As soon as I saw Zaful's spread I was so excited, but also reluctant as I had never bought clothes online. I was worried about the quality and whether the products would fit nicely. When my package arrived I was delighted to see that their quality is exquisite - the clothes were even more beautiful than in the pictures and, thanks to their size guides, all of my items fit perfectly! On top of this, their customer service is impeccable, they replied promptly and ever so kindly.

I was overjoyed and can't wait to place another order with them! We do not get women's clothing for such a decent price and of such good quality in my country. Zaful is my new primary clothes store!

Absolutely terrible experience! I order swimsuits in January and I haven't received all of them yet. They keep saying that it should be here, but it's not.
I enquired about my swimsuits after I purchased them and 6 weeks went by without anything and their reply was: "Ooops, it's out of stock/not shipped/discontinued"
Spend your money somewhere else. The product isn't great and the fact that you have to wait months for your order, is not worth it!

I bought the cutest swimsuit from Zaful and received so fast. Track number made possible to check my order so easy. Zaful's mobile app is so easy and fun to use. They have new items every day and Sales are the best. I never thought I could buy these trend clothes so cheap and with so good quality. One tome I had some problem about my order and costumer service did so good job and fixed it in hour! I am so happy with my purchases. The best summer and holiday shopping website is Zaful.

Recently I have ordered 3 swimsuits from Zaful. I placed my order on April 8th and it took about 13 days just to package my order then another 5 days to ship it. My order was shipped at two different times and I think it is honestly taking such a long time to arrive. It has been about a month since I placed my order and still no update on the tracking website to see where it is. I saw one update on one of the packages stating that my package "Was delivered and delivery was unsuccessful". I didn't receive any packages from the post from Zaful so I am very curious to know if this is a scam of my money?

I purchased a top/ a bikini from zaful over a month ago. I only just received the top and the bikini wasn't even included. When i initially emailed them enquiring where my order was as i couldn't read the tracking site ( it was in chinese lol) they gave me some pathetic reply saying it could take up to 25 business days? Also, the top i did receive was poor quality. I wasn't expecting much as it is such a cheap site, but the time it took to arrive/ the fact that my whole order didn't even arrive/ and the poor quality - completely outweighs the cheap price! NOT WORTH IT.

If you're looking for a similar website try Romwe, have had way better shopping experiences with them!

This company never shipped all of the items in my order and DID NOT give me a refund, nor did they refund me for the items I shipped back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I opened a case through PayPal and they agreed to refund me but the dispute cases apparently automatically close after a certain period of time if you do not escalate them and they obviously knew that. I shipped the items back and they didn't refund me anything and have not responded to any of my inquiries about it. PayPal says they can't do anything about it once the case closed and that the seller obviously took advantage of the situation. I figured they'd refund me like they agreed to do, but they never did. VERY DISHONEST AND UNETHICAL! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
