I ordered 4 swimsuits from Zaful for my vacation that I just came from. They were all good quality, looked exactly like the picture and very true to size(sizing can be small so make sure to read reviews before you order and if the picture does not have a review make sure your size is accurate). They took less than two weeks to arrive as I chose standard shipping which they say takes 8-15 days to arrive. I live in Boston and judging that they came from China I think that was good time. In one instance I ordered a bikini that was too small and they sent me a free one and I got to keep the other one too. The customer service is very helpful and they communicate well looking at the time difference. I have been assisted to my greatest satisfaction by this company and will continue to buy their bathing suits as they ate pretty affordable and look great too!

I recently discovered Zaful and I am impressed with the selection of clothing, as well as with the service. I find going shopping is a hastle and Zaful has provided a great alternative to that. They have a great selection of styles and the quality of their clothing is usually pretty good, especially for the price. I've purchased several dresses off their website. Most of them were exactly as described. The material was of good quality and they fit well. I've gotten a lot of compliments on the dresses that I have purchased. Out of the 10 dresses that I've purchased, two of them didn't fit as described. I contacted Zaful's customer service and they were of great help. They responded immediately and I was able to get a refund. The only suggestion I have is to improve the shipping time. It can take quite long before you get your orders. However, I will definitely continue to shop on Zaful!

In my most recent order I ordered 3 bikinis from Zaful. They arrived in about a week, which I was so pleased with. I have ordered things from Zaful on many occasions, and they always come in a timely manner if you order items that say in stock. I have also been extremely please with the quality of the items. I get all my bikinis here, and receive so many compliments and questions on where I bought them. Would highly recommend buying from Zaful!

I had to wait for a month before I received my orders. Also, they came at two separate times. And then, when I got them they look nothing like the pictures on their website.

I ordered a pair of sunglasses, a hat, bra set, and 4 pairs of bikinis.

- Sunglasses are broken
- The bikinis are way too small than pictured.
- Very big color difference. I ordered a maroon colored bikini and I got a ruby red bikini.
- Very cheap fabric
- The only thing that came out of this is the ha
And it's unfair that you can't choose what size for the bottom and the bra. What if I have a really small waist and big boobs?

I ordered 3 bikinis. All of them are of good quality material and look the same as on the photos.
I had a problem just with one bikini with its upper part that came with few stains. I contacted the customer support service about this problem and they contacted me back in less than 12 hours with two possible options to resolve my problem. So, I accepted that they send me back a new bikini, of course free of charge. So, great service.

I ordered two bikinis and after reading the reviews I ordered one size up. I also paid for the express shipping because I was going on a trip and I wanted to wear the new bikinis. It arrived within a week and I was very disappointed when I tried them on. The quality was great but they were just super small. I got an email from them asking me how I like the product and I told them about this issue. They offered to resend new bikinis with bigger sizes free of charge and to choose another product when one of the bikinis was not available in L. I also didn't have to return the ones that are too small.
Even though I still couldn't wear the new bikinis on my trip as it took 3 weeks for them to arrive, but I really appreciate how they stay true to their promise to guarantee your satisfaction.

On my first order on Zaful, it came in a timely manner and was of excellent quality, I was extremely pleased. The second time around, however, items were shipped there were defective items and I requested a refund. The items were all made in and shipped from China as well, hence the low quality. I was not made aware of this prior to purchasing the items. I contacted Zaful from both the website and on their facebook page but have yet to hear from them.

I have purchased before in other websites and i know that sometimes you get disappointed with the products. That didn't happen with my purchases in Zaful, the selection of the products are really good and in a very good price. The sizes of the swimsuits (thats what i ordered) were a little bit smaller than usual. I am a medium so i ordered a Large and it was great. The delivery was pretty fast, about two weeks. I recommend it!

I discovered Zaful last summer and I have not been disappointed with any order, not even once. My outfits are always true to size and I receive so many complements whenever I wear anything from their site. The swimsuits are of such high quality, theyre my favourite. Whenever I need a cute two piece, sunglasses or swimwear- because I live on an island- it is the first site I go to! Theres not too much of a long wait time to receive items but make sure to order them way in advance just in case. Check them out, you wont regret it!

I ordered a bikini on Zaful that cost approximately $10. When I ordered it, I wasn't expecting much and I just wanted to see what the suit would be like and if it would be worth ordering from them again. My suit did take long to process and ship, but Zaful states clearing before you place an order that processing could take up to 10 days and shipping can take quite a while. This is simply because it's a China based company and has to go through international shipping. When my bikini arrived I was very surprised at the quality. I was expecting cheap stuff, when the top I got is as good quality as any other top I've ever bought, the same goes for the bottoms. The bottoms also didn't fit me, and when I told this to Zaful they were very understanding and offered me options I could choose from including a full refund and or a new suit. Zaful's customer service has also always been timely in their responses and very helpful. I've been telling a lot of my friends about them as well because we're all college students who can't afford to spend $60 on a brand name suit.

I ordered a tank top, a pair of high waisted shorts and two bikinis for under 50 bucks! First of all I'm impressed with the price and the quality. The quality is way better than what I expected. Secondly, their customer service is amazing, they are great and really helpful! The company is from China, so shipping takes longer than those US based company. I got my order in 2 weeks which is not bad at all! Anyway LOVE LOVE LOVE for Zaful!
