I ordered a pair of shoes in black. I got a pair in blue instead. I reported the problem, and they automatically said that they apologized for mischaracterizing the color but they do not have the black ones. They asked that I return for refund but I need to pay $7 for the return fee. I then complained out of principle and the customer service said in a sentence that it is their rule, and the rest of the email simply advertised their website and asked me to download their app. No shame!
The Express Shipping is a scam. Because Yoox states that it takes " 2-4 business days to ship" But no. That 2-4 business days is more like 8-10 days.
I would rather you stick with the free shipping instead of the "Fast 2-4 day Express Shipping"

In one of my Yoox orders, it took 6 days to ship. I ordered it on 8/18 and came on 8/26. Even though i chose express shipping. As a matter of fact, it shipped on 8/24 and arrived 8/26.

I had a package that was supposed to be delivered and never received it. I spoke to someone about a refund and asked could I speak with a manager and it was nothing they could do. My money was never refunded. Please don't order from them. This is a scam.
I ordered a Jacket fews ago and got a problem with the delivery. So i contacted the support of yoox, they said they are going to start an investigation and i should wait 8 days. I waited patiently to finally receiving an email that say they confirm that there is a problem with the delivery but won't refund me. Lost 330€. Don't order from Yoox, they will steal your money and time!

I placed my order on September 2. It's been 23 days and my order is still in preparation. I've been contacting customer service no one seems to know what's happening with my order. I even called but operator doesn't know anything either. Despite all my emails and inquiries no one is helping me. It's almost a month! Yoox that is very unprofessional.

The prices are good but the customer service is outsourced to the Philippines or somewhere and is beyond horrible. They have zero power to help you. I ordered and paid for 2 day shipping. 11 days later…after being reassured multiple times that they would have it to me in time for my big event, they cancelled it.

My experience with Yoox has been hit and miss. Lately, I've had more misses than hits. The site recommends my sizes in shoes and clothing after plugging in measurements and comparing them to various brands. Yet, they can't seem to get the sizing right. Many of the items were small even though I ordered a size 6 and I am a 4-6 at best. I even wear a size 2 in certain brands.
On occasion, Yoox seems to misrepresent colors. For instance, I recently ordered a pair of "red" shoes. The only problem is... the shoes are not red. They may look sort of red in the photo, but they are not red in real life... And... they are not returnable. Oh well. Buyer beware.
I bought a jacket from Yoox and paid $20 for expedited shipping, which the website said meant receiving the item between two to four business days.
It didn't come. Customer Service would do nothing other than redirect the package back to UPS, and then charged me $18 for that transaction. They lie about expedited shipping times and then charge the customer to correct their own lie. When I asked the rep what the words "two to four business days" mean, she said "I don't know." Assinine and inane.
I was a long term customer of Yoox, but hadn't purchased from them since 2018. Recently I purchased a Calvin Klein wristwatch from them. From the get go there were problems with tracking and getting clarity about delivery. Since I am in the process of moving from New York to Canada my time is limited and I needed to know these specifics. When I finally received the watch it was not functional. It looked nice, but it simply did not work. Yoox's response when I inquired about a refund was to have it serviced for watch repair and they would refund me 15% of the cost of the watch for the repair. This was so absurd and offensive that I chose to not respond. When I informed my credit card company they were incredulous as well. I sent my credit card company the email with Yoox's 'solution' so as to process a credit on my card. I will never purchase from them again.
I've had an order "in preparation" for 4 days now. They recommend to contact customer service if the order is not shipped in 24 hours, how ever after several messages I was informed that the "preparation" to be shipped can take up to 7 days. So paying extra for any express shipping is utterly useless.
Also, the customer service replies 4/5 times with a copy-paste message, not even noting what the previous customer service rep has already told you.
All and all an absolute mess!
I am very much satisfied with my purchases from YOOX. I worked most of my life in the fashion industry and I find great buys there. I don't always purchase the most popular big names in the US.
I love low key unknown designer fashion and Italian quality. My favorite site to shop. Ordered my 3 month old grandson a nice made in Italy suit.
My daughter loved it and asked where's is he going with that suit on. I said on a date with his nonnina.
My 18 yr olds closet is full of clothing from YOOX. He's ready for school. I'm a real person if I were not satisfied I would let them have it. My experiences were all good. I returned some items back in 2019 and had no problem getting a refund.
I wish I never gave this site a chance even after reading all the negative reviews on here and very few good ones. I had ordered a sweater off Yoox early last week and paid extra for their ridiculous shipping fees and customs duties. A week later, no confirmation of shipping or tracking number is in sight. I highly doubt they even have this item in stock and are toying around with keeping my money. I had paid extra for the express shipping hoping it would be here in time for a special occasion, but I suppose that won't be happening.
The "cheap" prices you see are literally a gamble. This company seems to pick and choose when they actually want to work and send out items they may or may not have in stock. The very few positive reviews of this company are from people the company selectively decided to treat properly. I advise you to not take a chance and order from this site. I am extremely disappointed and judging by what everyone else had said, I will most likely have to initiate a charge back with my CC company because Yoox won't reply otherwise.
These people are scammers & just rip you off by sending out complete garbage items & then when you send them back, they just say that you haven't returned them correctly, that the documentation is incorrect. Avoid like the plague.
Honestly so disappointed with Yoox. Used multiple times over the past year but it seems their customer service is not what it was.
Firstly I was charged a totally different amount to what the checkout price showed and I only realised once I checked my bank account. After multiple calls and emails I was told to just send the item back for a full refund as they couldn't honour the price (which I even had a time stamped photo of). I organised the return with the suggested courier. Once I had organised the return Yoox refunded the price discrepancy. I replied to say thanks but I was now returning the item.
After tracking my item I can see it returned to Yoox on 17th after I posted it on the 10th. Well within the returns timeframe. I chased up my return as I had no confirmation. I have now had a message to say they won't be refunding me and are sending the item back without giving a reason. Now obviously no one is replying to my emails. Totally unacceptable customer service. I have no choice but to raise this issue with my credit card company.
To be clear, item was returned in the received condition (I bought mens shoes as a gift so as a woman I've obviously not worn them). Also sent back two days after receiving them as that's when the courier was available to collect them. Even the tissue paper sleeve was still intact for the wrapping.
I would advise to shop on the outnet instead who have excellent customer service. If you do decide to order with Yoox do so with caution and be sure to use pay pal and a good credit card so you are covered.
Answer: Hadeel, I've been a customer close to 20 years. The past 10 years I've been purchasing from YOOX designers for between £5-10K annually. The past three years I've been sent items that was fake. I don't trust them anymore. I won't buy any expensive designer items from them anymore. There are plenty of professional companies out there on the web that won't cheat.

Also they offer quite generous return policy, so you could buy a returnable item and examine it, and return it to them if you think it's a fake. Very simple. Usually the companies which sell fakes don't offer such a generous return policy.
Answer: I placed an order with YOOX on March 6,2025 (Order #0603Y8D9E25129) for €1252, delivered via UPS locker. The locker code did not work, so I couldn’t collect my package. UPS investigated and confirmed the parcel was lost on April 9, but YOOX repeatedly denied receiving the investigation result and refused to refund me. Despite multiple requests and UPS confirmations sent to YOOX, customer service ignores my refund requests. It’s now May 28, and I still have no money back. This is unacceptable poor service and lack of accountability. Beware if you order from YOOX — they may fail to refund lost parcels and give conflicting information.
