Company of scammers! I ordered shoes and they sent me the wrong model 3 times each time indicating a different model number! I HAVE DEALED WITH THIS COMPANY FOR 4 YEARS - THERE IS NEVER A SCAM LIKE THIS! And at the same time they claim that I myself ordered these models! I'm tired of fighting with them and the last pair of shoes that arrived yesterday I won't even protest - I'm tired of fighting with them!
Do not try to get anything from them - they will blame you for the fact that you yourself are to blame! Look for other companies that are honest and decent, value their reputation! I'm from Canada - maybe in Europe this company works more carefully - but in Canada they are just scammers!

My daughter would like these boots - I would gladly give them to her - but size 39 is too big for her - and I ordered again what I need - they still had these boots on their website!

I wear an American Women's shoe size 11. I ordered a size 12 from Yoox, just to be in the safe side, as foreign shoe sizes often run small, and this was on sale with a no-return policy. I figured if they turned out to be a little big, I could stuff a tissue in the toe. I received the shoes this weekend. They are SO SMALL that I can't even stuff my foot into the shoe! I did try to return, but no go.
I love love monchino brand. I order it, but know I ordered it was canceled right away! Don't know why they did take my credit card I tried three cards still same thing happened! It was canceled and money refund on card right away right after I ordered. Don't know why! What happened what it keeps happening.
A zero would be more more fitting,their customer service is horrendous. Contacted Alaa from from yoox not only did they send wrong sizes and I measured the items and sent them their measurement which corresponds to two sizes smaller such a scam. They also keep forgetting items from my shipment twice the same item! I have yet to resolve my refund, I have yet to have any sort of resolution for 1) missing items twice 2) wrong sizes with correct size staples on! Such a scam I can't believe yoox Italian let such people take charge of their customer service. It's been weeks and I email them every few days and no response!
They had wrong advertisement so that I purchased. In the website, the scarf that I purchased was said Emilio Pucci so that I purchased it. But when I received it, it was not an EmilioPucci product. So I contacted the customer service and then I returned it. And they took the cost for the return shipment from me! And they said that it was not their fault as the information that they received from third party mentioned that it was Emilio Pucci product. So that they just mentioned it in their website. It is a crazy customer service. I will never purchase anything from YOOX!
I've been a Yoox shopper for 12 years. I've never had one bad experience in literally 100's of purchases, both male and female brands. I've even bought housewares from them. Fast shipping and returns go smoothly (altho sale items are often "final sale"). Yoox has a lot of authentic lesser known designer merchandise, much of it made in Italy. I just had a shopping spree at the Yoox 25% off sale last month and it was awesome. Great stuff from Emporio Armani. Btw. Yoox' ownv. Cool "8 by Yoox" brand sizing is sometimes hard to predict, despite their size guides. For men's casual, pants run smaller than tops. (I am a skinny tall female/former model and often buy mensware for myself cuz European mens styles often look somewhat feminine if you know what I'm sayin'.) Yoox brand is big on comfy organic cotton.
Just received an order and the pants were ripped. I called and cannot be replaced as the item is sold out. Asked for discount and gave me 15% for "inconvenience". I don't know what inconvenience means, but when asked to speak to a supervisor the agent named Shira refused to transfer me saying he works from home as if I asked him to go to his house. The other agent Gerta as well mentions inconvenience which makes no sense at all. I hope yoox checks more on the shipping department and customer service over the phone.
Employees are very unprofessional and when they don't like what you say about the customer service they will hung up the phone on you. Also, they never connect the customer with their supervisor. I hope YOOX is reading this review and talk with Jihani who hung up the phone on me.
I have been a long standing customer for years but recently had major trouble trying to get a refund on returned item. I sent item back using UPS label that YOOX provided. But due to lack of tracking information, they told me that I cannot get a refund. I don't have the item and I followed the instructions they provided. I am very displeased with the appeals process and refuse to do business with this company again.

