To think I ordered my items on the 22 march and yet to receive not even one flippen item. I've emailed them no answer this company puts you through hell I swear and they don't even give two rats $#*!. The least they could've done is answer my $#*!en email or refund my money. I'm so sick of these scams like for real never using this $#*!ty site again!
I was very surprised with the good quality! I ordered a swimsuit and it fit perfectly. I will be ordering more! I wouldn't knock it till you try it.
To be honest, buying from websites that sell cheap items from China, you have to wish for the best regarding the material and size. I bought 2 bikinis from Zaful and it did take around 2-3 weeks to arrive (Keep in mind it came all the way from China and I live in Malta, Europe) I made sure to follow their size guide before purchasing and the fit was perfect and the material was ok. Wouldn't recommend it too much, but I am glad my first purchase turned out to be good!
I ordered 5 bikinis in size M and they fit perfectly! 2 weeks for shipping to Canada and duty fees. But it was worth it! Im currently waiting for my next order from Zaful, would recommend this website!

I ordered 2 swimsuits. The first one came after about 3 weeks and broke as I was trying it on. They responded quickly and refunded me immediately. The second swimsuit came after about a month and a half. The size of this one was super weird. I ordered small. I'm a size D in bras and the top fit more like an F. I'm a 00 in pants (or smaller) and the bottoms cut into my hips really bad. They refunded me quickly for that too.
I went to leave reviews on the items and it said I hadn't purchased them and couldn't leave one *eyeroll*. I think they just didn't want negative reviews. At least I didn't have to send any of the suits back and I didn't pay any shipping. I really lost nothing in the transaction, I just have two worthless swimsuits now lol. I'd probably purchase again since the customer service was so great, maybe I just had bad luck.
This has to be the worst company I've dealt with it said it would take 15 days for my items to be shipped I've waited patiently for two whole months almost three at this point! I bought a one piece as a birthday gift to myself! I've emailed them multiple times no response! They are thieves and just after money!

I was really glad i found Zaful. It has plenty of fashionable clothes. And the prices are not tearing your wallet. Anyways, girls, always measure yourself before purchasing. Glad I risked and got the perfect size.
I have ordered several bathing suits from Zaful and a few chocker necklaces. From my experience, everything fit me true to size, how I had expected, and matched the picture that was shown on the website. I ordered smalls in all of the products and they worked well for me, however, I was told by some to always go up a size, but I did not and it worked well for me. The bottoms tends to be very cheeky, but I liked them and that is definitely in style. I also think the quality of the products were pretty good. The only complain I would have is the shipping time, it probably took close to 3 weeks for my to receive my order. However, I was told by many about this timing so I just made sure to order in advance for my vacation.

I ordered two things from Zaful, a jumpsuit and a dress. The Jumpsuit came on time, the dress however has still not come and I haven't received any notifications whether it'll even be shipped soon because the tracking numbers don't work either!

This was my first purchase on Zaful, and I'm very happy with both the products and service. None of the products I received disappointed me by being different from the pictures, and the quality of the products is more than satisfying even thought they are all amazingly low priced. The shipment was super quick, and the customer service is kind, helpful and eager to make customers happy. I was very skeptical about shopping on Zaful before I actually made a purchase but with this great experience, Zaful is and will always be my favorite online shop!
I ordered three Bikinis in January, received two of them about four weeks later along with the information that the last one was out of stock and I had the option to get my money back or store credit. I answered immediately that I would like my money back. It is now April and no sign or answer from the company. The bikinis are okay for the price I paid. But the conduct, timing and service are terrible. Never again.

Shipping takes forever, the quality is probably the worst I have tried in clothes (100% polyester, feels like plastic), the sizes are not accurate, and the clothes don't really look like the ones in the pictures!
Honestly, it's easy to fall for this website, but it is NOT worth it. Better spend a bit more in other stores, and get better products.

Good experience. I ordered some items on February 28th, one of them is still in transit, but I have to say that the bikini is one of the best one I've ever had, and for an amazing price. Customer service is too professional, they are super able to help you with every single problem

I ordered a jacket and not only did they send me the wrong one, but they also didnt even send a copy of the receipt in the bag or anything to show a physical proof of purchase. I've been disputing this for a good month now and they offered me a partial refund of $30... I paid $46! I couldn't even resolve this through them, I ended up escalating it through Paypal. Absolutely disgusting, would not recommend. They're a complete rip off!
