I love ZAFUL, my order came very fast, the clothes are beautiful and I love the quality, the service that ZAFUL provide is excelent, they answer very fast and respectfully all my doubts, of course that I am going to shop more times, this is the best store.
I began using zaful about a month ago and I'm obsessed. Their website is super cool and interactive, you create an account and through this account you do regular online shopping things (create a cart, have a favorites list, etc.) but you also get to have your own place on their website where you can create outfits with their clothing and interact with other zaful members. Also, zaful has a live-chat and even facebook messenger for any questions or concerns, which is super helpful. I just purchased my first order, and am very pleased with the overall transaction.
I've been waiting weeks for my package and have not received it. The tracking won't update so I have no clue if it has even shipped. It'll soon be a month.
Zaful is an incredible site in my opinion. It delivered three bathing suits in 8 days and they were awesome quality. Double lining, sizing was good, clasps and material were really great. Overall I really love this store and will continue to rave about it.
After 28 days of waiting for my Zaful order I got it in the mail.

The only setback was the length of time it took.
So if you wish to buy swimsuits with standard shipping- beware the time it'll take.
I ordered 3 bathing suits and after a lot of miscommunication and 2 months later I finally revived the bathing suits today. Well. 2 bathing suits were okay. I am 5'4 and 136 lbs and ordered a large in both 2 pieces I ordered. One fit great and the 2nd one is too small. The 3rd bathing suit was the most disappointing. I ordered a medium and I'm swimming in it, too big. And the bow on the swimsuit wasn't on the bathing suit. So it reAlly bad. I am waiting for a dress although I paid expedite shipping.
I really don't think the great pricing justifies not getting the product pictured.

I bought the bikini's with an Insurance but now this did happened they can't help me anymore EVENTHOUGH their terms are that they have to send a new one if something happens and you didnt received it. My package was already open when I got it. And now zaful doesn't contact me back. Its awful and I want my money back!

My order was shipped out 5/22/17 and I received and email for it. I went to the email and got the tracking number. Ever since yesterday I've tried randomly throughout the day plugging the tracking number in on the site I was given and it is telling me my order isn't tracked and the tracking number is wrong. Waited week for my bathing suits to get here and when it did, the first time I tried one of them on the strap broke. Not that it didn't fit me, just the quality is SO POOR. I didn't expect high quality, but I expected the strap to make it over my shoulder without breaking. Really upset because I was really looking forward to wearing this specific one. Would NOT pay the shipping for an exchange, but I would like a free exchange at the least. Totally unfair

Always make sure to see their measures charts because they can be different due to the style of the product. They are trustworthy.
