I would 100% recommend this brand as the swimsuits are cheap and are really good quality. I'd size up for bikinis but found your normal size is perfect in the swimsuits. Not only are these the most comfortable bikinis but they are the nicest i have been able to find. Can not wait to wear them abroad. These are definitely worth the price you pay and wont regret buying them.

Second time I decided to give Zaful a chance and I wish I hadn't! First time around I ordered two bikini's and the sizing was wrong. After trying to get in contact with someone on how to return I was unsuccessful with getting in contact with anybody, so I just decided to give it away to a friend. Second time around I ordered another two bikini's and was only sent one. Once again I tried to get in contact with someone and was of course unsuccessful. For three weeks now I have sent countless emails, called every day multiple times and have gotten nowhere. For a company that prides themself on their customer service I'm absolutely disgusted with how they treat their customers. At this point I am so fed up with this company and I don't even care to recieve the other bathing suit I just want the money that I paid for it back. I would not suggest ordering from here as it takes forever to mail, and they seem to always mess up orders, and to top it all off they don't care when their customers spend their hard earned money on their products and don't get what they paid for. Please save yourselves time, money and stress and DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

Zaful service is great, i ordered i swimsuit and he arrive very quickly.
And when i want to return the swimsuit they help me and i got a new one.
I am very impressed by the quality of the bikinis and clothing I ordered from Zaful. With some hesitation because the prices are so low, I ordered several items and was extremely satisfied with all of them. They were exactly like the photos on the site. I do have to say the bikinis do run small so although I typical wear smalls, I ordered mediums! Please note that the top and bottom do come as a set so you have to get the same size for both - I was worried about this for myself because I am heavier on the bottom, but even though I sized up the tops still fit as well. I've gotten so many compliments on the clothing and bikinis I've ordered from there and will continue ordering from their site! Only downside is that the shipping does take around 2 weeks!
So I got products which had nice reviews by customers and proper size references, like mine was described as US: 4 which is my US size for most products, that fitted me really well. The top that had good comments on it was actually same as shown in picture and quality was not cheap at all, it was good. Rather I would say this site is not cheap as it costs as much for things as they do in canada, but its not cheap quality either. And yes fast delivery. Still go with Caution!
I ordered 7 Bikini's from Zaful back in February of 2107, its now June 1st. I paid extra for express shipping which was a waste of my money. When I got an email saying my items shipped it was only 4 out of the 7, the other ones took over month before even getting back into stock. Even though when i was ordering them it said in stock!
The bikini's themselves were decent, but the sizing was completely off and all of them were to small on me. I got one in an extra large and yet still didn't even fit my 34D bust. Another one I got in a medium and fit great on the top, and way to small on the butt.
A month and a half has passed since I order my items and I ended up moving houses. I contacted them on Facebook and heard no reply. Sent to live chats and when I finally got to talk to someone they basically told me $#*! off that live chat was for people in the buying process. So I had to do some email chat back and fourth and let me tell you what a nightmare. By the time they answered me i got a notification that 2 out of 3 left was shipped, I emailed them and told them my address needed to be switched and they kept saying cant your friend deliver it to you? Even thought I told them 100 times my mother sold our house and we moved, i don't know the people living there, and therefore wouldn't get my items.
I am also from Canada and had to pay $30 dollars at the boarder the first time, and was pissed to find out I was now gonna have to pay it 2 more times when the rest of the items came. So fed up with a 3 month process I asked them to cancel the last 3 items, as I didn't even want them anymore.
S**t service, I will never order from here again. Because even when they tried to fix the problem and give me only a %10 coupon, i pretended to make another order and the coupon didn't even work.

Best customer service, Best products, sizes are very clear, Amazing selection and you just cannot beat the price. All in all, super happy with their products.
I never thought I would get scammed because I always do research. I've been waiting impatiently for my bathing suits and finally they arrived unexpectedly after 13 days. I was confused at how small the package was and I was very scared to open it. 2 ugly pieces of cloth were in that tiny bag with all of the information INCORRECT. Price and descriptions. After trying to reach support center my claim would not submit and kept saying that the passcode was wrong when I checked it at least 10 times. If there was a 0 or negative star rating that's what I would choose.
I purchased bikinis on zaful and although the sizing may be off they are really good quality and very cheap. Would recommend! Just go up a size or 2 in order for them to fit.
This website is a full on scam not only do you purchase a swimsuit and it never comes or it does, everyone else is saying the quality is horrible and they take people's pictures from different websites to cover up the statement of the poor quality they actually make it, I don't know why other people are saying it's great because it's not TRUST EVERYONE THAT IS SAYING ITS BAD YOU WILL BE DISSAPPINTED
I'm from Australia and my first order was fine, came in 3 weeks and everything was in there. Quality was okay but I was satisfied with my order.
My SECOND ORDER HOWEVER... I ordered 3 bikini sets and 1 bikini set ended up not being available so I received a swift refund. But the package itself took more than 10 days to ship since I ordered. Then it just NEVER came at all. I waited 3 MONTHS for my package and I still haven't received anything. I had to wait an entire 2.5 months after I ordered my package for Zaful to agree to give me a full refund. The tracking info didn't update until almost 3 months after I ordered. Apparently, my package is in the country but has been sitting in Sydney for an entire month. During this these 3 months, Zaful did not make any effort to try track my package, they told me to go find it myself at the post office with my shipping number, and all three times I've checked, nothing comes up. I even went today, and nothing.
On top of this, during this experience, Zaful did not once offer to resend my items, and they did not offer me any discount codes to compensate. I have a holiday overseas where I was going to wear my new bikinis, now I can't even order again because I don't trust their shipping, and express shipping is too expensive. A discount code for free express shipping would have been nice after this whole terrible experience. Would never order from them again if this is the case.

I wonder if they actually pay people to write reviews on this site. I bought some stuffs on zaful and never got any of them. I was contacted by dhl and they have charged me £17 and i have still not got my order.
Some days after i got an email from zaful saying that they cant deliver and i need to reply to the email for a refund which i did. I just got an email this morning saying that i didnt reply and my ticket was closed!

Overall I was pretty impressed with my order. I was prepared for somethings to be a little small or big because I had read the reviews before I ordered each product. I bought 3 bikinis and they were a great quality especially for the price! I have bought Victoria's Secret bikinis in the past and they only last a year for me until they become faded or fall apart. Saying that these bikinis are right up my ally. They're very cute and just like the photos. I even ordered more! Also I would definitely order a month before you want to wear them because they take forever to get to the US.
Bought a swimsuit, shipping wasn't fast but it took as long as they said it would. The swimsuit is well-made and fits well.
Went in with low expectations for the items i ordered due to the low prices, was overall very impressed with the quality.
I ordered two dresses to choose from to wear for my high school graduation 15 days ago. My graduation is this Friday, and my order still has not arrived. I used standard shipping because it said 8-15 days, had I known it would have been longer, I would have used express to get it here in time. If they are not here by Friday I would at least like a refund as I will have no use for them! Very disappointed, and when I try to track to see if I will get them in time, it says China, and has not updated in 10 days.