Used to love the website and clothing and have been a customer for many years. Recently though, horrible decline in customer service. Tried to return an item that was NOT final sale when purchased and nowhere on the receipt or the website does it list it being a final sale product. Emailed first, no explanation, just "we can't process the return". Tried calling, the customer service first said "can't return your item", but when I asked if she can direct me to where its says it's final sale, she said "one moment", and then hung up on me! I love the unique clothing you can find here at good prices, but this is unacceptable, and sadly, I won't be shopping here ever again. Deleting the app.
Bought items, some of them were not in the box, was told that it will be resolved within 8 days with UPS. 3 months later still nothing. Like broken record - we are investigating and come back to you asap. Give my money back and you can investigate as long as you like
Please, don't buy anything from this company, as what they advertise is different from what they'll sell you. That'll sell totally different products 5han what you ordered., especially, be careful when an item they're selling is marked final. The item is either wrong size and market it to suit their false advertisement. This company has sold me a totally different item for more money than what I ordered. I have been a YOOX customer for over 10 years. The quality of their merchandise is generally terrific…their customer service infinitely less so.
During a recent attempt to place an order, I realized that the tax figure computed by the website was completely incorrect. I did not place the order, and instead put in a phone call to Customer Service. The agent was rude, arrogant, and indicated by his response that he had no idea of what I was trying to communicate.
I subsequently wrote a letter to Customer Service as well as to no less than four members of their corporate staff, hoping to elicit some response or explanation regarding the tax discrepancy on their website. Not a peep from anybody. Nada.
Out of curiosity, I tried again later in the week to place an order with the same unfortunate result. For the record, sales tax in Seattle, where I live, is 10.25%. The rate that YOOX is charging is 11.8%.
Is this an algorithm gone rogue, or is YOOX actually pulling off some kind of scam? Enquiring minds would certainly like to know.
The evidence is now pointing to pure fraud, pure scam. Subsequent to my first attempt, I submitted the same order to YOOX with a different address in a different state. And wouldn't you know? Again there was a distinct tax discrepancy.
The problem is evident in the images that are attached. Although they are very specific to WA State, this issue, as already mentioned, is endemic to other states as well, including Indiana and Florida. Images 01, 03, 05 are screen shots taken from the YOOX website for items at various price points on various days over the previous week and a half. Images 02,04, and 06 are those same price points with the correct tax as calculated on the WA State website.

You can clearly see that YOOX is overcharging for sales tax by quite a significant amount.
It is fraud. I have filed a complaint with the US Federal Trade Commission, as well as the WA State Attorney General.
I would like to get my money back on the order 0702Y5C******* but i got no responses from yoox because it was order via yoox partner. After several mails, cases, i got only automatically response from yoox, please see below picture!
UPS delivered a recent Yoox order, but lost a box of shoes in transit. UPS are denying they lost it, so Yoox have refused to refund me. I am out of pocket, frustrated and angry.
I've been shopping at yoox for over 20 years, and I've find there merchandise to be of good quality especially their shoes, there return policies are fantastic and they have good customer services.
I returned an item after organising DHL and all that goes with it only to find that the item came back to me again and I was waiting and chasing up a refund numerous times. Then I was asked to return the item again before they even considered a refund back into my account. Answer: Hadeel, I've been a customer close to 20 years. The past 10 years I've been purchasing from YOOX designers for between £5-10K annually. The past three years I've been sent items that was fake. I don't trust them anymore. I won't buy any expensive designer items from them anymore. There are plenty of professional companies out there on the web that won't cheat.
Answer: I have been with them for 3 and a half years now and I have never received fake items from them. Also they offer quite generous return policy, so you could buy a returnable item and examine it, and return it to them if you think it's a fake. Very simple. Usually the companies which sell fakes don't offer such a generous return policy.
Answer: I placed an order with YOOX on March 6,2025 (Order #0603Y8D9E25129) for €1252, delivered via UPS locker. The locker code did not work, so I couldn’t collect my package. UPS investigated and confirmed the parcel was lost on April 9, but YOOX repeatedly denied receiving the investigation result and refused to refund me. Despite multiple requests and UPS confirmations sent to YOOX, customer service ignores my refund requests. It’s now May 28, and I still have no money back. This is unacceptable poor service and lack of accountability. Beware if you order from YOOX — they may fail to refund lost parcels and give conflicting information.
