I've purchased from Zaful twice now and both times I've received quality products. I've only bought swimwear the two times I placed orders, but I could assume that their clothes are probably equal in quality. Shipping takes some time, but the website makes you aware of that ahead of time before you place your order, plus it's coming from China to the USA, so I expected it would take close to a month to receive. Overall, I would definitely recommend this website and already have more items in my cart for my next order!

I ordered some pieces of clothing from Zaful and I was very happy with what I received. I surely recommend shopping on this website. Plus, the shipping time was not that long, I thought it would take more time but it didnt :)

I have ordered more than once with Zaful and I can't stress enough how good their service is. They sell good quality clothes and accessories for prices that you will not find anywhere else! Other than the clothes, I have never seen a customer service as good as theirs. They respond to all your problems quickly and with solutions which will always benefit the customer. Also, they are very involved with their customers on social media e. G instagram, as they do many giveaways and post very frequently. If you have to buy anything (especially bikinis) buy it from Zaful. I recommend it 100%

I heard about Zaful from some friends and I decided I would order some swim suits because they are adorable and have great prices. Also, when you register your email and have other friends register theirs you can get a ton of points towards cute stuff! I was so excited I ordered 3 suits. I had heard and read reviews that you should order a size up and I did and I was extremely happy with the fit of all 3 suits. The third one I ordered ended up being on backorder so I contacted their customer service and they were very helpful switching my order to a suit that would ship sooner. Long distance shipping on the first 2 suits a while like i expected but the third suit showed up only a week after they shipped it! Overall, great experience and I plan on ordering from them again.

Let me start off by saying that I had very, very low expectations for this site. Most of the reviews I read made the website sound awful, claiming that they never received their order or that everything was cheap and not well made. I decided to order some swimsuits (I spent about $50 for five swimsuits) and write an honest review based on my order. The shipping was really fast, it shipped within a day of my order. On the same day, I also placed an order with Forever 21. I was a little confused when only part of my order shipped, so I contacted Zaful and they said that the remaining part of my order was on backorder, and they would ship it out when it came back into stock-no problem there. My order arrived a day after my Forever 21 order did, after two weeks. Everything was as described, in new condition, and fit amazingly! For the price, I will definitely order from here again.

I was apprehensive at first to purchase from Zaful for the sole reason that there prices seemed to good to be true and I had never ordered from then before so what if my product didn't come and I payed or was of terrible quality however I was pleasantly suprised indeed when my items did arrive - there was a problem with my delivery as my items did not arrive I messaged zaful support team and their response was phenomenal they were efficient and effective in helping me locate my parcel even offering a full refund thankfully their help meant my parcel arrived a week or so later my items were of a good quality and I love them wearing and they are worn regularly. I will definitely be peruchasing from zaful in the future!

I had a great experience with Zaful. The products are very cheap and all the items I ordered was of good quality. It arrived earlier than I expected. The service is also very good beacuse they're fast with replaying which is a big plus!

I would like to start off by saying, I am in NO WAY paid or given incentives to write this review, I wish I was! Other than that, my experience with Zaful was overall surprisingly good. I was EXTREMELY skeptical of the site when I was initially buying, and I looked through countless reviews. Despite them mostly being bad, I ended up spending over $100 on the site, however one thing I did prior to placing my order was contact Zaful support through their ticket system. They are extremely responsive through this system, and I told them I was interested in their clothing but skeptical of the reviews I had seen. I don't know if this made them take me more seriously or something, but regardless, they replied quickly and reassured me I would get my items and be taken care of as a customer. I took my chances and gave them my money, making sure to be extremely careful the whole time. After the order was placed, I checked daily to see the status of my order. One thing I can say is shipping was a complete dream. This is the first instance I've ever read that says shipping was fast, even the good reviews say Zaful's shipping is slow. But not my order- I received all my items in just 5 DAYS! I am so impressed with this! Given, I did get express shipping but even with this, coming from China to the U.S. along with processing, I expected to wait well over two weeks. The items I ordered are amazing quality for the price, and I am having some problems with sizing but they are extremely minor. All I can say that is remotely negative is to definitely order a size up in bikinis and jeans, maybe even two sizes up. Two out of the four bikinis I ordered are a bit too small, and the jeans I ordered are too small as well. I have sent another ticket in regarding refund/exchange of the jeans to Zaful, and am waiting to hear back. Everything else I ordered is amazing, especially the accessories. I ordered a pair of sunglasses and a backpack and they are both everything I could have asked for. Overall, I am so happy with Zaful and will definitely continue to purchase from the site. The only other weird thing is that I am still not allowed to review my purchased items, even though I received them. Maybe this is just a glitch? Not sure, but still a great and surprising experience.

I ordered two bikinis and a pair of sunglasses in February, 3 months ago, and have only received one of my bikinis. Turns out, the second half of my order was requested to be held in a post office in CA & then ultimately sent back to their warehouse. I NEVER requested any of this as I am located in CO. I have been patiently waiting because I understand that shipping time will take awhile as they offer low prices for their items. I have been communicating (barely) with different customer service representatives and their final resolution is that I can either pay more money to have my items that I have already paid for sent to me or I can get a partial refund. I don't understand why I have to lose more money to have my items resent to me because Zaful made a mistake during the shipment process? Very unsatisfied with my experience and will not buy from them again. Will also tell my friends that it's not worth it to buy from them. The bikini I did receive had a very cute and great fitting top (which is the only good thing out of this 3 month period and $40 purchase), but the bottoms were awful. Do not recommend.
Side Note: Trying to submit a review on Zaful's actually website is very inconvenient & they make you create an account? Disappointed with overall experience.
