and I'm so glad I did! I ordered 5 swimsuits and 3 of the 5 fit perfectly! The other 2 fit, but they fit a little awkwardly. I still think that this is completely worth the money, and the customer service is amazing! Love Zaful! Also, this review is my honest opinion!
I'm really disappointed to say the least. The kimono is nothing like on the picture - the material is cheap, and it also feels that it is not made from genuinely good material. I loved the maxi overlay romper on your website so i ordered it and what did i get? A no shape dress that looked like a dressing gown when worn. The material (again) looks cheap (doesn't deserve the 25 price tag), whilst on the website it seemed like it's made of good material and worth the money. It also does not fit as shown. I'm still waiting for the back crossed printed romper and unfortunately i am not looking forward to receive it. I have tried contacting your company through facebook but no one bothered to reply, I sent another reminder but to no avail. I have also tried to contact you through the live chat but I'm constantly being kept on hold.

I recently purchased playsuits and bikinis from this website. I purchased from this website feeling optimistic although I had read terrible reviews. The items arrived looking totally different to the pictures on the website. The clothes have holes in and we're awful quality. Customer services are useless and after disputing the order I was offered 8USD after spending £58.22. Don't waste your time because you will regret it

There are so many cute clothing items on this site. You really have to read the review before you buy something though, some things are hit or misses. I've ordered from this site many times and I would still order again. The customer service is also really kind and helpful.
I am very pleased with my order from zaful! I ordered a bikini and it only took about 2 weeks to get here which is not bad at all. The bikini looks just as it did in the pictures and it fits true to size. The prices are amazing and the service is excellent. I will definitely be ordering from them again!
First of all I live in Canada. I expected the clothes to come to my door in 2 months because when I ordered from shein(another Chinese based company) it took about that long. I ordered on April 7th and got my bikinis on April 17th. Not even a full two weeks. I was expecting everything to go wrong but I was pleasantly surprised. The quality of the bikinis were as expected. Not bomb but definitely not cheapy. It fell right in the middle. Glad I took a chance and ordered from here despite the reviews. Definitely worth every penny.

I have been waiting for an order since April 12. I complained, received no meaningful reply, then received someone else's order - the package had my information on the mailing label and her information on the invoice inside. I asked them repeatedly what to do with the items and indicated I couldn't just store them. I finally got a return label, and now they are telling me that that they aren't sending my order and will only issue a partial refund AFTER they receive the items that I shipped back to them. I had no obligation to return the package to them and was being nice and they won't refund my money for an order I paid for a month and a half ago that was never shipped to me?!?!?!?
**update: This still has not been resolved. I continue to have to go back and forth with customer service. I still wasn't sent the merchandise, and I still haven't received a refund despite closing my chargeback request on April 26th and sending multiple messages with screen shots showing that I did. I thought that this would be made right, but am very disappointed in how it has been handled. Still. It's been an enormous waste of time and it seems like the goal is to get me to go away rather than to correct this, which is ridiculous since this is a very simple issue - I placed an order and didn't receive it. This should not take months of back and forth to fix.
