Lovely prices and quality on the swimsuit I ordered! The sizes are a bit too small, so as I'm usually an M, I ordered an L just to be sure it would fit, and it did! I ordered a dress as well that didn't fit and looked a bit shabby, so I mailed them and got an answer within 24 hours, telling me that they will fix the problem by giving me back my money. Amazing costumer service! It only took about 3 weeks to get to me, as I don't live in the US. Very nice pricing and more than often sales.

All in all, I am very pleased with my purchase.

I love the material, the style and the overall look of my clothes i purchased at ZAFUL. Most of all they are very fast in shipping, i did not expect for it to arrive that quick. I got compliments from my co workers and refer them to check the website and to download the ZAFUL app which is very easy and user friendly. For all the woman out there its worth your money. :) I just wanted to share my honest opinion and review.

After reading countless reviews AFTER purchasing my bathing suits, I am now very skeptical. I have a trip in Croatia coming up in exactly a month and I had figured that zaful would be a very trustworthy website. I am hoping that someone else could give their experience and insights because right now I am giving benefit of the doubt, but if its the case where I would have to wait for months or two months to get my item then I would like to refund my purchases. Please help a girl out!

Great product quality in comparison to the price I payed. The few items that we're right, Zaful was very helpful, fast and generous in helping me find a solution I would be happy with

I love it! It was my first time trying to buy some clothes online and i am happy to have done it, because i had the possibility to find this incredible site.
I bought tons of things over there and even when there was a refund they helped me instantly.
The best thing by far is the customers' service. No jokes, there is always someone ready to help you.
If anybody is new into this like i was, i advice you this site.

Zaful.com has by far the worst customer service. It took over a month to get 2 dresses sent to me... even when I paid fast shipping additional expenses. Then both dresses were not at all like the photos and were either way too short or terrible quality. When I simply inquired them about returning it, I got e-mails saying they attached the shipping label (Which they didn't every time) so I continued to contact. They don't answer any of my calls and now continue to say it'll take 2-3 business days before sending me the return label! Its been way past the 30 day return policy because they continued to stall. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I DO NOT RECOMMEND BUYING. WASTE OF MONEY! I have now reported the site since they charged me for both awful looking products. This is still going on now- since I ordered 2 months ago.

I never heard about zaful before and I had no references, but when I started to see the app and the reviews I found amazing that several reviews had photo and that was really helpful.
I bought several bikinis because I sell clothes and my clients are really happy with the product and quality.
I highly recomend Zaful.

My experience was excellent. The shipping and delivery date was just as expected and said to be. The swimsuit is pretty much perfect, it just runs small. The material is my favorite part though. Not fake feeling or rough. Also the customer service is great too! I get a reply within 24 hours and get all my questions answered. The only thing that was a little confusing was the tracking site. Couldn't really follow what it said and never really showed a delivery date but overall it came in the time it's supposed to.

I didn't expect it to be so good. It was my first zaful order, a red bikini, and I am pleased. I have been looking for a decent red 'baywatch' kind of swimwear and this is the best so far, the material, the style aaaand the price as well. I was afraid that it was going to be loose as I usually wear size 'xs' and only 's' was avaible, but it turned out just all right. I have already ordered my second bikini and I am about to try out their dresses too. :)

I've ordered a off shoulder cropped blouse and a summer romper. I got everything after 10 days and couldn't stay away from them!
Ordered another romper and a pair of sunglasses.
For this order i got the romper after 10 days, DON'T PANIC if your order doesn't come together, sometime they split your product in two different shippings!
Great quality, Awesome price, and perfect fit!

After first being a little skeptical to order from here seeing as the prices were so low, and that they probably came from China, but when my orders finally came in it was so worth it. All bikinis are around $15 for the set which is sooooo cheap considering I have $90 suits that look the same. And Ive had dozens and dozens of girls ask on my insta where I get all the cute bikinis. However, if you want them fast you need to pay for express shipping because it takes a while to come in otherwise (three weeks).

Ordered from Zaful twice since I found out about it. Both times it was an overall good experience. Their customer support is kind, quick in answering and in solving any issue. Shipping time is within the period they point out on their website, and the products are nice quality for the price. Their points system is also something that makes shopping and browsing the website more fun.
