It was my second time ordering on zaful and I had loved my experience the delivery was faster than I expected and the outfit fit me perfectly. I wanted to order another outfit but it was sadly sold out. So I sent them a message to inform them that I wanted an item that was no longer in stock and wished they would restock and at my surprise, they ACTUALLY DID. I never had an exerience like this in my life where a company literally restocked after their customer asked. I even told my family and they were surprised. Zaful really put their customers first before anything!

This was my first time ordering from Zaful and I was pleasantly surprised! I ordered 5 items and they came in 3 separate packages. Everything arrived (to Canada) in 2 weeks which is super fast. All the swimsuits were nice quality and I would definitely recommend giving it a shot! Just make sure you check the reviews to see if you should order a size up and make sure to order items that are in stock if you don't want to wait too long

So I ordered 3 bathing suits. Two bikini thongs and a one piece. I must say, I was worried about the shipping but it arrived about 3 weeks after my purchase which I was pleased with. Unfortunately, the one piece doesn't fit my body at all. I ordered a medium based on suggestions to go up a size. I'm 5'3 and weigh 104 and very petite, should have went with the small, my fault. The bikini tops are both great, with adjustable straps and thick material. But the bottoms are a nightmare. Since I have an abnormally large butt for my size, I found that the first thong barely covered the top of my butt crack. And the material bunches like crazy in the front. Not flattering. The second thong is too big and bags at the top of the butt and at the front. Anyways, I'm somewhat happy since I can use the tops and one bottom if at home but would I ever order from this site again? Hell no.

I placed an order April 11th for 4 items, which were meant to arrive between April 27th and May 5th. 3 of the items did, except for 1. It is May 19th and I have yet to receive my final item. Zaful told me that it arrived in Sydney from China April 20th. It does not take one month for a package to travel between Sydney and Melbourne... the package has clearly gone missing. I have communicated with Zaful and they have been very evasive and unhelpful in their responses. They keep telling me to wait until after June 11th to take action, but by that point the item is useless to me as I purchased it specifically for a trip which I will be returning from June 1st. Extremely disappointed with how this has been handled and I will not be shopping with Zaful again.

I bought a swimsuit and it was exactly like the picture. I love it!
In addition They have customer service too.

As a first time buyer at Zaful, I was very hesitant to order just like I am with every online websites but I thought I would give it a try due to its affordable pricing. I was hesitant most likely because of the sizing. However, Zaful completely changed my views towards them. My "in stock" purchases came within a week (shipping was fast), quality is good for the price you pay and they have an excellent customer service! Definitely recommend this site once you have an idea of what size you are in their products. Thanks Zaful, I will definitely make another purchase with you sooner than later!
